Reviews of Greenhouse People Dunfermline
I have upped my review since Dobbies returned to private hands as I did not like the experience whilst it was under Tesco. The shopping experience is very pleasant here there is a huge selection of plants, pet care, home ware and hard ware plus the restaurant and food hall are great. They seem to be refurbishing just now and the changes look great
Always find good quality products here. Bit pricy compared to other outlets, but as they say " you get what you pay for."
We are interested in purchasing a concrete workshop. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful with our queries. Prices are reasonable too. Hope to complete purchase soon
On the upside its big and spacious. Its somewhere you can wander when its raining. You can bring your kids or elders equally. You can pick up gifts and birthday cards. On the other hand its a below par garden centre with a disappointingly small range of plants. The sheds and summerhouses are hideously overpriced. You can let your kids play in them but only a madman would buy one from here managers knackered special or not. I suppose its moving away from being a garden centre. Fish look great but quite pricey and as white spot ridden as cheaper places. It needs to decide if it wants to be a garden centre or a place where the elderly buy clothes and cake. I cant deny ive brought my small kids here many times as the park was too wet. Yes those were my kids playing hide and seek by the compost stacks. Id buy stuff somewhere else though as its cheaper or better and thats the problem.
Was good found a few bargains for the garden
Our dsughter and son in law live here but there is a new build of approx 2000 new homes bring built. Vast shortage of bungalows though.
Very well stocked, bit pricey for some things though, staff helpful...
Pricey but nice stuff
It's a bit shambolic at present as they are having a revamp but you can still get around.
Great selection of garden buildings you'd be hard pressed to not find what you're looking for here and actually built so you can see what you're getting for your money! Brill!
Great value especially with a Dobbies card and their scones are amazing.
Loads of sales on at the moment up to 50 percent and lots of Christmas stock on sale
Good range but expensive.
Love this place, bit pricey though
Go there once a month for coffee & wander round
Car park was flooded
This is one of my favourite places
Plenty of space and a lot to see.
Looking at garden sheds all sheds were overpriced
Nice but very expensive.
Good soft play area.
We go here for cotton traders
Most food found here !
Good plant options.
Overpriced to be honest...
Good.
Love this place.
