We had our carpets and sofas cleaned by RC Professional cleaning. From the initial contact, the replies were prompt and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The guys on the day were really polite and kept us updated throughout the process. Having 2 dogs, we thought the carpets would be better but still not great due to all the stains, however we were blown away with the results! Super pleased and we will definitely be calling you again!

My 20 year old tiled floor was pretty grim - no matter how much I steamed and cleaned it. RC Professional Services did an amazing job. The floor looks fantastic! Super friendly to deal with. I cannot fault RC Professional cleaning. Communication was great from the start, they turned up on time, they did a really super job on our carpets and I asked for two couches to have the arms cleaned and they came up so much cleaner than I expected. I was about to move and RC cleaned a bedroom carpet and did spot removal on other carpets. They did a super job and even cleaned a part of landing carpet that I hadn't asked for but made it so much better.

Really pleased with the results and service received from Rob and Lucy. I have used them before for a conservatory roof clean too. This time it was my lounge carpet and stairs. They have taken a beating over the past 3 years with a toddler and 3 cats. I was shocked when Rob was able to remove lip gloss, paint and dreaded slime. Very impressed and will use again, my carpets look like new.

We had an overflowing gutter which led to a pool of water in our conservatory. Called RC Professional Cleaning Services and they came out to give a quote the same day and managed to fit us in the next day, checking and clearing all the gutters. FANTASTIC SERVICE AND PRICES I honestly don't know where to start, I'd heard of RC cleaning from a few people with very high recommendations so thought I'd give it a try as coming to the end of my tenancy, I must have the carpets professionally cleaned. I spoke Lucy to begin with who was absolutely faultless, polite, helpful, extremely fast with getting back to me and nothing ever felt like it was too much to ask. She arranged for Rob and Alan to come over to our flat in Tewkesbury at a time to suit us which was very helpful with both working full time jobs. They were also extremely polite, made me feel at ease having them in the flat and even helped me move things from room to room as being a flat we have hardly any space to store things. All in all, I would definitely recommend RC as to top things off the carpets have come out looking fresh as ever! Thank you so much Lucy, Rob and Alan!!

So I woke up on Saturday morning just after xmas to find the puppies had escaped from their man cave (cage) and ran riot around the downstairs of the house. This is after they messed everywhere in their cave. I woke up emptied the house out and called this company as had very high ratings and excellent recommendations. I called, they were busy but I explained my situation and they fit me in between other jobs that day. I left the keys for them to let themselves in and clean the whole downstairs, stairs and landing. They completed the job and let me know when it was finished. They put trust into my words and I paid them when I got home that evening through transfer. I never met them only spoke on the phone. Extremely polite, professional and did and absolute diamond of a job. First carpet cleaner I rang that morning. I wouldn't entertain wasting anytime on trying to find one, just ring RC and let them do the rest. Honest Guys, Thank you so much. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism. Excellent job done again on our lounge and conservatory carpets today. Used RC Professional Cleaning for our carpets for a few years now, wouldn’t trust anyone else. Gutters and fascia clean in a few weeks ready for winter. Cannot recommend them enough. The service you provided today was beyond all expectations. RC got rid of a stain on a white carpet that we had no hope of them cleaning. It had been made by our cats eating a mouse and we had tried to clean it ourselves unsuccessfully. The stain had be bugging us for over seven years. We are genuinely pleased with this outcome. We were thinking of replacing our carpets, and now it is no longer necessary, so they saved us a serious amount of money.

If you happen to, I don’t know, notice 36 hours later that you’ve poured casserole grease into the cloth passenger seat of your van - you must call RC! They answered the phone at 5:30 on a Friday evening (which is amazing service to begin with), then found a way to be in our driveway at 8:05am Saturday. Perfect fix for an incredibly good price. What a wonderful couple, a real joy to have met. Call RC!
