An excellent service. Neil arrived on time and quickly set up his equipment. He completed the job in time despite our awkward staircase. The carpets even dried in the time he said it would take! The carpets were pretty bad because of the bad winter but they have come up like new. Moreover the price represented good value for money. We have Neil's card and will be using him in the future. I would recommend Valet Plus.

Neil came to clean 6 different rugs, including several older rugs, containing wool and silk. They all came up very well and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Valet Plus for carpet/rug cleaning!

A mug of coffee had been accidently spilt onto a cream carpet. I had tried unsuccesfully to remove the stain using a well known carpet cleaner. Cold water is apparently better. Neil wasnt sure the stain could now be removed but he worked hard and the result was excellant.
