Prompt reliable service. Efficient from initial point of contact.,Chris took time to clean my whole houses carpets which had never been cleaned and made a great job explaining the process along the way. He then went out his way & cleaned my elderly aunts carpets and was very good with her knowing she has dementia. Very affordable and accommodating company to use. I highly recommend. Would use again. After purchasing a new house I needed the carpets freshened up. AL Scrubz were great from start to finish. Answered messages promptly, called to arrange a time to suit me and arrived when they said they would. Carpets look great and have removed various stains. Will have them back shortly to do the downstairs of the property and would certainly recommend them.

Everyone I spoke to was lovely. Very friendly and polite. My carpet is old about 6 years so I wasn’t expecting anything major but it actually looks worse after being cleaned. I now have black and grey stains on the carpet that weren’t there or as noticeable before cleaning. I do feel bad because the guy who cleaned it was so nice but I do regret getting it done.

Very quickly responded to my enquiry regarding cleaning bedroom/hall & stair carpet in new house, appointment to suit within a couple days, guy turned up on time, friendly and professional. I was very happy with the cleaning service of my sofa. I could book the appointment much earlier than what I hoped for, and I must highlight that the quotation was very honest! I live in a second floor flat and a previous contacted company asked for additional 30 pounds after having found out that... I couldn't recommend Tony more for his professionalism

The guy who came out to clean my carpets and mattress was so professional courteous and polite. I’ve already had my carpets cleaned by another company and they where no where near as good as what this company are. This guy not only got the smell of puppy urine out my brand new mattress he got the stains out too, and for that I will be using this company again. Great service from ALS and ver accommodating. I had and emergency in the morning and was not going to be at the first agreed time. The men were very understanding and moved a few things around to fit me in. At such short notice it was very appreciated. Would highly recommend. I’m also pleased with the results of the cleaning! I got ALS Carpet cleaning out to clean my hall and stairs carpet.. I have 2 young pups who tend to use my carpet as their toilet ..I tried everything but to no avail .. Not only were the stains not budging but the carpet was starting to smell . So weeks before xmas I thought I'd try ALS just to freshen it up a bit and to my surprise it's like a brand new carpet ..No more stains, no more odour and it's so bright and fresh . 10/10 highly recommend.. They told me how long they would be and left everything beautifully clean and removed all their equipment without a trace of them being there. I have just had my sofa and 2 armchairs cleaned by Tony. He was very pleasant and done a good job , unfortunately once he left I noticed that he hadn't cleaned the back of my sofa . So I'm not happy about that. I would like the job finished properly.
