Lots of machines, easy to use and the staff are lovely! Would 100% recommend. Well located too, with the roman road market and lots of shops to go and visit whilst you wait for your load to finish

Having recently needed to use a launderette, the lady showed me how to use the machines and was warm welcoming and helpful. The hour went quickly and wasn't the chore I thought it was going to be.

Really good value laundrette. £5 for 10kg load, 50p for 8 minutes in the driers. The attendant was very helpful and friendly, also helped us change 50p pieces for the driers. We live on a boat and move around a lot, and this is best service and value for money I've come across.

A decent launderette. Nice service staff. Busy but I managed to get machines to use. Prices on par with other launderettes around London. Even a cosy sofa you might get a chance to sit on. Awful TV though.

EDIT: 3 stars to 5 stars. There are more working machines now. The dryers work really well especially with low setting for duvets. Best prices in London by far as well as exceptional customer service. Covid safety measures in place, again the best I’ve seen in any laundrette by far. Thank you! ————————————————- Easy to use machines although a few not working and that should really be fixed. I've been here a few times; the ladies who work there are lovely. There is sometimes a long wait for the drying machines and, of course, being overused takes a bit longer to dry the clothes and you waste more money - FIX THE MACHINES PLEASE!

The only laundrette Ive ever used because it has always been the best. The woman that runs it is such a beautiful kind soul and very diligent. I get my curtains washed and ironed there and they are immaculate and such a reasonable price. When my washing machine broke down they were great in helping me last minute. All in all a great locally run business that has been around for years and extremely professional.

Been there twice this week- cannot remember when I last used a launderette but many years ago. The two ladies who work there were so helpful - what size machine was suitable for my wash, which wash should I select for my three loads, they were there to help me at every stage and I am so grateful to them. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to get two duvets washed in a rush and called and popped into a few local Launderette’s. This was the only one that always quoted the same price. I was really impressed by the staff, the prices and service service recieved, especially by the young lady I dealt with and spoke to on the phone on numerous occasions. Highly recommended.

Really nice place, the lady who worked there was really helpful and nice despite us being quite late to the store! The washing machines cost 4,5 and 6 pounds respective of size and the tumble dryers are 50p for eight minutes. You need to pay with change into the machines!

Having cruises along the canal for a couple of years now, this place is a must for me whenever I’m in the area. Been popping in for a couple of years now (only now realised I’ve not posted a review, shame on me). It’s always been the same staff each time I’ve been, a woman or a man, both are really accommodating, cool and friendly. I usually drop a service wash off and they turn it round folded, bagged and sealed. Well priced and really reliable. I’d really struggle without these guys. Highly recommend.

This laundrette is "ok" but... The machine capacities are a bit unusual: 7, 10, 18 kg. The 10kg ones are £5. Also it's quite busy at times and you may have to wait. The attendant is nice.

I took our team kit for a service wash and got it back the same day like new. I now visit Bow Wash twice a week with team kit, I would highly recommend this place to all, the staff were very friendly, It reminds me of the days when me and my mum used to use a launderette in the 70s. I think this place is here to stay 5 stars from me and my team.

Best laundrette I’ve found so far. Washing machines get everything pretty clean but the dryers at the reason for the 5 stars. They actually work and get a load dry for £2

Lots of launderettes give you at least a 45 minute wash. This one gives you 27 minutes. That's not really long enough. Besides that, a good launderette with nice staff and customers.
