Very professional indeed. Craig worked amazingly hard to clean our wool carpets throughout our home, a couple of large wool rugs and a fabric large sofa. He also managed to remove some very stubborn stains, all leading to a very delighted customer. Would recommend unreservedly

I was referred to Proclene by Laura Ashley who recommended that I used Proclene as he was registered as a wool safe service provider. Craig arrived to clean a mark from my wool armchair looking very well presented & professional, he also arrived on time. I am very pleased with his service and precise knowledge in stain removal. Craig came highly recommended from a couple of my work collegues so I decided to have my lounge carpet and corner suite sofa cleaned, was tempted to leave it until after christmas but with friends coming to stay I decided to get it cleaned now and have a stain guard added. It has now been 4 weeks since I had them cleaned and they still look great and feel great. I could not believe how clean they actually came up as the carpet is almost white and the sofa is white, Craig's attention to detail did mean that he was here for longer than i had anticipated but he definately does believe that if a job is worth doing then do it well. These guys are simply the best! They removed dog's urine and excrement stains, as well as blood and coffee stains, and after their work a light cream carpet matched a brand new sample from the shop. We thought this was impossible and couldn't believe our eyes. Deep knowledge of their trade, reliability, flexibility, honest pricing, punctuality - what more can a customer wish for? If a stain can physically possibly be removed, these guys are the ones who can do it. We also used their services for an end of tenancy cleaning. They were the only company our landlord was happy to trust after seeing their miracle with the carpets. I can never thank you enough, guys!
