Perfect setup. Load your machine. Powder and liquids are inserted via lids that lift up on top of the machine. Select your temperature for your wash. Go to the machine on the wall at the rear of the store and insert four £1 coins and then press the number of the machine you’ve loaded your laundry into (the number is clearly displayed on the front of each machine). Return to your machine and press the large square button on the right and after a second or so a red light comes on on the front of the machine to show you it has started the wash. The wash takes about 40 minutes to complete. Tumble dryers are on the left side of the store. Operation of these is quite similar to the washing machines. Load machine and insert coins into box on wall at the rear of the store and then press the number of the tumble dryer your laundry is in. These cost £2 for 10 minutes. Before you visit, work out how much it will cost you and remember to bring enough coins. The boxes accepted the £1 and 50p coins that I used. Washing powder is also available from a vending machine at the rear of the store. Prices started at £1. I brought my own with me. Any questions I had were answered perfectly by the staff available in the rear of the store. A great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Very helpful staff. I was visiting from the US and desperately needed laundry done on a Sunday afternoon. I had never used their machines before, so the person working helped me through the whole process and made it super easy. He was smiling and friendly the entire time, even though he obviously had other work to get done.

This place is truly heaven sent especially for us tourists looking for a place to do laundry. The guy at the counter is very helpful. He tells us how to use the machines, how long should we wait, plus tips on where to go in the area. Absolutely brilliant!

My washing machine broke down so I had to use a launderette for the first time. The hours of this place say open until 20.00 and the last wash is at 19.15. I turned up at 19.25 and they still let me put a wash on! A cycle is £3, or £5 for the larger machines. The dryers are £1 for ten minutes. They have a vending machine for washing powder and dryer sheets so you don't need to remember to bring some and they're £1 a go. They even have a change machine in case, like me, you didn't think the "coin operated" part was important before going to the cash machine. So... great prices, great service, the only thing that'd top this would be if they did free coffee. Oh wait, they do!

Sanjay and the staff at Spin City are absolutely lovely! Super nice and very helpful. Very clean and easy to find launderette in Belfast city centre - very convenient. A wash load is only £3 (soap is £1 or bring your own); dryer is £1 for 10 minutes. Great people, very clean, excellent location, excellent value. Sanjay also offers a laundering service if you don't want to do it yourself, and a dry cleaning service. I wish him great success!

Used Spin city today, cant recommend this place highly enough... super impressed! Needed 2 duvets washed and dried. The gentleman serving explained everything, couldn't have been more helpful, was done and dusted in less than 2 hours. Pricing is really good too, will definitely be using this place again and never struggle with large loads. Thank you! I'll be telling everyone in my office as it's just across the street.

Very helpful staff, location is great if you want to shop and wash. The main problem being there aren't many machines, so it means going at the right time or just being lucky. An average wash and dry will run £6-8 which is good and the machines are reasonably sized. There is a change machine on site and you can purchase detergent also

I have never tried taking my washing, to a dedicated washing place. This place took me by surprise, when it came to how helpful the assistant was. I had no knowledge of the usage of the machines and needed recommendations, for how to proceed with the 4 bin bags I had full of clothes. I was well received and felt guided through every step. If my washing machine breaks down again, I'll know where to go! (Again) 11/10.

Very pleased with the service at the SpinCity. Staff are more than happy to help. Had my double duvet washed and dried in 1h30 and put in a carrier bag. I will go back again with anything thats too big for the washing machine I have at home.

Really friendly staff, Lyndsey is great, couldn't be more helpful. So handy to have a full service laundrette right in the city centre, they have five washing machines, four are a 30 minute wash (£3), and one larger machine that's 1.5 hours, and all have different heat settings. Five dryers, which are £1 per 10 minutes. The last 2 minutes of each 10 minute period is cool down, so check the dampness in the 8th minute (each dryer has a countdown screen) and add more time to keep the heat optimal. This saves time and money. They have benches, wash baskets, two large folding tables, usually a newspaper or two, a change machine and a free coffee machine. The last wash is 7:15pm to give enough time to wash and dry before closing at 8pm. They are really accommodating, unfortunately people sometimes take advantage of their good nature and push the time limits too far, which is undeserved. Highly recommend Spin City :)

It's hard finding a laundromat while on vacation and having your hotel do it was not something we were interested in. This place was just down the street from our hotel and was just what we needed. All of the machines worked and the price wasn't bad either. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Quick, Simple and Clean ^_^ Seriously, Its a laundrette it does what you want it to, Coin Operated machines, Good and quick so you don't spend to much, Machines well Serviced, Coffee Maker there while oyu wait, Well Lit, well Positioned, Well decorated. seriously i do love the comic art on the interior its snazzy. You got laundry to do in Belfast city center its perfect. I Actually felt comfortable enough to leave my load unattended and run an errand to nearby shops and grab a sandwich at a nearby Subway Perfect for what you need I've recommended them to people i know coming to stay in city central hostels as well. There's a dry cleaners next door my friends frequent often too.. Absolutely perfect how many times can i say that :P
