To anyone trying to retrieve laundry from here, since March 2020, I have rang the landlord, West Midlands customer relations team, etc etc, absolutely nothing. I was there again this week, it's still permanently closed, and have spoken to a very helpful assistant station manager whilst there. He has spoken with his manager about this place, still being closed, and full of stuff. He has since told me that Daniel Jones details is still on the place even though he no longer has it, the new guy who took it over, has been asked what's going on. He no longer wants the business, and appears to have just walked away from it. Abellio who ultimately own it are soon going to break into the shop, and empty it, as soon as they do, the guy I know will be there to retrieve my shirts for me. Update got my shirts at long last a couple of weeks ago.

Best in town,reasonable price I have been using this service since it opened about 4 years ago, shortening trousers, tailoring jackets, dry cleaning sensitive fabrics and anything at all. After alterations are done, he will not be satisfied if it is not 100% perfect on you and I appreciate that most of all. Superb customer service and with a smile! Highly recommended!

I have been using Toffs for almost a year now. Every week I drop off my shirts for laundering and pressing. They do a fantastic job with a quick turnaround and the price is brilliant. Also fantastic for getting suits dry cleaned too. Highly recommended. Even if you don't have a train ticket the station staff will let you through the barriers if you tell them you are going to Toffs, so everyone can use them!!!

I was sure that my favourite coat was ruined forever after an unfortunate brush with some gloss paint - but I was wrong! Coat was returned totally immaculate within hours. Really impressed with the service and the price. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Very easy to drop stuff off on your way into town in the morning and it's done when you head home. Don't seem to pay too much of a premium for the convenience.
