Thoroughly recommend Mark! Did an amazing job on cleaning the carpets in my new house so they smelt and looked fresh. He was really patient when I had something delivered just before starting, was very passionate about his business and super knowledgeable on all things carpets, giving me helpful tips! Very compliant with Covid rules wearing a mask and distancing etc - just an all around conscientious chap and trustworthy in your property.

Mark was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent a long time working on removing the odour from the carpets of our new house. Completely trustworthy, we were able to go out while he cleaned. Would recommend Mark wholeheartedly.

Has done a brilliant job cleaning our carpet! It's a light grey (almost white) carpet with a few big coffee stains, and we have cats... He wore a mask the whole time and kept socially distanced, or we could have left him to it and stayed in a room. Offered to come back and redo stains if the are any issues, and dried the whole carpet for us. 5 stars

Mark at Carpet Cleaner Leics has rescued me numerous times over the years (doggy diarrhoea... ew, candle wax catastrophes, dairy disasters!) and he has just worked yet another miracle on the lounge carpet.
