Excellent service from JDee. Cleaned our tapestry suite and we were amazed how well the sofa and chair looked after John's attention. John was early to the appointment and introduced himself. He was very friendly and explained the whole process to me. He took a sample before starting to clean to make sure the correct solution was used so as not to damage the carpet. He explained the various differences between the chemicals and reassured me that he would be able to give me the outcome that I was expecting The carpet came up lovely and the results were amazing. I contacted Jdee cleaning as I was going to throw my rugs out . John turned up, very nice man. He offered to take my rugs away to clean and I wouldn't have to pay if I wasnt happy with the results. Two days later john returned my rugs and they looked like new. Highly recommend this company
