Excellent service from Justin. Diagnosed the problem with our Dyson V6 & we agreed a new brush head was required. This was available at a competitive price. Communication with him very good throughout & I have no hesitation in recommending Vacuum Wizard for any Dyson or other brand vacuum cleaner issues. Many thanks again!

Wow !!! What more could you ask for ! 5 star service from a 5 star company. Justin couldn’t have been more helpful , explained all options I had together with prices in order to fix /service my Dyson hoover . No pressure and no hidden charges. Ordered a replacement Dyson filter as Dyson don't give you a spare ! , it arrived next day it fitted perfectly and cured the problem of the motor spinning up and down which happens when the filter is dirty or still drying out after washing. Great service and will use again.

Needed a new Drive Motor Head for my Dyson V10, I did go onto the main Dyson website to start with but the item was out of stock, luckily on my google search I was directed to The Vacuum Wizard, placed my order late afternoon and received it the next Morning at 1100, I was kept informed from start to finish on the progress of my order. The item arrived which consisted of a genuine Dyson part, problem solved, hoover is back up and running. I for one am always a bit dubious of companies offering genuine replacement parts at a cheaper price, but The Vacuum Wizard has supplied just that, excellent service from start to finish, would most definitely use again in the future and I highly recommend for any future customers.
