Over the years of living where we do, we've had many teams of workers on site to carry out various installations, builds, renovations etc. The team from Border Control were easily the "nicest", and most hard-working of them all. The planting took place on the hottest day of the year so far and not one of them moaned, they just worked like Trojans for the whole day and even though the ground / soil quality was really bad in places, they just stayed longer and finished the job. I can't recommend Julie and the team highly enough. I only gave them 5 stars because I couldn't give 6 !! David

Julie and her team at Border Control have been looking after our fairly demanding, high maintenance garden for five years now. During this time Julie has breathed new life into various areas of the garden, transforming and brightening the borders through her design skills and plant knowledge and I am delighted with the result. Every garden is an ever changing process and Julie is always up for a challenge and a new project! The team are a pleasure to have here and have become firm friends - some do lack experience and knowledge but they are eager to learn and are always supported by a more experienced senior member of the team. We couldn’t do without them and I would highly recommend their services.

The Team helped replant 3 large borders and my only remit was that every plant had to be wild life, bee and butterfly friendly. My garden looks stunning and was buzzing with bees and butterfly’s last year. The Team also help maintain the garden they are always prompt friendly and happy to do anything. Highly recommend Border Control for planting advice and regular maintenance.

A professional service. There is a team of gardeners and you won’t necessarily get the same ones each time. Occasionally this causes communication issues from one week to the next, but Julie is very quick at sorting anything out and is always contactable by phone or email. Overall we would highly recommend Border Control. The gardeners are always very polite, seem to know their stuff and tidy up very well afterwards.
