G. A.It is actually outside at a petrol station.
If machines are busy, you'll have to wait in the cold, if you don't have a car.
As there are just 2 or 3 machines available, it is quite likely. In my case it was always busy.
It's also a bit odd standing next to a main road and putting your dirty laundry into a washer.

But they have no competition in Birmingham City centre. They couldn't care less about costumer comfort I guess.
Any way, funny experience, but I travel next time some wherr else to do my laundry, when I stay in Brimingham again.
A. S.Could use a door, proper floor tile, a table to fold the clothes. The adjacent plywood construction and unprotected interior were you downfall.
A.Two washers and a dryer. Open air next to a petrol station. It's open 24 hours which is convenient and I like that you can pay with a bank card so don't need change. But the area around the machines needs a clean. So my laundry has been in the dryer for over an hour on the hottest setting (VERY HOT +++) and is still not totally dry. It's not overloaded so I think the dryer machine might not be getting hot enough.

S. L.Open air - 3 machines on the side of a petrol station. Machines supply their own washing powder and fabric softener. Seemed to clean the clothes fairly well.
F. S.Where to start? No easy to find, you gotta stay in an open air area, its expensive and the dryer pumps the money out of your pocket. Try to use another one if you find one.
