The best and amazing drying cleaning service in North West London. Great service for the past 3 years - perfect pricing, convenience and recommendations. Great customer service from Rena, very friendly and welcoming; she remembers my garments and even reminds of items that I have forgotten about for months. When you walk in and you are greeted with a smile and addressed by your name and you garments are infront of you before you even provide your ticket; that to me is excellent customer services. My coats, dresses and skirts are always immaculately steamed and cleaned just as I request. A very personal service! Thank you

Always had very good service here. Seen a few unhappy reviews recently - very surprised. I've been using them for a couple of years, to clean 5 shirts every week plus some other tops. Their prices are very reasonable (they compare well with a few other local places I've used in the past). They open early and stay open late. Their service is speedy. They're also friendly, which is a bonus. Rena always makes you welcome, remembers names, seems really on top of her job. I've never known her lose a garment. And just recently they spotted one of my shirts "wasn't clean enough" when 5 of them came back from cleaning - before I'd even looked at them - and insisted on re-doing that shirt for free. I'd happily recommend them.

I've been using this dry cleaners almost weekly for the better part of 2 years now and I would fully recommend them! I have never had any issues with the service, and my clothes have been ready whenever I needed them. The pricing is good and the opening hours is helpful given I work in central London. It has a great location - directly across the street from the Kentish Town tube stop. Most importantly, the cleaners has extremely good customer service - something that is a bit of a rarity in this city!

I've been using these cleaners for about three months now and I'm very happy with the service I get. My suits are cleaned and pressed well and the shirt service is incredible value. Their alterations are also modestly priced and always as I want them. I will probably use this dry cleaners whenever I'm in London, because I just don't need to go anywhere else. Even better, the place is located just opposite Kentish Town station. I've had problems with different dry cleaners in the past. But over here? None.

I have been going to Kleen machine for some years now. I never had a problem with anything. I had my things dry cleaned, steamed and repaired. Not once any of the staff were rude or unhelpful. On the contrary I am always greeted with a big smile (mostly by Rena) and politeness. Tried to go elsewhere a couple of times when the Kleen machine couldn't help during their busy time.I ended with such poor service that I was grateful to be back.

I've now started using their very efficient and "free" collection and delivery service since the last few months so I don't see much of the usual counter staff, so this review is a way of saying thank you for your continuing good service. After a bad service using Zappeo dry cleaners. I had to return. I have never had an issue with Kleen Machine, my clothes are always done on time, they deliver express service without additional charge, give timely advise on care and the lady - Rena is alway really good at what she does. She remembers your name and brings out your items without even checking your ticket/receipt. Her memory is just amazing. She always suggests the best way to clean an item if you not sure and on occasions when they have been unable to get a stain off she is accomodating, understanding and empathetic gives goodwill gestures. They also help resolve the labelling issue I had at the other dry cleaner (Zappeo) without a problem. Best Dry Cleaners in Kentish Town with extra-ordinary customer services and most affordable price and turnaround time.

Very happy here - I tend to drop my clothes off on a Monday pickup on Saturday or Monday. So far only trousers. I find it affordable. And Rena, who runs the counter, is always incredibly cheerful, competent, and personable. Gonna start doing shirts now. Never thought I'd 'get into' dry cleaning!

Whoa, what's going on at the Kleen Machine?! Has it really changed all that much since I left Kentish Town last year? Moving around from one borough to another, neighborhood to neighborhood, there's always been one thing that's tough to find and that's a good dry cleaners that I can happily recommend to others. The Kleen Machine dry cleaners in Kentish Town is the first dry cleaners in 7 years of bouncing all over London that I feel completely at ease giving a five star review for. I hope my five stars can convince some of you to at least give these guys a chance. I'm so used to seeing crappy businesses get rave reviews on Google and it blows me away to see a great business like Kleen Machine get pummeled with low ratings.
