Had our tub for over a year from My Spa, Wanlip, great service fitting the tub and our regular service, refill and checking the tub. Very pleased!...thank you My Spa, and Cathy who's currently completing a service this morning!

Excelled in every way possible. Thanks guys!! I visited many Hot tub companies and there was always something that kept on bringing me back to Myspa...The atmosphere was so relaxed and they only gave advice between the differences in the hot tubs, they never once said that i should get one hot tub over another and they did not "recommend" a hot tub. The only thing the offered was unbiased advice Andy and the whole team are passionate and really know their stuff. They are always on hand to give you proper honest advice. At the showroom they took time out and spoke to you more as a friend instead of a sales person which was a nice touch, they all gave you undivided attention. The whole process from the initial visit, the wet tests (highly recommended as the one i was really interested in, once inside it...hated it with a passion!!), the purchase and finally to the install was pleasant & effortless. Andy and his team are a real credit to the "Myspa" name / brand and the industry After sales which some companies lack...again, Myspa do not disappoint here either. Questions and problems were answered promptly Customer service these days are really hard to come by but myspa has it blasting out of every jet in every hot tub!!! I have no problems recommending myspa to anyone who is looking for a hot tub / swim spa or just friendly advice

MySpa deliver the service and support… MySpa deliver the service and support required when purchasing a tub. This is my second spa both Sundance, the first spa brought some 10 plus years ago- the experience and relaxation in the Sundamce brand is the best, it's not all about power and jet quantities!. The MySpa has a great variety of tubs allowing good discussions for best suited spa selection. Following order placement great communication and superb installation by the MySpa team ensured that all was just right. I always recommend Andy his experience and customer support focus is first class has spread through out his growing team, thank you

At last a business that values customer service! A great experience purchasing a tub from all the team involved especially Andy, Laura and John. It’s fair to say we needed a lot of honest advice about selecting and owning a tub, and we got just that. Best purchase ever. After researching hot tubs for over a year we decided to purchase from My Spa. Had the hot tub for a little over a year now and the customer service is excellent. Laura and Andy are very helpful if you are unsure of anything they will come back to you quite quickly. My husband has sensitive skin so we were worried about the chemicals but needn't have done as My Spa stock several types and we were able to purchase ones for sensitive skin and they went through the daily/weekly process in great detail with us. We had to have the hot tub crane lifted over the house which I was quite anxious about but all went smoothly. My Spa certainly know their stuff and wouldn't go anywhere else for a hot tub/spa

We have been provided with an excellent service from the MySpa team. The whole process was so easy with Andy’s knowledge of the hot tubs and being able to wet test several at the same time. The installation was completed to a very high standard and the team did a fantastic job on the day. I would highly recommend MySpa. We also all love the Sundance spa, which is a quality product. We had one minor issue with the spa after installation, which was quickly resolved.

Best decision ever to buy a hot tub from MySpa. Throughout the process, the knowledge of Andy and the team was second to none, ensuring we selected the right tub for our needs. Since purchasing, we have been looked after by the team to ensure any questions we had got answered promptly and accurately. Whilst I wanted a hot tub for the health benefits (bad back), I hadn't fully realised the social advantages too. We spend hours on end in it chatting and relaxing!! We also chose the Covana electric cover which made sense to do because it adds a great visual finish to the tub. Indeed, when anyone sees it for the first time, they normally say "wow!" Delighted with the purchase and without hesitation, I would recommend My Spa.

If you are thinking of buying a spa or need chemicals or accessories then look no further. I have used MySpa for a number of years now and have found the whole experience quite simply top notch. I purchased our second spa from their Sundance range in 2014 and am absolutely thrilled with it. Andrew, Laura, Peter and the team are always on hand to provide friendly advice from their years of experience in the trade. They offer a no pressure environment with many spas on display. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything spa related.

Well, I cannot recommend highly enough both the company and the non chlorine system they have changed our spa to. Previously battled with our spa to get the balance right and seemed to have to heavily chlorinate it each day. Not anymore, we now have a crystal clear spa everyday, much nicer to sit and relax in the non chlorinated water. A very easy system to manage, no science to it at all just follow the friendly staff advice and relax. Great jobs guys! Really if you need a spa clean or struggle with the chlorine stabilisation give this company a call, very reasonable rates too!!!! :-)
