We hired Luxe Refurbs in July to redo our bathroom; from start to finish the whole team was courteous, helpful and professional, and paid attention to the small details throughout. A project manager was always on site to answer any questions and to talk through the progress. Mohammed and his highly talented team completely remodelled a dated bathroom and transformed it into a luxurious shower room. All work was outstanding. I kept pushing back my loft conversion due to the fact I was worried about the disruption it would have to my small children's routine. After meeting with Mohammad and reviewing his schedule of works It put my mind at ease. He was so understanding and accomodating, he worked around us and and the boys routine. Our home was not turned into a building site as I feared, the team were very respectful and made sure they cleaned up as they went along. I could not fault the service we received from Luxe Refurb but most importantly we absolutley loved our finished loft, it was even better than we anticipated. The standard of finish was impressive and any minor snagging issues were dealt with immediately. I would not hesitate recommending Luxe Refurbs.

Luxe Refurbs took on a minor (for them) plumbing job but did an extremely professional, efficient, diagnosis and repair. They ended up removing an old kitchen sink waste disposal unit altogether, which I had wanted to do for some years, but other plumbers were reluctant to do. Owner/Project Manager Mohammed personally supervised the work. Customer service is a priority; Mohammed did his utmost to fit into our schedule and he is also very personable. A further upside to hiring Luxe Refurbs - Mohammed is going to provide some bathroom designs for a powder room and bathroom we have been thinking about updating for a while. Hopefully we'll be writing a review on that next. Highly recommend Luxe Refurbs Limited.
