We recently had replacement fencing supplied and fitted by Bentinck Fencing. We had a great experience from Richard who came to price up the work through to the two man fitting team on the day. They were all timely with appointments, very polite and the fitters were careful to protect the garden while completing the job. We chose the Omega Lattice Top fencing and matching trellis. They are great products and look just lovely. We would highly recommend Bentinck Fencing and are already booking to have more work done by them 👍

We were really pleased with how Bentinck put in our new fence. The panels are beautiful. We had an issue with a neighbour on the day of installation, and Bentinck sent a supervisor out straight away to help find a resolution. Our neighbour was less than polite to their workers, and they just brushed it off and got on with the job. I am very grateful for our property now being secure, and looking good, and with the minimum of fuss from their end. Thank you Bentinck.

As far as the majority of the company's dynamic goes the greater part of the workforce is very competent and pleasant. The price for the installation was very good and the quality of product is also. Take the initial quoting with a pinch of salt and perhaps ask for everything to be doubled checked as you may find the owners sense of timing for the job and spacial awareness for fence panels required is almost as bad his attitude. Under normal circumstances of taking longer than estimated due to his own personal errors, one should acknowledge these issues, whereas this manager proceeds to refuse the lack of professionalism that even allows him to listen to customer issues. He instead resorts to shouting and diminishing complaints and problems, considering them part and parcel of their service. So please by all means use this company as your end product will be what you want, but vastly limit your interactions with the owner and whatever you do, don't question him.

Dear Bentinck Fencing, As you are aware we had the fencing job done today, as per quote, and I have to say that I am extremely happy with the finished fence. I am also grateful to your men who erected the fence, they advised me on the best way to put the new fencing up, which has resulted in a better looking fence than it otherwise would have been. They worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived on site until the job was finished and that included roughly levelling the soil at side of plinths. They were careful to minimise any damage to my neighbours flowers, which were growing next to fence. Altogether I can congratulate you on a job well done and would whole heartedly recommend you to anyone looking for fencing to be erected. Yours sincerely I. Hill

Good service from point of quote to installation. Fence looks good and was installed in half a day. Slight issue with communication on scheduled day of installation which meant fence was put up a day later than intended

I purchased a number of the sleeper concrete panels and posts to act as a low retaining wall, they have been in place for eight weeks and six of the nine panels have bowed and cracked, complete waste of money. These panels are shown on the web site as retaining structures, which they clearly aren't. I'm currently looking at what legal recourse I may have such I suspect will be limited. Be warned!
