Absolutely delighted with my recent job. Appointment times were kept, very punctual and a quote given before deciding to go ahead. Sean and Cedric were very friendly and polite, most professional and explained what they were doing. My carpets look and smell amazing, as do the suite and curtains. We had Martin from McMillan’s come to our flat to correct a pretty poor job another company made of one of our bedroom carpets. Was incredibly friendly and explained the process, worked quickly and efficiently assuring us he’ll do his best to bring our carpet back to life. The carpet has came up great! Really pleased with the results and would recommend McMillan’s to anyone looking to have their carpet cleaned to a very high standard.

My encaustic tiles were badly stained, McMillan cleaned and re sealed them for me. Excellent job, the tiles are cleaner than I expected. Fraser and his team were professional and courteous. I would definitely use this company again

The guys came in when we were on holiday to clean our carpets. Left my keys with my son. Left a really good clean job locked up and set the alarm when leaving. I was absolutely delighted with the finish. I had numerous stains on my carpets which came out with the steam clean (although this could not be guaranteed). They sent me information in advance of the clean about what was used in the chemical clean. Both the company and myself thought it best to choose the steam clean due to significant allergies on my part. They had also noted this on my documentation so that the person cleaning the carpets on the day was also aware of this. My 2 seater settee was also cleaned this way.

Scott came over and did a great job on a sofa that has had a four year old eating and drinking on it daily for a long time! Sofa looks almost new! Professional and courteous - highly recommended!

Sofa had some horrible marks on from drink spillage and just general babies dirty and all have been removed. It just feels much better and cleaner too. Shawn did a great job and it was done in around a hour. Sofa was pretty dry after 5 to 6 hours. Very happy with it
