We cannot recommend Fabiano and his team enough - it has been such a pleasant experience from start to finish! Fabiano came to survey our garden and shortly after he was able to provide us with a detailed quote which we could follow line by line, so we understood exactly what we would be paying for. His team was an absolute delight to have around the garden - the guys were always so friendly, considerate and well mannered. They cleaned up every day and they are genuinely such great guys to deal with. We have recommended Fabiano to friends of ours who will also be using Novaterra and I would urge anyone else who is considering having any garden work or landscaping done, to definitely give Fabiano a call. You won't be disappointed! We love our new garden - thank you so much!

We asked Novaterra to redesign our small back garden, including installing a replacement shed, relaying the lawn, and rebuilding the patio outside our French window. We also carried out a minor redesign of the even smaller front garden. We chose Novaterra partly because we found the quote very reasonable but also because Fabiano was full of sensitive ideas and we were thus able to improve our original plan. His team of (Brazilian) workers are very hard-working and skilled at all aspects of gardening and landscaping. Ours is a mid-terrace house but Novaterra managed to arrange with Ealing Council to gain access to our back garden via the local park so that we were not inconvenienced by vast amounts of material passing through the house. One or two items were added to the original project but these were carefully costed and there were no bad surprises at the end of the project. We will be using Novaterra again to add some planting and we may also get them to carry out some maintenance from time to time. Fabiano and his team are a delight to deal with.
