We had a large, expensive rug that had been chewed many times by various puppies and so when we moved we asked Ufuk at The Kilim Shop to reduce its size to fit our new room and thus remove all chewed areas. It was returned last week exactly on time, beautifully sized, rebound in a perfect colour match and looking brand new. It has been beautifully restored and we are over the moon. Our second time with the KilimShop. Our large 30 year old Bidjar rug came up beautifully as did a smaller rug. Previously our Kilim was repaired from moth damage and cleaned to be as new.
