Staff were lovely guided me on how to use the machines and also had change and gave me a basket to move my wet clothing to the dryer. The washing machine only take the new pound coins. Standard small wash was £5 took and 20 minutes. While the larger washing machines cost £7. The dryers cost 50p for 4 minutes.

Claudia, who manages the launderette, is an absolute gem. She's amazingly nice and showed me all the machines. The other patrons were all lovely as well. We had such great chats while waiting for the wash to complete. What a wonderful little shop! Perfect for travelers.

We have been using this laundromat to do service wash of our clothes as we are posted here for work, it's fairly reasonable for a bag of shirts, tees, underwear, and socks, compared to hotel laundry service. Hand over the dirties in the morning and will be done by early afternoon. Friendly owner and staff too! Of course you can do your own wash too.

This is the friendliest, most professional launderette I've come across in a very long time! The owner is extremely kind and very helpful. You can do your laundry yourself, or you can leave it and come back later. I was not familiar with the area, but I felt completely safe being there. I will DEFINITELY be back!

It is a great place for a self-service laundry, and especially if you are traveling with kids 😅 We are visiting London for 10 days, and the hotel would have charged us a crazy amount, but instead we found Launderette, and Imran was so helpful. I got the change for the washer&dryer, and the soap from the store next to Launderette, and got everything washed and dried ❤️❤️❤️

We were staying in a hotel and needed laundry done. The prices at the hotel were insane, so we found the Launderette within walking distance of our hotel. It is not only super affordable, but we dropped off our big bag of laundry around 11am and it was freshly laundered, folded, and waiting for us by 3pm the same day. Plus, the woman who works there couldn’t be kinder or more lovely!

Dropped off laundry and it was ready in a few hours- washed, dried, and folded. They even put it in a nice plastic bag to keep it dried and organized for my walk back to the hotel. Very quick and friendly service. Cash only and reasonably priced.

Great little laundrette! It was perfect for doing laundry on our vacation (our hotel was nearby). Annette (who runs the place on weekends) was great! Very helpful and friendly. It is very small and only a few machines (3 small and a few large washers, 6 or so dryers), but they have a very reasonably priced drop off service if all the machines are busy.

The launderette was close to our hotel, so we tried it out when we needed to do laundry. The woman working there was extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic place. My husband and I need a laundrette our hotel recommended this place. Staff very friendly and efficient. Claudia the lady that was working there was very helpful. Highly recommended. Service very fast, we left our laundry in the morning and we picked up a couple of hours later, it was fold in a very expert way. Price very reasonable.

Fantastic find! My wife and I were staying at the St Ermin for a week and the concierge recommended this place for laundry. We dropped off an average sized bag at about 0900 and picked it up at about 1600. The price was very reasonable and everything was clean, dry, and folded. It was placed in a plastic bag and then back into the laundry bag. The customer service was excellent in that they were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

We needed to do some laundry and the prices the hotel was going to charge were way out of line. This laundry was fantastic drop them off pick them up for 1/3 of what the hotel wanted. When we return to London this will be our go to laundry.

You canr go wrong used this place for years for drying cloths. Place is a winner in the winter when you need to dry the cloths and cant naturally. Get a book or some headphones and get ready to do you drying it washing. The machines are mechanically sound they take coins and they do actually have th e heat up some places lower the temperature so you put more in to get it done been going here since I was a little kid would still go here if I lived in the locality. Defo recommend.

Just got into town and desperately needed to do laundry - our hotel suggested this location and we were not disappointed! We met Annette, who helped us navigate the process and was so sweet! If you're traveling and find yourself in the area and in need of laundry services, this is the place!

Ok. Lots of great conversations here due to tourists on holiday. Try using the old LOST sock wall to.find lost socks. Try the old 1950s dryer too for a real treat. It works. So do the modern machines they have. Very fast machines.. HOWEVER.... There is no change machine here BUT next door is a little store to get change. Go inside and buy some lottery tickets then ask for.the change for the laundry. . TELL THEM "HEFF" sent YOU :-) . Then get the change you need. BY THE WAY there is a great pub across the street from the laundry mat to drink at while waiting for your clothes to finish. . In case you drink too much, The coroners office is aross.from the pub. This neighborhood has it all. Even the TV station (channel 4) is close.by if you get too drunk and cause a disturbance or a church to confess too.. YOU GET IT ALL HERE !
