Best service ever. Open on Sunday, 11.5 gbp for a big bag of laundry (1 week, 4 people), dropped off before noon, ready by 3pm. Saved our trip! Highly recommended

We were visiting Glasgow and ran out of clean clothes, as our last AirBnB didn't have a washer/dryer as described. Searched for a "laundromat" but all the ones around here are "service laundry". They do it for you! I dropped off a load, and two hours later they e-mailed me that it was ready for pickup. This was a MUCH better experience than a laundromat! We didn't have to wonder if our laundry would be taken or moved, or wait and find something to do. When we came back our clothes were clean and folded. I wish there were more of these in the US. The staff was super-friendly and helpful - just a great experience overall! It is a bit pricier than a laundromat, and cash-only, but so worth it for the convenience!

Couldn’t ask for anything more. I visit once a week and they always greet me with a smile. The standards and attention to detail is fantastic. They treat my laundry as if it was theirs. Throughout these troubled times they have kept open and positive. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I´ve been using this laundrette for two years and they´ve been excellent. Always friendly, know who their regulars are and always interested in them as people which just makes the whole experience of washing clothes so much nicer. I agree with some others on here, a particular shout out goes to Kirstie who always goes the extra mile to help. I was so relieved that this laundrette continued to remain open during lockdown and although they had to change a few things the service has continued to be of the highest quality.

Having never had the need to use a laundrette in my life, a recent issue with my washing machine saw me in a desperate panic on a Sunday with a week of work ahead. Having seen the accessible opening hours and what appeared to be a straightforward and reasonably priced service at Park Road Laundrette, I decided to give it a whirl (terrible pun I know!). And I was exceptionally pleased at what I found. Everything is as straightforward and stress-free as I could have hoped for. The washes don't take too long, the prices are good value - but most importantly, the service is first class. And to that I must thank Kirsty who seemed to sense my displacement at being in a Laundrette. It always helps to have someone who is friendly and reassuring when you're a state of disorganisation. There are probably many other closer laundrettes to where I live, but once I'm happy and comfortable with something - I simply cannot be persuaded to go elsewhere. And as things stand at the moment, I still haven't got round to getting the washing machine fixed - so I will certainly be back again in the next few days.

We used the laundrette to quickly wash and dry our daughter's bedding after she was unwell in the night - we simply handed over a bag and within 2 hours it was washed, dried and beautifully pressed ready for bedtime - amazing service at a time when we needed it.

Great spot to get some laundry done while traveling. Cheapest place I could find by far and the attendant was super friendly and kept an eye on our load, transferring it to a drier in my absence while I had a coffee! Highly recommend this place!!

So much better!After the waste of time that was Aqua;I googled the nearest launderette.The 7 minutes walk was well worth it. Nice lady;even gave me change for the machines from a tenner.Will forget about useless Aqua and come here instead.
