I used the service after getting a new puppy. He came on time and our communication before hand was good. He gave good advice on maintaining the carpets, was polite and well mannered. I was greeted with a big smile and friendly spirit to my home by Mr Johnson who was a delight to invite into my home. I then told him that I had used various products from the supermarkets but was still unable to get my carpet as clean as I would like it to be since it is fairly new and excellent quality yet has stains and dirt. He responded ‘No problem’ and then literally worked his magic as I didn’t even recognise my living room and dining area anymore since it was that clean. found this coming company whilst I was just looking for a car upholstery cleaning company at short notice to clean and freshen up my car. From the start to finish he was amazing. Not shortly after I put in an enquiry with a phone call Johnson called back to fix a date and time convenience to me . He was courteous and professional, He was able to book a slot with me at short notice ( less than a week ) and gave me a choice of a few appointment times. The costing was also very reasonable considering my tight budget. I received a couple of confirmation reminder texts towards the booked day and on the actual day he arrived not just on time but early. From the time that Johnson arrived, he was friendly, professional and was kind. He explained what he was going to do and carried on with no disruptions. The payment method was easy and in total Johnson was all done after about an hour and a half. The car seats looked amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to have their cars valeted/ cleaned. Thanks Johnson 👍 👍

I was looking for a carpet cleaning company in the City Center, Birmingham area. Our washing machine had a big leakage. It flooded the apartment and made the carpet dirty, it was in bad condition. When I saw reviews of Midlands Carpet Cleaners I contacted them immediately. Soon we set up a meeting and they gave me an estimate and I decided to hire them. In short, it was the best cleaning experience I have ever had. They did an awesome job, my carpet looks like new.

Jermaine called round really promptly to deal with a red wine stain on a pale rug. Did a really thorough job and ended up cleaning the whole rug. The rug looks great now and you've got to look really hard to see traces of a stain. Highly recommend.

Midlands carpet cleaners came out today to do a deep clean in my lounge. Jermaine explained the product to me and how it’s vegan free. Meaning that there is no chemicals when cleaned and not harmful. As a result I could smell the freshness and he explained to me this is what the product will do

Had recently looked after some very mucky dogs who had left my carpet stained and stinky to say the least. Got in touch with MCC while I was still on holiday to see if he could fit me in when I got back. He managed to squeeze me in that day and I arranged for my mom to meet him at the house. Mom told me how professional he was and Jermaine mentioned to my mom that he was trying a new natural detergent. My mom usually struggles if there are any harsh chemicals in the air but says she wasn’t effected by fumes at all. I came back the next day from my holiday to new looking fresh carpet, I’m over the moon. Will definately be using his services again 👍

MCC was very good, although it's name is Midlands carpet cleaners I had a job in Sheffield which they accommodated, they arrived on time and the service was great, didn't realised how much dirt was in the carpets until it was cleaned. they explained what was in products and was very thorough in the work, I will definitely be using them again,

I used the midlands carpet cleaners to deep clean the carpets and curtains in a rental property of mine , that had been left in a bad way by the previous tenants. They were polite and accommodating to my schedule when I had to cancel and rearrange for another day . I had bubblegum on my carpet and heard about MCC cleaning company through a friend of mine. I spoke to the company and they was very polite and give me a time and a day and they turned up on time and on the work professionally and also was very polite. He explained about a new drying machine what they have and the time should take half of the time then before the drying machine was very excellent and it dried within the half of the time as he said. If anyone is looking for the carpet to get clean I would recommend this company.
