Been here a number of times now and bought many different items. Staff are very friendly and the tall man with glasses is very knowledgeable there wasn’t anything he didn’t know about fish plants and the reptiles. The manager always welcoming with smiles and always says hello. Thank you for being so welcoming

Got my bearded dragon from here nearly 12months ago, the guys were very helpful when I had any questions before I made my purchase and shes been a happy healthy beardie, even gave us a clutch of eggs a few weeks back.. kids also loved the park while we were there and the guy we dealt with was brilliant with both our boys showing them the diffrent lizards and other things they had and was brilliant with them chatting away. Would definitely recommend them to anyone (Pics of when we first had her and now)

Had breakfast in cafe first which was great. Fresh cooked and made up of items you choose. Pot of tea for 2 in a proper teapot not the usual cheap metal things. Lovely little play area for kids in there as well. Garden / aquatic centre well stocked & staff very helpful. Was after more fish for the pond & they got the specific ones I wanted. Definitely going back

Amazing and helpful staff. Bought a chameleon, the staff were knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful. Animals are cared for and very happy. Our new addition has settled in well and is a very happy chameleon. I would highly recommend this garden centre.

Everything for the pond, pumps , filters, even the awkward little pipe tightener for putting all together. Got a great filter, cleaned up koi pond in days, can see the fish now! They also have a great cafe, and pots galore, the guy who runs it is a mine of information, just ask.

Popped in for a Christmas tree and wasn't disappointed with the range of sizes. Good selection of wreaths too. Staff member helped us to the car with it. Good service.

Rang them to see if they had a UBV light for our bearded dragon, and spoke to a lovely member of staff, saying they had 3, drove there he went to get it straight away, very helpful and polite.

New staff in the aquatic and reptile department who are very knowledgeable and friendly. The garden centre are getting ready for spring with lots of seeds in stock and seed potatoes ready for all its customers and spring plants due in soon.

Garden centre had some beautiful hanging baskets crammed with flowers and reasonably priced. Good selection of other plants as well. Disappointed with the cafe as used to be good value. Had special of the day with hot drink.....steak bap, mushrooms, onions, chips, side salad....rather greasy and chips were awful, side salad was nice. Hot part of the meal wasn't particularly hot and the coffee was lukewarm. Wouldn't recommend the cafe any more, sadly.

So having Googled garden centres with reptiles near me due to very wet day weather wise. This place came up. Hour drive from Telford. Photos and websites is what I can say better than the place itself. All I can say is it's a mix match car boot meets road side flower stall. Maybe because covid it looks and feels bit run down. The car sales office is right at entrance which is confusing. To be honest I had only gone there to look the reptile section, to there credit the do have the most amount of decorations,glass,mesh,wooden vivarium ive seen compared to any shop. But and this is just ky opinion. The animals looked dirty, and not well looked after. I've never once seen a baby bearded dragon in a 2 maybe 3ft viv with just a bowel and a stone to bask in and a hide. Maybe they have only just had them in but they all looked pale and very fragile. See attached photos of live animals. Having taken time to walk around a couple times I came to the conclusion that yes there was a good selection for any reptile owner. The lack of effort made on the animals for sales set up is concerning. Also when looking the live food they had several boxes has only one or two still alive was more like a hospital ward waiting to die atmosphere than a reptile centre. Again can not fault the costing very well priced for the accessories. The staff where all friendly, it just didn't feel like a garden centre like I've said more a car boot meets side the road flower shop.

staff are absolutely wonderful and i will never get tired of the atmosphere of such a lovely garden centre. the outdoor coffee shop area is just as pretty as I remember it from childhood! prices are about what you expect but goods are high quality.

Went to view hot tubs, and to look for water features. In garden centre for half an hour - not even a hello or can we help you from the staff. Fortunately we could take a leaflet about the hot tubs. Will not be rushing back.

Absolutely brilliant friendly staff. We bought a bearded dragon plus set up a few days ago and been back twice since for a few extra bits and live food. The staff is full of friendly advice and useful tips in set up and care. We did have a problem with a piece of equipment with the set up but they couldn't apologise enough and replaced it with a better one as an apology. There's a nice little onsite cafe too and serve a nice cheap little breakfast. It's a great little place, nice selection of reptiles, fish, and garden furniture etc

The place was good and had a range of things for sale, such as actual fish, aquariums, preformed ponds, pond liner, plants and even a vivarium section. The Café was good with kind staff and tasty food. I felt there wasn't enough staff working but the staff that were working were extremely helpful, kind and nice. I would recommend this shop :)

Springtime, I use them for almost all of my garden plants. Good range of plants at reasonable prices. Last week, I was looking for bulk bonemeal for the garden. They didn't stock it at this time of year. However, Burleydam garden centre on the Wirral had 20kg bonemeal for £9.99.
