Everything went to plan. We had quotes and the the work was delivered on time. The team of Wayne and Mat were very good on site, completing work on time and managing any unforseen issues, especially as we had a new kind of fencing product.

Paul came to quote and discuss plans, the communication was fantastic from booking a date to complete the work to selecting materials. Very happy customer ! Tafs have always been my preferred builders / landscaping company when looking for garden / building materials. When my fence needed replacing i considered doing it myself and i’m glad i didn’t !! The Tafs site team Wayne & Matt made a professional job of installing it that showed years of experience in the trade. They removed my tatty storm worn fence and replaced it with a modern fence that makes the garden look so much better than before. They removed all the waste from the previous fence and tidied the border where they had worked. All the staff at Tafs from Paul in the office, who quoted the job, to the site team couldn’t have been more helpful than they were, providing sound advice. Top marks for customer satisfaction! I would use Tafs again and would recommend them to anyone.

Our fence was old, untidy and about to collapse. We popped into Tafs.We didn't expect a speedy service as it was just before Christmas, but Paul contacted the next day and came and did the quote the day after.Wayne has done an excellent job. Thorough, neat and tidy. All waste removed and he even cleared loads of mud and weeds off the path. Excellent service. Definitely recommend them.

Used them on 3 different occasions now and they couldn't be more helpful, on one occasion when I wasn't about the delivery guys even carried a load of paving slabs and bags of cement around the back of the house as my wife couldn't lift them. The telephone staff have always been very helpful when I place my orders. The service is always quick, courteous and professional. I will definitely be using them again.

I have used tafs now four times twice for gravel 3 tonnes in total. Once for fencing supplies and panels. And one for a friends gravel. I have never had any problems with the staff or deliveries or drivers. They have been very kind polite and very helpful. The manager Lisa is very kind and has great customer service. The gentleman I spoke to on Monday the 13th of this month was very kind and helpful to. I will stick to using tafs as they are brilliant

Very helpful from JJ in the shop to advise how much pea gravel I needed, and great service & help from the lads who delivered it in craning it up & over into our back garden. I originally had planned a delivery from a local building merchants who rang me on Saturday (Easter weekend) in the morning to say they was out of stock of my delivery. After I had hired a wacker plate for my project I was slightly disappointed. Rang TAFS and they managed to squeeze in a delivery to me the same day! Was over the moon and saved wasting a weekend :) Thanks TAFS!!

Ordered some Cotswold stone and required in a tonne bag. Their delivery vehicle was unavailable so had it delivered loose on a tipper truck. The delivery driver was very polite and a gentleman. He dropped the load off just were I needed it on the drive. No problem at all and a friendly service to boot. Would highly recommend the service. Brilliant.

Good products however you need to plan much better as I ordered 17 days prior to the scheduled delivery. I had to phone to ask where my delivery was just to be told that you can't deliver today as the driver had too much to deliver.

A great service from start to finish....ordered slabs, turf fence panel, posts and sand on Saturday morning with Liam ...all delivered on Mondays run as promised Unfortunately the slabs i ordered were the wrong size the driver took them back Liam then delivered the correct ones on tuesday morning and put a cash refund through my letter box I wasnt expecting a refund as the transport would have covered the difference in cost Excellent customer service thank you I recommend taffs to anyone doing garden landscaping
