D. M.Very friendly service from the owner, also very professional. Removed a bad coffee stain from my new white shoes and also the stain was over a month old as i stained them on the first day i wore them. He also took extra care with them in order not to damage them. You can tell they have a big understanding of what they do as i was explained some of the difficulties that come with different materials. I would highly recommend! Also them being eco friendly is a big plus.

R. B.Where to start? Since I moved to London I have made use of Lagoon Dry Cleaners and the service is quite simply second to none. Probably the only dry cleaners I have ever been in that doesn't smell like a dry cleaners, the cleanliness of the shop is outstanding and the professionalism of the staff remains superb at all times. I use Lagoon weekly for shirts and suit cleaning and have also had several minor repairs and alterations done with no issues encountered. Atif and his colleagues set the standard for other dry cleaners to aspire to. If you are fortunate enough to live in an area serviced by Lagoon and are looking for a dry cleaners - your search is over.

I've been through number of dry cleaning companies in various areas and with Lagoon Eco, I am first time really happy and pleased with the quality of cleaning they offer as well as with prices they have. I clean Dolce&Gabbana, Parada, Valentino, Hugo Boss ... clothes made of cashmere, silk and other very fine materials and I am confident that the Lagoon will well look after my clothes.
I've been in their shop couple of times and I saw, they use latest technology in dry cleaning so now I use their app and get clothes collected and delivered which is very convenient for me. S. -. C.I cannot recommend this Dry Cleaners highly enough! I had a large stain on my sofa cushion and thought it was ruined. I explained the problem to Atif who very kindly came and picked up the sofa cushion as it would not fit in my car and done a superb job of removing the stain he brought it back and it was as good as new. I'm so pleased with the result and the excellent customer service I received I will never use another dry cleaners try them for yourself you will not be disappointed!

Atif has also opened a Gelato shop in Chingford which I’ve not had the chance to try, I’m sure it will be equally great :)

P.I had a ten year old pair of curtains which were still good but in need of a clean. The lady in Lagoon did say because of the colour, a deep burgundy, there sometimes can be a run of colour into the lining.
However, when they delivered them back to me I was very pleased. No running and they looked like new curtains. Excellent.
