Dean did a great job cleaning and sanding our monoblock as well as completely renewing a drainage slot which had long since broken. Great comms from him all the way through which is rare nowadays and a fair price. Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend LPW having used them to soft wash my white render. After 20 years this was looking pretty tired, however this came up like new after a treatment by Dean. Really happy with the service from Lothian Pressure Washing. Asked for a quote for roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and fascia washing - came back with a really good price initially based on using Google Maps and then backed up by a site visit. We were flexible on timing and Dean got in touch a few days in advance to confirm timing. The van turned up on time, the work took most of the day and done to a really high standard - we were both very happy and you can see the difference in our roof from along the street. High recommended and we'll use again.
