I do have a problem with your approach to this issue and I can certainly assure you that, on few occasions, we are having to deal with clients of your particular disposition. When reading your recent email, it is clear that you see yourself as a victim; the police; the jury and the judge all rolled into one. In your view, we do not and should not have a say in all this. The strength of your position is also equally clear to me and that is because the money which you owe us is still in your pocket. It is as simple as that.
There is no remedy which we can provide for something that we emphatically declare we did not do and I certainly have no intention of convincing you of this. I am therefore writing to advise that you need not pay us at all if you so wish. Kasia and I would prefer to cast this experience to one side and thankful that we do not have too many of those. Our staff that came to your place to clean have all been fully paid for their services and we are both grateful to them for their good performance in their duties.
