J. K.I sent in my large brown canvas and leather travel bag that was very badly dyed with large navy dye from my jeans. I had visited a number of different dry cleaners that all my wrote it off and said it wasn’t worth trying to save.
On the recommendation of my mum and sister I took it to Connoisseur Dry Cleaners and spoke to a very friendly chap who worked there who told me he might be able to get 80% of the dye out with multiple treatments.
Two weeks later and the work was done and I was absolutely thrilled to find that they had managed to get every last hint of that cursed dye out of it! I cannot thank them enough for what they did and although I paid £50 for the service, I think given that they did three rounds of cleaning and given the enormous amount saved on the purchase of a new bag, this was worth every penny.
I can therefore happily, highly recommend their services to anyone!
H.Highly recommend Connoisseurs, hands down the best Specialist Dry Cleaners. Excellent communication and customer service from staff. Took a Burberry Trench Coat which had only been worn once but a leather handbag had transferred and stained one of the sleeves, also resulting in a bad water mark after an attempt to clean.
Connoisseurs took great care with the fittings and trimmings and explained in great detail what they would do. A week later, stain is bare noticeable. Looks like a Brand New Coat. Thanks again.

a.If you have a CANADA GOOSE JACKET PLEASE READ!!
I can not recommend this place enough! Towards the end of the last winter, I accidently managed to get a tear on my jacket arm (see picture). During the summer, I sent it off to Canada Goose warranties and repairs in Scotland who refused to repair it even at my own cost (they were useless and waste of time). Not wanting to dish out another grand for a new jacket, I took it to this place and I have just received the jacket back... repaired, cleaned and like new, for less than 10% of the cost of the jacket (see pictures)! I was pleasantly shocked at the amazing job they did, both with the repair but also with the dry cleaning of the jacket (I had previously taken to a normal local dry cleaners who made the jacket look worn and dull instead of clean). The service and turnaround was amazing! I'm totally over the moon and will get an annual dry clean at this place! I literally cannot recommend them enough! DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR CANADA GOOSE REPAIRS OR DRY CLEANING! Worth every penny this place, true Connoisseurs as the name suggest! :)

If i could rate 10 stars i would definitely do it! I have come across them on google with great reviews and it didnt lie! Professional people, amazing skills turned my Russel and Bromley ankle boot ( I thought will never wear again) a gorgeous piece! All stains removed not damaging material and restored rubbed out velour from the front!
