I visited Neals before Christmas. I had no idea what I needed but was helped by Trish who was lovely and guided me through various options for my garden. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me lots of great advice about which plants would be suitable. I’m delighted with my purchases and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend.

Love this nursery. One of the largest in London with a great selection of seeds, bedding, plants, trees as well as garden furniture and bird feed. Parking can be difficult on busy days with a queue building up on the road outside but it usually moves quite quickly. Worth a visit if you live nearby.

Great variety of plants but not many tall plants. I love the way the nursery is layout, the colours coordination, the alphabetical order. The staff is knowledgeable and approachable. Reasonable prices overall.

Such a good selection of flowers, particularly in the summer when the outside space is overflowing. Coming to Neal's was the number one lockdown activity. For me I never find the staff particularly friendly and I think the prices can be a bit high, so I've knocked a star off. But I don't think you'll find a better plant shop anywhere close.

Being in the shadow of a gothic A-Cat slammer gives it a certain something. Romanticising criminality aside, it's a pretty garden centre that looks a lot like all the others. "That'll need repotting soon." checkout girl said helpfully. "...But probably not till spring." she said, less helpfully, after being asked to help repot.

Absolutely Fantastic Service at this beautiful Nursery! Today was my 2nd visit and it was just as good as my first visit. On my first visit I was helped by a very experienced member of staff who I believe her name is Liane, she helped me find the perfect plants for my window boxes and I was not disappointed the plants were perfect and are still going strong and still look amazing! Today was my 2nd visit and I was helped by another of staff whome was also extremely experienced and very helpful ( sorry I didn't get your name) this lady helped me choose the right plants to go together in areas I needed them for. I cannot rate this Nursery high enough. I will be back very soon. Thank you to all staff members. Best wishes Kerry.

This is our local Garden centre. Usually has a great variety though slightly on the expensive side. That's the price you pay for living near Bellvue Road ! The plants are good quality, so they are worth buying

arrived at about 11.30 on Sunday morning and there was a small queue waiting to enter the store.The staff ensured that everything was clean as we entered.Good stock of bedding plants, & shrubs and herbs.wide selection of pots to suit all prices...Only downfall was there were no vegetable plants on sale (maybe they had sold out?). but overall a well run and well stocked nursery.

On a visit to purchase a present for a friend, I asked a member of staff to help find a specific plant. The staff member went out of his way to show me exactly where it was, despite being busy with customers buying Christmas trees. They have an amazing stock range and the staff are very polite and friendly. Big thanks.

Great garden centre with a good range of indoor and outdoor plants, pots, tools, seeds, pet supplies, gifts and homeware. I'm always impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The staff are fountains of knowledge. Happy to help, and friendly. I got one who specialised in outdoor plants to advise me on how to resurrect my collapsed rose bush, and another who knew about indoor plants to tell me extensive detail about how to care for several plants, to help me choose between them. They were both full of enthusiasm. There was a great selection of everything and I got everything I came for, plus things I'd forgotten I needed. They were happy to stow my rollator out of sight while I used a trolley.

Great local garden centre. Have all types of pots (small through to very large), compost, soil, grit, sand, small potted plants through to large shrubs and plants (some are roughly 2m tall), also lots of interior plants and decorations. A huge amount of choice! Also has an overflow carpark for when busy.

As a cactus enthusiast, I think this place is definitely worth to make an effort to visit (the location is quite inconvenient if you take a public transport)! Most of the succulents come in decorative pots. Well, some of them are pretty cool, some might be not of your taste. I think it would be great to be able to buy the pots and plants separately although I can't complain, potted plants are priced really sensibly. The place is big, and I suggest, the directions to the main entrance should be made more visible as it's really hard to find it if you have never been here before.

I yesterday had an order of plants for hanging baskets, compost and fertiliser delivered. You e-mail your request and they phone you to confirm order and take payment. The plants arrived in great condition. Great that you can still carry on gardening this way despite the formal (and silly in my view) closure of garden centres

Great for produce but can never find anyone outside to help or engage with me. One chap I asked for a plant said 'I don't know sorry'!!!! I've been 10 times or more, spent a fortune but would love a more personal approach - so I'm treated a little better. I've also also struggled loading my car with kids but as of yet had no help offered!!

Really good selection of plants often with unusual plants you can't find elsewhere. Staff very nice and helpful - ask for the ones with good plant knowledge. Prices - London prices but they try to source plants from British nurseries so most plants are already acclimatised. Good selection of garden related tools, products etc. Best shop in town for Christmas parafenalia. Highly recommended.

An excellent arrangement of flowers and trees. We picked up some beautiful potted plants and garden plants. The herbs section in particular was extremely well attended. Aaron on the till was a super star and incredibly helpful.

Once inside it was a 5 minute speedy shop as we knew what we wanted but... there was a longish slow moving queue to get into the car park meaning we had already waited in the street for almost an hour before some one came and told us one of us could walk in to shop. It's Friday pm, so presume its much less busy than the weekend but its not really practical to queue in a narrow road causing congestion. Until the Covid 19 situation improves it might be better to restrict drivers to a 15 minute shop max to keep things moving or start online shopping and deliveries to keep people engaged. We understand it's challenging for shops but as one over 60 and another over 70 we won't come again until we're sure turnaround is faster.

This nursery has gone above and beyond in helping me work out how to assemble a pressure sprayer I had bought there the day before.. I discovered when I got home that the instructions on how to put it together were less than user-friendly. I rang Neals, and after an initial problem of not being able to get through, I spoke to a manager named Colin who, after he'd attempted to talk me through the mysterious workings of the sprayer over the phone, asked for my address, and turned up at 8.15 am the following day to show me how to sort it out. This was personal service of the highest order! Thank you very much Neals - particularly Colin for that incredibly generous gesture.
