Saved me from the longest stay in the dog house you could imagine. Called this company in a panic after walking through my house in my work boots early this morning - black sticky oil on cream Capet! A Couple hours later they came over to quote and actually fixed it there and then. Very reasonable price too. Can’t thank them enough!

Gohir and his colleague arrived at the appointed time, were friendly and very efficient. They deep cleaned a large living room carpet and a cream leather three piece suite which now look so much better. We were unable to move some of our heavy furniture; no problem, Gohir and colleague moved it. The furniture was left standing on blocks to allow the carpet underneath to dry; Gohir kindly offered to return in the next few days to remove the blocks. As part of an end of tenancy we needed 2 mattresses steam cleaned. Clean Doctor were extremely friendly, professional and efficient, and cleaned the mattresses to a high quality, they looked like new, plus used an anti viral on them as well which given the current pandemic was fab! There was a stain on the mattress from a previous tenant which must have been there for over 2 years as we have had the property since 2019 and they were even able to remove this. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

For the end of our tenancy we requested a quote for a carpet clean in our 2 bedroom apartment. Gohir answered quickly and gave us a fair price (and even told us that additional cleaning services we considered were not necessary for our situation). Than he gave us our requested time slot on pretty short notice. Cleaning was done in said time and the result was exactly as promised. Cleaning doctor Gohir done a amazing job from start to finish. He came to do a survey of the carpets and sofas to make sure they are safe to clean. Then he started the clean and took extra care when moving his tools around so nothing gets damaged. End results were fantastic. The sofa and carpets in the whole house are spotless and smell fresh, even the air in the house feels fresh. I am very pleased with his service. I have used different carpet cleaners before and they just come in and slap some water on, however CLEANING DOCTOR to loads more extra. Proper professionals. I will be using them after Xmas to clean my mattresses and curtains.

We used the cleaning doctor for a deep clean of our large corner sofa after our daughter started potty training and had a couple of accidents on the sofa. They were quick to come out to us and the price was very reasonable. Our sofa was cleaned to an excellent standard and we were very happy with the results. After this, our daughter had a few more accidents on the sofa so I messaged explaining the situation and asked to book in for another deep clean. Rather than just accepting this job, Gohir offered us a cheaper alternative of just buying the odour removal product from him. This was very effective and saved us the money of getting the whole sofa cleaned again! Overall the customer service and results from the cleaning doctor were brill and we will definitely use them again for any future upholstery/carpet cleaning.

I initially used him to clean the office carpets at work (not an easy job they were very dirty and he had to climb stairs with his equipment) and then to clean my hall, stairs and lounge at my home.
