B. R.I've been using this place for years and in my experience they have always been reliable and friendly. I think their prices are comparable to the competition, though it's hard to check as they no longer display their price list, which is why I have not given 5 stars, but my wife and I keep going back because we find the quality - cleaning, alterations, and staff service - generally very good.
The customer experience has been consistently good over the years, regardless of who is behind the till. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have never lost or delayed any of our clothes. They always do a good job on our dry cleaning, and because they do it in house they understand what is and isn't possible, and are always able to explain what you can expect - including where they think a stain cannot be removed. On the few occasions where something has not fully come out and needs two or even three washes they have done it again free of charge. And Ali, who does their alterations, is a very skilled, resourceful and reliable tailor.
L. J.I had jacket which I needed to be clean as I was going to ski. I asked if it's possible to clean it and prepare it for the next day collection, they said yes. On the day of collection jacket was clean and ready to be collected. When I got home, I sow there was mark left from the clearing, but I was able to remove it myself. I think the job was done well, my jacket looked much better than before.
