These guys did a fantastic job on my carpets. They cleaned master bedroom, landing, stairs, hall and living room. They were stained badly as we have 3 young children . Marc was absolutely brilliant from the moment I first contacted him. Very responsive, and happy to adjust my quote as I changed my mind about which carpets I wanted cleaning. After assessing the carpets of the house we were buying, he knew straight away what kind of carpets they were and how they would come up. I was extremely impressed with the results (and horrified at the colour of the water!). The carpets were cleaned thoroughly, and odours removed. I felt much better about letting my young children run around after the job was complete. I have passed on the details to two other people since the service was carried out and will be booking in again when I am ready for the sofas cleaning next. 100% would recommend.

My wife booked Marc to do a clean of carpets in my daughters new house... From the moment that he arrived Marc was the epitome of professionalism... on time, polite, informative and took obvious care with my daughter's property. Examining the carpets under UV light to find evidence of various types of stain, he then set about his work cleaning. Inside a couple of hours Marc had cleaned and almost completely dried the carpets, removing any evidence of dirt or staining, leaving the carpets looking as good as if they had just been fitted. Great value and superb service, we'll be booking him in to do our carpets & upholstery soon... which speaks volumes... 10/10 service.

Marc and his staff attended bang on time, made sure they wore shoe covers without asking, and got straight on with the job. Marc checked the label on the chairs to make sure of what materials he was working with, taking that extra care. We had inherited the arms chairs and they needed a little TLC to bring the colour back out in them. Marc was done with both chairs within the hour and had done a marvellous job, given what they were like beforehand! Chuffed with the outcome and the service. Assisted bringing furniture back into my living room before leaving me with a bundle of ‘over shoes’ to protect cleaned carpet and socks/feet from minimal residual moisture in carpets. Clean Me offer a brilliant service. I'd previously used them for a full house and upholstery clean and the difference it made was unbelievable. So when there was an unfortunate incident with someone being sick on one of the carpets this weekend I knew who to call after my repeated scrubbing failed to remove the smell.
