Great Wild Flower Garden Centre and great Cafe. Had a small breakfast , Bacon, Sausage, Egg , etc. Yum 😋
Great selection of plants .
Lovely Wild Flower fields to walk around.
Highly recommended 👍
D. G.
Great company to deal with and great selection of wild flower bulbs seeds and plants. Just bought a mixed package of 1000 woodland bulbs and I'll be back for more wild flowers in the spring/summer.
Great cafe on site too
G. H.
Nice place to visit for a relaxing hour or two. Wildflowers had gone over when we visited in August but still interesting to see the fields that had largely gone to seed. Café was good and reasonable priced. Lots of outdoor seating.
S. L.
Always love visiting here and there was so much colour and scent this weekend!
In the cafe this time (alongside the usual favourites and Victoria sponge) there was an absolutely delicious courgette and pistachio cake which is gluten free so handy for anyone needing this option.
Soya milk is now available too, so brilliant for anyone needing a dairy free option for drinks.

What a fantastic place! Lots and lots of British native wild flowers to buy with their evocative names. Labels provide good information on each. I could spend an absolute fortune there, and will over time. I have already been twice in a week. Nice little tea room too, though I only had eyes for the flowers.

We enjoyed a yummy breakfast here this morning, with very tasty sausages and bacon. Followed by purchasing some beautiful, well priced plants to add to our own garden.

Lovely place though perhaps a little late in the season now (end August) but amazing to see a place dedicated to wildflowers ☺️👍
A. C.
Awesome place to explore, relaxed environment, friendly welcoming staff & tasty well priced food. Definitely will visit again.
D. L.
Excellent place for a visit, a country walk and coffee and cake. Really good selection of plants and seeds for sale.
J. R.
Such a gorgeous, tucked away spot for a great breakfast surrounded by wildflowers. A real favourite breakfast spot.
T. S.
A beautiful place to go with beautiful flowers, nice walks and a good little cafe.
P. D.
Nice place to visit, my son loved the play area 😊
Will be even better once more if the flowers start to bloom

Our visit wasn't spoilt by the showers! What a fabulous place this is. Had lunch first, excellent quality of food and lots of choice, then a walk through the fields, glorious! Back to the plants for sale area where I found a very large selection of water plants, been searching all year for these, then into the shop, great selection of packets of seed and finally rounded of our visit with tea and cake. Will return earlier in the year in 2022.

It's a lovely place for a walk and coffee. Small playground for the kids. Seems to be a lot busier than it used to, but there's enough space for it not to feel crowded. Coffee is pretty good and i believe they do special offers on week days. Of course they also have an amazing selection of wild flowers, herbs and ferns for sale.
B. R.
Visited with family and a toddler. Nice cafe and refreshments. Bit too cold to investigate walks. Disappointed that no baby changing facilities in the outside toilet. Range of plants reasonable and also seeds etc inshop area
M. T. (.
Great place to go to see all the wild flowers walk around 45 fields of flowers take your camera and a good tea shop and by your plants and seeds 😃

First time visit today. We found the site very nice. We took our grandchildren and they enjoyed the different routes and vistas. There was much wildlife on show buzzards, swifts, dragonflies etc.. the routes are well signed, but you are free to wander the site at your leisure which is nice.
The cafe and shop are simple but suit the setting and are manned by friendly and helpful staff. The area around the cafe is particularly nice. There are plants and seeds for sale that we took advantage of.
It was clear some of the wildflowers were going over, but we still enjoyed our visit and will be going back.
Finally, there is a small children's play area that our grandchildren and children enjoyed. The site backs onto Langar airfield so we had the added bonus of watching people parachuting also during our visit that I certainly enjoyed.
Would recommend a visit.

Beautiful! We wandered among the fields of wild flowers, Many in full bloom, and others about to bloom in the next few weeks. The area is large! With a beautiful show of what it is possible to create with wild flowers in small spaces, large open places, around walls, under hedges and even in and near water. There is a lovely cafe with a small children's play area and places to sit both inside and out to enjoy the area. The seeds and plants sold are a great price and take the hard work and guess work or off knowing what to grow where. We will be back here again. A beautiful family half day trip.
H. M.
Lovely meadows to wander and a very good cafe. The staff are all so excellent.
T. L.
A great hidden gem, lovely walks, ponds and wildlife mainly insects and butterflies. Cafe at 2pm sold out of most stuff but managed a tuna salad and cob for us, drinks good very friendly staff.
Not busy with people so you can keep your distance.
Toilets not clean when I went.
I bought a lot of plants, which all look good.
I will visit again but earlier in the year for the fields of fauna, as at the moment they are going to seed.
A good few hours out, what a gem.😍🙂
T. X.
I bought 30 yellow rattle plug plants from here online around March time. I was very pleased with them all were healthy and strong. Delivery was very fast and packaged well. I have planted in the ground and they are doing nicely. Containers they come in are very sturdy and reusable so you get your money's worth. Excellent independant British business, I would not hesitate to order from here again.

Looked a great place & will visit again with mire time to explore
M. C.
Lovely place to spend a few hours. Lots of wildflowers to purchase and plenty of space to walk off any excess calories caused by eating some of the delicious food on sale from the cafe on site.
There is also a small childrens play area adjacent to the picnic tables with enough to keep smaller children occupied for some time
The cafe staff are very friendly and bring food and drinks out to you when its ready.
Thankfully there is also room to eat inside on those all too frequent wet and cold days we experience in a typically british summer.
Best of all there is no entrance fee which makes it all the better for young families.
C. P.
Lovely spot for the family. Enjoyed walking around and admiring the wildflowers. The playground isn't very big so be prepared for it to be very busy during peak periods. Parking is free but limited spaces.
W. F.
Good quality wildflower plants, varied array of wildflower seeds and great cafe. Nice place to walk, sit and watch the parachutists...
S. C. (. o. R. &. A.
Lovely place!! I really recommended
B.
Lovely day out. Really enjoyed the walk around the 'gardens' and got some good ides for my allotment.
T. D.
Quiet and off the road. Nice open areas to walk around. Clean and airy cafe. Friendly and knowledgeable
R. M.
Breakfasts good but lunch time limited meals available lovely place and staff
T. F.
Love it here. A great, small selection of potted wild plants available in the shop, and extensive seed collection - plus even more available online. Fields to walk around at the right time of year. Proper homemade cakes are delicious, and cup of tea in the kitchen a welcome bonus. Are extending kitchen facilities, I believe so should only improve.
Hard recommend for wildlife-friendly gardeners.
P. A.
We love the place. It's so friendly as you arrive, with well informed and delightful staff in the shop area, and wildflower fields to walk around at leisure. Also there's a very efficient postal service, and you can ring ahead to ensure the seeds and plants that are required are there for you. At weekend, it is a good idea to ring in the week to get any stock put aside for collection in case it not in the sales area as a matter of course.
B. S.
Lovely atmosphere great food friendly service.
H. W.
It was a bit desolate, and quite sad looking. Didnt really know what to expect, but i did expect to see some meadows of wild flowers etc. However i do understand that this could have been as a result of the lockdown and reduced staff etc. Cafe was ok, quite busy when we went, so we looked round the plants for sale before we had coffee. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Good walks round the fields. Will go back in the spring.
S. M.
Lovely meadows of flowers with a nice garden centre and cafe.
G. J.
Nice coffee shop. Selection of native plants. Out of season on this visit so intend to go back when meadows are in bloom.
D. W.
Good cafe and food good and a carpark. Walked around the fields and found the dragonfly pond. Not much plant life this time of year; I would say springtime would be better. Shop where you can buy plants.
K. S.
Beautiful little place with super friendly staff and lots to see. We visited the new cafe while we were there too, food and coffee were both lovely and we didn't have to wait long even though it was busy. One lady there was particularly friendly and helpful, sadly I don't remember her name but had to be mentioned all same. Definitely will go back again :)
A. C.
Lovely grounds, lovely staff, lovely food 🌟
E. T.
Beautiful place for a walk and cup of tea, although couldn't give 5 stars due to the Park is old and some of the equipment needs fixing and or throwing. Accident waiting to happen.
D. S.
Thoroughly enjoyed walking round the wildflower fields on a beautiful sunny day.Plenty of colour and wildlife .Good cafe and plant sales. Fields are flat so wheelchair and pushchairs possible.
B. P.
Ideal for small people with a safe playground to use whilst waiting for food to be cooked.
Breakfast, jackets, soup, panninis etc freshly prepared. Gluten free homemade cakes.
Disabled friendly but wheelchairs need careful steering and the outside loo will be a challenge!
H. A.
Very pleased with the excellent wildflower plant plugs. (10 each of six species). They are strong and healthy and are growing on well. Delivery was quicker than expected too.
Thank you.
M. F.
I ordered a honeysuckle online due to the current restrictions and am so very pleased with it! It arrived by courier well packed and is much larger than I expected and looks very healthy. I usually like to visit garden centres & choose my own plants so was a bit wary of buying online but so glad I did! Well done!
N. M.
I ordered a good number of wild flower plants to add to our lawn and garden. I am hugely impressed with the quality of these plants: good size, exceptionally well rooted and will most definitely be back to order more. Great mail order service, and I hope more people consider including wild flowers and edibles to their gardens. You and the wildlife will be happy :)
M. B.
You have to like nature and the outdoors to get everything this place can offer. I do and I enjoyed it. Walked my dog too. Very dog friendly. Restaurant was nice, again, dog friendly. Service was nice and pleasant. Will go again.
J. T.
A beautiful walk in the wild flowers and insects, with nice tea and cake afterwards.
A. H.
The choice of wildflowers to purchase is fantastic, past that other than the tea room/cafe, there's not a whole lot there.
J. D.
Lovely food and very good service
E. E.
Great place, loved it. Will be back but June/July for full flower display. Thanks, and I got some lovely plants for myself and a community plant display which I am taking part in and using wildflowers to show their true beauty. thanks
R. L.

Nice place to visit and walk around. I look forward to returning when the flowers are in season. Lovely cafe and reasonably priced.
J. M.
Great selection of wildflowers, climbers shrubs and more. Friendly customer service. The place to go for wildlife friendly gardeners
C. P.
Quick dispatch of order but email came too late to warn me of arrival of 'bulbs in the green'
Message on address label to leave package in a safe place not clearly written therefore package returned to Royal Mail Depot.
Customer service poor with regard to reporting this. I will not use this company again.
S. T.
Ordered plants, due delivery in May, will report on the plants and service when this occurs.
