I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and results of this clean, when I bought the car it was cleaned twice by the dealer because I was not pleased by the results, but I was genuinely very pleased by Adams work. Excellent results and brilliant value for money, the equipment used was so fancy! The pictures speak for themselves, will definitely be using A&O again.

A & O Carpet Cleaning have recently cleaned my sofa and chair. It was dirty and smelly from where my old dogs had rubbed themselves along the front and slept on it. Adam did a fantastic job cleaning and scotch guarding it. Really, really pleased with the results. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I recently had a flood come through our front door and our carpets got soaked. Despite trying to dry them out, they began to smell and no matter what equipment I hired it just wasn’t powerful enough to get the job done and the last thing I wanted was to add more water when I couldn’t trust it to extract it again. I immediately thought of Adam as he cleaned our carpets before. He was incredibly understanding, responsive and professional. The smell went straight away and after 24hours we had dry carpets again. He also kindly lent us his fans to help dry out. I am so grateful plus he returned to try and remove a rust stain left from the dehumidifier. Very grateful.

I can’t recommend Adam and Olivia highly enough, they recently cleaned my outdoor patio area and it looks absolutely amazing, just like new again. They arrived promptly at the agreed time and were courteous, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They moved all necessary garden furniture and plant pots and after finishing repositioned them exactly as found, having taken photos earlier. This attention to detail is hard to find, thank you! Adam arrived when he said he would, wearing mask and gloves and socially distanced himself throughout which was reassuring. He explained about letting the carpets and rug dry out and hoovering next day etc and offered to come back if anything appeared after drying (which it hasn't). He worked quickly, was friendly, and gave a very professional service. Carpets look (and smell) great now! Would definitely use again.

After I spilt an entire espresso on our cream carpet, we used shop-bought carpet-cleaner on the areas initially but it didn’t do the job. We booked A&O after reading positive reviews. Both Adam and Olivia came to the door fully masked and maintained social distancing whilst thoroughly cleaning the carpet with their specialist equipment. They were quick, professional and very friendly. The stain is completely gone but the verbal abuse from my wife as she reminds me of what a “clutz” or “clumsy idiot” I am for spilling a mere 30ml of Italian roast espresso, remains echoing in my ears. If my wife is right, we’ll probably end up booking A&O again because apparently I’m the reason we can’t have nice things. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent team. So personable. More than attentive and helpful. They really know their carpets and best ways to clean each type of fibres. Quick. Not left sopping wet but dried quickly. An amazing machine coupled with know how. Respectful. Came prepared with gloves and masks which helped towards our deep clean. Have already recommended to friends and family.
