Selection is outstanding, staff are even better. Great pricing, too. They even lent us a trolly to wheel our things home. They do have a delivery service as well. Plants, pots, tools, hoses, a well stocked oasis in the midst of Kensington.

A real treasure of Kensington. Needed an obscure part for a watering system - and they had a whole selection. Along with friendly and efficient service this is an example of why this is my go-to garden supply centre of choice not only for its local area but also for beyond.

Great garden centre/nursery with a good selection of plants, herbs, and seeds/bulbs. Picked up several cherry tomato plants which are thriving, along with a few herbs as well.

I really like this nursery, lots of interesting plants at Kensington prices. I went in there today, purchased 4 plants and the lady who served me managed to not exchange one pleasantry with me, seemed more interested in meeting up with someone for a drink later. I think the CS leaves much to be desired

Rassells of Kensington surrounds you with beauty and peace. From indoor to outdoor plants, for large and tiny gardens, sunny or shady, they are all arranged enticingly They offer every garden need, including an extensive array of indoor and outdoor containers. The staff work in the background, always ready to give good advice for a particular garden's condition. I look forward to going to Rassells, and I reflect on my previous visits as happy memories.

NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS IN WINTER MONTHS. Very disappointed I couldn't visit today, garden centres are one of the few things that can partially cure pandemic blues. There were three other people that tried to get in within the span of 2 minutes, all disappointed. Opening hours need to be updated on Google Maps!

It's a great place, particularly considering its central location; the shop staff are typically very helpful too. However, in the 'garden centre' at the back, staff can be breathtakingly dismissive - the last time (and it's not the first), I really felt I shouldn't have bothered them!

The place is enchanting, a jewel in the centre of Kensington. However I am always disappointed by the rather off-hand manner with which customers are treated, the refusal to be more flexible on price when plants are past their best and so on.... I have also found on occasion when asking about plants that are not being stocked, that the reasons given are plain wrong. I recently asked about a Photinia shrub only to be told that Rassells does not stock them because they are subject to disease. Total nonsense: London is heaving with very healthy, gorgeous Photinia shrubs. The management needs to get a grip!

The best little nursery with lots of unusual plants and trees on offer,I love going in the autumn to buy bulbs to plant for a dazzling display in springtime, the best variety of bulbs that you can't buy anywhere else
