Our main contacts were Hazel and Paul who were brilliant. The work itself was completed quickly and with no mess. They even cleaned the fencing down before they left. Just ordered some fencing from Cocklestorm and the process was so simple. The team was so happy to help and so patient with me and nothing was too much trouble. Great job installing all the concrete posts, and supports, including 6 wooden fence panels in my back garden. Many thanks to Col, who did a fantastic job, all by himself. Very friendly helpful staff in store, easy ordering and free delivery on my order due to amount spent. Jamie delivered my order today which was arranged & agreed in the time slot email confirmation. A really pleasant guy he went the extra mile carried the panels through my garage and helped me measure up for a couple of fence panels I would need making on a special order due to specific size requirements. Jamie also told me about panel inserts I could buy due to replacement panels being a foot taller than the originals. I'll be returning to order more fence panels and the inserts as Jamie suggested for a more secure and better fit to finish the job. My friend recommended Cocklestorm to me and I wouldn't hesitate to pass on my recommendation to anyone else wanting any garden products.

Found Cocklestorm via eBay, decided to visit them as we were relatively local. Fantastic display of the range available, and the staff were both helpful and efficient. Great quality fence panels at a decent price, unlike the big DIY stores. Very impressed, and we'll definitely be looking to order our larger panels for delivery in the next few months (we might need a bespoke item!)

The fence panels are good if you can get them, availablity was not good but this may be true of other suppliers. The main problem we had was communication for us their production and delivery were not joined up so we little idea when they would be made or delivered. When they were eventually available for delivery we still had a problem in getting any firm delivery date from them so had to collect them.

I have had a new gate and some fence panels fitted today and I am delighted with the products and the fitting. Arranging for the measuring up and the quote for the works was easy and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Excellent service from staff and product, no complaints. After seeing a sample, Ordered decking from them online, this was in June and during the pandemic. Most places had sold out of decking as everyone was doing their gardens and everywhere is running behind schedule/longer leadtimes. During this busy time their website does however state long leadtimes and up to 20 working days delivery of in stock items/8 weeks out of stock. Delivery was made well within the 20 working days as advised. They phoned to confirm when they had received the order for packing, and advised a delivery date, they phoned on the day to confirm the delivery. Delivery driver (transport manager) was polite and helpful, was careful unloading and double checked everything was there. Whilst I was moving all the supplies to the back garden later I found two damaged boards. Phoned them and told them, wasn't an issue, we had informed them promptly and the damage was obviously from transport at some point so they advised they would send us out replacements. These arrived approx 1 week later, again another polite driver. Decking was easy to fit and looks perfect, really happy with the product and cocklestorm. Very helpful supplier and a good product, highly recommended

The one guy was basically running the yard, top lad..he actually served us twice, helped load us up and provide banding to secure the load. The other staff were very good at avoiding eye contact and made it pretty clear they wouldn't be helpful. You guys have an excellent member of staff who should probably be managing the rest of them. He spoke to us and managed our expectations whilst serving others whilst the rest looked on.. not all hero's wear capes

Great service -would definitely recommend Cocklestorm. We bought a summer house 7 years ago that they erected very professionally. Attended to a small problem with the door sticking a few months later very promptly, felt like they had pride in what they do and didn't want to let the customer down. Went back this summer to ask advice on re-felting as the odd crack had appeared and was given sound advice on a range of options. Got them back for the job, great communication about when they would come and do the work, smashing job and tidy site afterwards.

My order was delivered at the early end of the delivery slot by Kieran, who it has to be said, could show a few firms all about good customer relations.
