S. L.Friendly, caring, attentive service. Following an accident, the random blood stains on my suit were identified and removed. I’m delighted with the service!
O. L.I dropped off a coat to be dry cleaned and was told it would take a couple of days- not a problem.
I told them I would return at about 6 to collect it on the day it was ready.
On that day there was nobody at the counter but it was open. Even the Asda security guard tried shouting over the counter for someone for me and no response.
After 25 minutes there was still nobody there and the guard came back and had to physically go in to get someone for me.
When he returned he brought a staff member who said really bluntly 'why didn't you just ring the bell?'
What bell?
Oh you mean the tiny doorbell hidden in-between the shutters?
I didn't see that and neither did the guard so how would I know to ring it?
Quality of the dry clean was fine. Customer service leaves something to be desired.
