s. a. t.The customer service in the Clough Road, Hull branch was outstanding. Rang to see if they could clean an expensive North Face Down jacket on Easter Sat and needed the same day bearing in mind it was nearly noon. All ready in 2.5/3 hours, much quicker than advised. One extremely happy customer. Very professional and helpful staff, well only one lady was on at the time but she certainly pulled out all the stops. Would certainly recommend without hesitation and return for other items to be dry cleaned

L. P. (.I arrived here on Thursday afternoon in the middle of an absolute meltdown. I had marked a dress that was needed in 3 days for a family wedding. Sarah & Millie were amazing, they whisked my dress away, removed the mark and water marks that I had managed to add during my cleaning attempts, gave it a quick steam and placed in a plastic bag all while calming me down and being so friendly….all was done and I left relieved and wedding ready 10 minutes later! Thank you so much ladies… you were fantastic :)

s. m.Absolutely Fantastic Service! I cannot praise the level of service enough. I think the lady who served me was called Lindsay and she went out of her way to get me a special photo ordered and delivered on time. She is a credit to the company so thank you so much.
S. T.Johnsons on Clough Road are a UPS collection point. I regularly drop parcels there to be picked up by UPS, far better than waiting in all day. The staff are friendly and helpful, would score them six out of five if I could.

H. R.This is a great place to return an amazon parcel with UPS and so, so convenient for parking. You can park right outside. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The photo gifts are great in an emergency.

R.Millie is so professional and cares about her job as well as customer care, I had a jumper with a small hole that was repaired and I can not see the repair it’s so nice to be able to take my clothes for Dry Cleaning again as they are now fully open. I can not recommend the company or it’s staff enough a 5*+ from me.

B. E.Really nice people, I had 3 evening dresses cleaned here and they all looked like new. One had a really bad stain and they even washed it twice. Duvet was also done brilliantly. Good discount with the priority card upgrade.

B.Mille kept me informed as to how the business would operate through covid19 and gave us the option to collect our items when we felt it a suitable time, even though the shop was open and items had to be collected, I didn't feel rushed into coming and getting my clothes after the lockdown was eased.

A. M.Entered an abolsute state, emotions running wild and jacket in tatters. Millie was brilliant in both easing my concerns as well reassuring me jacket was not ruined. Returned a day later, calm and composed ready for my beautifully clean and preased jacket. Millie and the gang smiles on faces and very professional. Didn't break the bank either. Will definately be taking further mucky close here. 10/10.
