Loved everything about it, receptionists where friendly. Reception area smelled lovely, beautiful reception area. Breakfast had very good variety options. Spa was super lovely. Bedrooms were good. Me and my sisters had a great time. Definitely coming back here again with family.

Cleaning is poor. The room could have been a lot cleaner, looked like the floor had not been hoovered, there were oil marks on the desk surface, black mould in the bathroom, limescale around the plug and the water drained out very slowly.
Lighting was very poor inside the room, had to use the light on our phones on a number of occasions.
Reception could be better. We paid for an extra late check out, we were told to check out at 12pm so had to correct them, and on the day, we were locked out our room so had to go back down to the reception desk to tell them again, I don’t think they apologised.
Positives. Our bed (looked) clean and was very comfortable. Concierge did a great job getting us a taxi even though he was very busy. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and gym facilities were good. Plenty of comfortable lounge space on the ground floor.

Loved this hotel. Had a beautiful steam, sauna and jacuzzi here.
The rooms are spacious, the bathroom had a cast iron bath and a separate shower cubicle so me being me I had a lovely relaxing bubble bath after my morning spa.
Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel I would stay here again.

It's a very nice hotel. It's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Service is good. Swimming pool. Gym. Steam room. Spa. Massage. Also a nice place to take children as it's close to the city and getting around is pretty easy. Rooms are clean but we did find an old Co-Op plastic shopping bag behind the sofa bed in our room. One light wasn't working luckily I had a torch in my bag I had to use. So slight maintenance issues and cleaning issues going on. But it was good apart from a couple of issues. I would definitely use this hotel again for business or family. As I said it's not the cheapest but I expected this because it's London City and if you know London you know it's quite expensive to even live there. So the hotel probably has a lot of ground rent and taxes to pay just to be there. So if you're looking for a nice hotel around Tower Bridge /Tower Hill which is clean. Swimming pool etc and don't mind putting some money down and can take your family I would recommend this place. It's very modern too. And it has decent breakfast which actually surprised us because normally the breakfast can be hit and miss with some hotels. The only thing we wasn't a fan of was the scrambled egg. I think it was out of a packet because of the texture and a bit watery. But everything else was really nice. Even had a decent coffee machine which made really nice coffee. I would probably sneak in just for the coffee because it was nice and I'm saying that as a tea drinker. Yeah well worth it for the money.

Cleanliness. This hotel has a severe problem with cleanliness. We heard multiple guests complain and we also had hair in the shower, extra pillows without pillow cases and marks on bedside tables/mirrors.
However, the breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating.
We won't be returning due to the cleanliness issue, there are better hotels at the same price or cheaper.

A good hotel! Firstly regarding sleep, the rooms were nice and quiet, It's facing away from busy roads and walkways which helps to have a restful night's sleep. The room is very spacious with ample of lounging area, a huge desk, large HD TV and a king size bed. The bathroom was clean, plenty of hot water in the morning and a reasonably powerful shower. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to sample some of the hotel amenities. I would recommend they have some form of light master switch (if there was one I didn't find it) so you don't have to go looking for the right switch to turn the lights off.

Me and my partner had the best experience staying at this hotel. Facilities were great, the service at the bar was good, drinks were also so lovely.
Would definitely recommend.
The hotel is also very close to the tube station, so makes it easy to get around London.

Stayed for one night on business. Check in although smooth took me a while to queue to do which was a bit annoying, not great directions to lifts given by the staff. Room was very pleasant, beds comfy and no outside noise. Breakfast we a good buffet selection and plenty of space.
D. N.
Spacious rooms but bathrooms need refitted. Random gaps in amenities and service also...no hand towels, bath mat disappeared after first night never to be replaced. Shaving mirror was precariously attached to the wall.
Gym was decent but food was very mixed. Burger was quite good but their attempt at cooking beef short rib was laughable. I couldn't even get my knife through it let alone eat it.
J. M.
Upgraded room for free, spa and treatments really good. Staff very good. Impressively clean reception, lounge and restaurant. Main Spa and changing rooms could do with more maintenance and cleaning. Spa treatment staff very good, but clearly overworked to tight schedules. Could not get through on phone for pillow cases, asked at reception but never delivered like they said they would. Breakfast wide choice and included in price. Very cheap price for spa hotel stay in London. Really enjoyed the Christmas vibe, lounge area and bar. Very stylish.
Would give 5* if their was no issues with maintenance of room and spa.

Modern luxurious hotel. Excellent furniture quality. Leo cafe offers steaks, and breakfast is rich in variety not just English ..
Offers swimming pool 25m x 10m which is open fill 2200.
Gym available too.
And ofcourse an awesome room service ..

Overall the hotel is very nice! We have a lovely afternoon at the spa.
2 things I would say in the spa area only one shower was working so you had to wait if someone else was using the shower. Second thing the Afternoon Tea was nice but we were left in the room no one come back to check on us to see if everything was ok😏.

Location perfect
Hotel rooms very clean
I booked the hotel for a special occasion and everything was taken care by the hotel team .
Pool staff were so welcoming and friendly
Lovely hot breakfast
The housekeeping team welcome us on the floor , rooms very clean .
Shower water pressure was the best
Can’t stop …. Everything was perfect
Thanks a lot to make our trip prefect
We will differently come back

Nice hotel, however room could’ve been cleaner. The corners of the bed had rubbish which wasn’t cleaned and the carpet also had stained. It was also extremely busy due to Valentine’s Day so the lifts took a very long time to arrive.

I stayed for a weekend as a birthday present for my sister and we had an excellent stay. The rooms are beautiful, very modern and we were given a fantastic view where we could see the Shard, Tower Bridge and the Gherkin all from our window. The Spa was enjoyable with robes in the room and towels available. It was a great base for our city adventure and I will definitely stay here again when I next get the chance. For the views and quality of accommodation I found the stay great value for money, although not every room will have the same view. The staff on reception and the doors were also lovely, a young gentleman on the doors in the evenings was very polite. Our receptionist at checkin was in training and she did a great job too.
m.
The hotel kindly gave us a free room upgrade and the rooms are more than you could wish for, let alone the stunning views facing Tower Bridge.
The spa and swimming pool facilities were great and we can’t recommend it enough.
Top marks for the breakfast buffet with fresh pastries, juices and omelettes to made to order.
Only small criticism would be the main restaurants menu needs work as it was very basic in comparison.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but our view from our Superior Queen Room was underwhelming considering the price and standard of room we purchased. The hotel describes itself as "Overlooking the historic Tower of London" but whether you actually get this view from your room is very much dependent on where your room is situated and how high up. Our room was situated on the 8th floor (there are 11 floors) in total, and yet most of our view was blocked by adjacent, ugly buildings; we couldn't even see Tower Bridge or the Tower of London.
In addition, little details like a broken blind, a missing light bulb in our bedside table and Reception repeatedly failing to answer the phone when calling from your hotel room serve to dampen the overall experience from an otherwise respectable and pleasant hotel. For the price we paid, and for Superior Queen Room we would have expected such details to not be present in the first place.
The swimming pool and spa is very nice, but unfortunately as a family who were visiting during half-term week, we were disappointed on check-in to learn that children were not permitted to these areas before 10am and after 6pm during weekdays. We appreciate this is to accommodate corporates and non-families, however it would have been nice for these times to be more accommodating to families, perhaps even an option to pre-book (to ensure the facilities don't become too crowded with children) and/or relax these timings during half-term weeks.
The breakfast was great, and our room overall was pleasant. We did enjoy out stay, just a shame that the above somewhat dampened our experience from what we expected when booking.
B. b.
Staff very helpful, clean and tidy as you enter the hotel too. Rooms are nice and clean but we thought they were a bit on the small side. Lots to eat at breakfast in a spacious restaurant, very well run by the management. Swimming pool nice although slightly cold so no hanging around in there, hot tub had far too much chemicals in it so made your eyes sting. Overall a very nice hotel A+
M. B.
Nice hotel but there were no towels on arrival, no instructions for the shower so couldn't make to most of the different jets, the bath taps sprayed water all over and the fridge was not working. We asked to use a fridge to keep our drinks cold but when we returned to pick them up they were only just below room temperature. Otherwise a nice place to stay.
D. M.
The best breakfast buffet we had ever eaten anywhere! The pool was good too. Conveniently located near Tower bridge and Tower of London, so easy to walk to these attractions!
m. h.
We went for the perfect escapes deal for my husbands birthday I can honestly say the food was great at tea time and a wide variety at breakfast to choose from room was lovely bed was comfy.
Would of gave 5 stars but found the customer service wasn't perfect at times
Y. A.
Overall the hotel was a great location, beautifully designed with spacious rooms. However it's clear that maintenance is needed and more staff is needed. I'm not sure how new the hotel is but there were a few faults and negligence that you wouldn't expect from such a hotel. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from. The wellness area was lovely, nice sized pool with a mini water fall feature, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Would go again but the hotel needs to do some odd bits first.
M. C.
This hotel is so luxurious, the rooms are a lot bigger than expected and at an affordable price too.
The spa is really nice especially the jacuzzi, I love that you have free access to the spa facilities if your staying at the hotel.
Staff are very friendly.
It’s always my hotel of choice, right in the middle of London with lots of things to do.
I. J.
It is a hotel and next to the Tower bridge and a great scenario. It has a good enterende and exit which is only one road and very convenient place if you want to see the shard or walk around to the city. It is a great place and 5 stars.
r. m.
Amazing for the money. Good location, about 5 mins walk from embankment Station. Quiet good sized rooms. Excellent spa facility, lots of seating in the lobby. Only small complaint would be the lifts could take a time because it was so busy and there was 18 floors. Would go again.
C. R.
Nice hotel and good location! Room wasn't properly cleaned as a pair of jeans were left in the cupboard! Breakfast was ok but not worth £23.
T. O.
I came into the hotel with my girlfriend on 5th October for a couple of drinks before we moved onto dinner. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome and would take our order without us even needing to come up to the bar it was so efficient. While we were there the staff picked up on the fact that it was my girlfriend's birthday and proceeded to bring out a lovely slice of cake which was presented beautifully. All of this was without me even asking and was hugely appreciated. I will definitely be popping back in in future!
N. A.
It's the ideal location, hotel has had a revamp, clean ,comfortable, and trendy bar and relaxation area. Gym & pool very good too.
D. M.
Hotel, spa and service was great. I would rate the room 3* based on the fact that the bathroom was too small, could barely move around, lots of dust on the shelves, bad limescale and build up of dirt around the sink. Room also felt a little tired, hole in the wall with wiring on show, bits of plasterboard on show where wallpaper was coming away, however an amazingly comfortable bed, one of the best beds I've slept on in a long while. Overall would definitely recommend, I'm sure there is always some variation between the standards of the rooms.
B.
Lovely staff and amazing service. They gave us 2 complimentary drinks as it was my boyfriends birthday and even left some birthday balloons and a little note saying happy birthday! I requested a good view and they gave us a room with a view of the gherkin! Spa area was very nice too. Would definitely book again.
J. A. O.
Attended for the Dental Industry Event. The event was great. The part of the hotel I walked through was nice and had space for me to sit and change from heels to flats for my commute. Good location, within 10 minutes walk from tube station.
C. M.
Excellent place, beautiful room the only down side to is the customer lift.. it will literally stop at every floor to pick everyone up. But other then that nice place.
S. B.
Beautiful location, building and atmosphere but the room could have been more clean. In the toilet the shower cream was finished already as the hand soap.. and there was tooth paste near the hair dryer on the wall. Not cool at all. Thanks guys 😂
T. K.
Decent value for money. Room comfortable, though only two towels in bathroom for a room booked as a triple. Evening bar menu too fancy, needs to be simplified. Ended up going to the Empress curry house for the best curry ever. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Pool was very welcome and not too cold
K. S.
We had an extremely pleasant stay at this hotel. It is nicely furnished, the staff is friendly and the spa area is great. We were particularly impressed by the employee at the reception Samir, who always helped with questions and other requests with a smile on his lips, friendly and service-oriented. We will be happy to come back again!
M. A.
I've been here before and it was great. This time I wasn't as happy. There were no windows in the room so it felt like we were suffocating. I didn't sleep as others had extremely loud music on and were shouting all night. Additionally, someone kept knocking on the door at night and trying to open it. The cashew burger wasn't that nice either. I always love coming here, but I wasn't happy with last night. And also there were a group of people that just ruined the ambience in the spa area so I never went back.
S. F.
This is a lovely hotel, great rooms with comfy beds and the thickest curtains we’ve ever seen! The spa facilities were great, the food was good, the location is excellent.
There were a few minor issues, but nothing that spoiled our stay or would stop us from booking here again.
J. C.
More like a three star few things not up to standard. The hotel feels more like old office space the rooms feel like your sleeping in a corner office than an actual hotel room.
The complementary water is only for one night so if you stay two you have to pay.
They don’t clean your room unless you ask for it. Blaming Covid for that one. Then blaming supply issues for bed linen but I would have expected a hotel to already own all their bed linen. Go figure.
Spa fully booked can’t get in. Even though you pay for that facility when you book.
Staff are not friendly the room I booked I didn’t get when I asked them why I was in a smaller room than booked they said that’s the room booked. I showed them my email of the booking they couldn’t care less. Tried to ring down to reception to ask a question they don’t answer the phone. When asking for more water faced with you have to pay. Even though two sparkling was put in the room and we only drink still. Eventually after explaining the situation three times they finally got what I was saying.
Also you can hear all the traffic from the hotel room. So a good nights sleep not really had. Beds are comfortable and clean though.
All in all for a hotel that’s over £100 a night in London you should be expecting a lot more.
T. B.
Hotel was lovely nice clean room with an amazing bed that was so comfortable. Stunning view as was on 13th floor. Breakfast was wonderful so much choice and good produce. Receptionist Gabriella was fantastic. Spa staff not so great abrupt to the point of rude plus let children in during hours that they state shouldn't be allowed which spoilt it when we tailored our timing to avoid those hours.
B. H.
Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed, with an amazing buffet breakfast. One of the best I've had.
The only slight issue was with the spa.
There were no towels, robes or slippers available for us when we arrived. The girl working in the spa desk deemed more interested in her Pinterest board than on helping us. She was extremely unapologetic and I felt as if asking for a key to the locker was a huge inconvenience for her. But I won't let that one aspect detract from what I'd otherwise a fantastic hotel for the price.
M. N.
Nice hotel good location. Spa facilities were OK. In slight need of some TLC as there was mouldy showers in the changing rooms and the room needed TLC too with mould in the room and bathroom. The room itself was a good size but was very cold and wouldn't heat up.
C. S.
We had a really great spacious, well appointed room with a view over London skyline (possibly after letting Reception know it was our anniversary). Everything was very clean, the bed was huge and comfy. Really lovely pool and v good breakfast with lots of choice. Appreciated the noon checkout. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely stay again. As regulars at Jurys Inn Sheffield, where our daighter is at uni, can recommend both of these properties.
M. S.
Good quality venue. Only critique whilst bed was comfortable the pillows were very hard and not easy get a good night sleep.
T. S.
Lovely room, really comfortable bed, can't comment on food as I didn't eat there. Main downside was extremely lengthy check in queues
a. s.
A lovely hotel to stay at for our short break in London. The staff were extremely polite and helpful especially the manager Samir. The hotel has a really nice spa, the pool and sauna are included with your stay.
Thank you for a great service
Will definitely book again 😊
R. A.
Everything about this hotel was amazing! Excellent service and views! The manager Samir had gone the extra mile to ensure I had the best birthday! I had the best experience Ive ever had. Ive stayed there multiple of times and they never fail to make it the best. I loved every bit about it
H. S.
Lovely hotel, staff are great but they seem to be understaffed at the weekend and this caused some small issues. The pool and spa are extremely busy .
P. H.
Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was really nice. Good location for access to underground and Tower of London
C. H.
Booking in was pretty time consuming, but the staff were pretty good to be honest. Just felt like they were under a bit of pressure ( perhaps due to lack of human resources in the background, but only assuming so). The room was okay,. We didn't have one with one of the wonderful views, but then again didn't ask for one particularly. Breakfast was very good with the selection, but by day two the queue to be seated was about 10 deep. ( Back to the question of being under staffed?). The pool facilities were good as well. Overall, nice hotel, good staff, room was a little tired, and maybe a few more staff to cover the gaps.
A. K.
Honestly an amazing hotel, my boyfriend and I stayed here a couple months ago. It was our first proper hotel experience and am really glad we chose this one. Many could say the que was long to check in, but it all depends on the time you get there. I surprised him with decorations in the bedroom and the staff were extremely helpful with putting the balloons etc into the room. We were put into a room and we did not like the view, especially for the price we paid and were able to move us into a room with a better view. It was very special. The room was very cosy and loved the way the towels were like swans when we walked in, we had robes and everyone was very friendly. The lounge was very nice too on the bottom floor, very cosy and a great comfort place. We had to book an extra night. However the TV did not have a bluetooth connection, so we were restricted to watching the limited channels on the TV. It would have been great if we could have synced our phones, to watch a film of our own. I must say though the bed was extremely comfortable, you definitely sink in. We are thinking of going to this place very soon too, as we loved it and I am glad this hotel made it a very special couple days for us and especially for my boyfriend too.
S. W.
We enjoyed the staycation deal, amazing value for dinner bed and breakfast. We had a spacious room, very clean, the pool and facilities were very nice and the food and wine were lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly in the dining room. We hope to stay again next year, the location was fantastic!
T.
Stayed here for a night after buying a groupon that included executive room, breakfast and spa facility access. Was a bargain and wanted to stay in central London for my birthday.
A few minor issues but over all a lovely stay.
1) Cracks in the mirror
2) Leaky shower in room but seems to be an issue elsewhere as pool showers were leaking all over the gaff.
3) Pool, steam room & sauna gets so busy. Perhaps we went at peak times, but it does feel very packed the both times we went.
4) This is by far the worst part the lifts!! Make sure you give yourself an extra 15 minutes to get anywhere because the lift will not arrive and then when it finally does.. you will be stopping at several floors first. (Usually up when you need to go down)
5) Strange but they locked the room fridges due to covid .. but I’ve stayed at many hotels recently and all allowed us our fridge!
Positives
1) Breakfast is so nice! Great options and everything tasted yummy.
2) Great room size! Loads of space
3) Friendly staff
4) Great location
Still receives a 4 star rating because we really did enjoy our stay for the price we paid ! :)
D. H.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Huge comfy bed with fantastic views across London. Swimming pool excellent. Good value for money
Z. P.
Great friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great beakfast selection and spa and pool where a massive bonus
N. G.
Honestly could've been 5 stars but the packed spa and riff raff ruining the ambience was a major off put. If you want somewhere quiet and relaxing maybe choose somewhere outside this ghetto area. Class 0. Again the facilities were fine but ruined by the tacky loud guests.
R. C.
Excellent accommodation, good location, very helpful and friendly staff throughout. Good restaurant menu. Downside was that our room was not ready even at 4 pm and at about 4.30 pm we were offered an inferior room on a lower floor level overlooking the railway. We had booked a superior room weeks ago. We refused the alternative and eventually our room on floor 13 was made available at about 5.45 pm. We were given vouchers for a free drink (twice) whilst we were waiting. Our room was close to the lift and this could be heard whenever it was running, day and night. Definitely not a guaranteed "good nights sleep". One of the 2 main lifts off the reception area was closed for inspection and maintenance from Saturday to Tuesday , not very good planning as it was the weekend of the Lord Mayor's parade and Remembrance Sunday. The TV in the room would not find the normal ITV channel and it was not possible to adjust ourselves. This was reported to the concierge on Saturday am and Sunday am and reception clerk on Monday am. No action was taken until I phoned reception on Mondsy evening demanding some action and a maintenance man turned up within about 5 minutes. It took him only 5-10 minutes to reset the programmes which we couldn't do ourselves because the controls were locked.
h. w.
Amazing hotel, only problem with room was the shower, the fixed shower head and the way its been fitted ends up with the floor being soaked
R. H.
Great hotel! Convenient location, friendly & attentive staff, lovely rooms, spacious, great spa & gym. Breakfast of champions. Self serve with loads of choice. Special mention to Boma who checked us in - top man
K. H.
Amazing! I usually book Air BnB when I got to london so I was quite reluctant to book a hotel. But this exceeded all the expectations. Check in/out was easy and staff are friendly/helpful. Room was great, so modern and we had a view as-well! There were more amenities than I expected: wine glasses in the room, glass bottled water, biscuits, and an espresso machine! Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t allowed to be open but you can get buckets of ice from the bar. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool/gym as was busy, but will defo come back again!! Breakfast was by far my favourite thing about this hotel so much to choose from than the usual breakfast buffet they really went the extra mile! Spreads, juices, smoothies, granola, several fruit options, granola and yogurt pots, seeds, coffee machine for cappuccinos etc, cheese and meat board, several cereal options - these are just some of what I can remember here. I’d highly recommend booking with breakfast if you like the sound of that.
J. W.
Absolutely beautiful room. Very good dinner and a plentiful breakfast with plenty of variety. Only downsides, the spa was over subscribed and at dinner we ordered drinks twice but never got them. We spoke to some one after, hasn't reopened long, teething issues I am sure they will over come. I would return and I would recommend. Lovely staff well appointed rooms
H. R.
My stay was absolutely amazing ! The staff always put a smile on my face. They where so kind and well mannered 💕The rooms where spot on. Not a pinch of dirt!!!the beds where so comfy!!! The food that they provided was immaculate 🙌 I had the best time of my life !
A. S.
Disappointed lots of problems from the off. Wrong room given. No soap in the shower couldn't get in the spa. I will not be coming back again. Shame as this was for our anniversary and feel I've been royally let down
A.
Nice hotel with comfy beds and good shower! Paid £180 for the night no breakfast. We did ask about breakfast £46 for two people. Unbelievable considering all we wanted was coffee, orange juice and slices of toast! Toilet paper and towels could have been of better quality.

the pool was always too busy. should only be allowed a certain amount of people at a time to avoid being packed and not enjoyable
N. C.
This hotel got a double standard. I have requested to park my car outside the hotel due to a mishap that one of the window is broken and they rejected but they allow other car to park overnight. When I contfront the front desk manager he denied and refused to clamp the car as he mentioned that it will be another cost to the customer.
What kind of standard is this.

We had a great 3 night stay. We took advantage of the family staycation deal. Breakfast and evening meal plus a bottle of wine on each night.
The room was modern, clean and tidy. We were on the 14 floor with fabulous views of the city. The only slight downside were the lifts being very busy. Quite often having to queue.
The biggest plus were the staff. They were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. The location was excellent too. Close to Tower Bridge and The Tower of London. It is just over a 5 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
M. R.
Used the Hotel's Spa facilities and then had Afternoon tea there, which was absolutely delicious. The Service was 1st class. The surroundings were lovely and I would definately recommend this Hotel.

Amazing BH weekend staycation
I decided to treat my family to this hotel for the Bank Holiday Weekend. Was so lovely, when we arrived and was welcomed by the manager, Samir. We were given a drinks voucher and was upgraded for the rooms to two rooms together which honestly meant so much as we were next door to our children, so thank you. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The facilities at the hotel were amazing and access to the swimming pool and the gym for all the family. All staff were so hospitable and explained everything and attended your every need. Loved the breakfast in the morning loads of options for the children.
N. K.
The overnight stay at St. Leonardo’s spa was lovely! The staff is amazing and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable.
A special mention of the concierge Riyaad. He professionally assisted in finding my lost item and handled the situation to an exceptional standard - thank you for the impeccable customer service!
m. x.
We stayed in the hotel one night everything was great we had a very welcoming package from Samir, staff was very friendly, swimming poole was huge, room very clean very nice view from the room!
V. G.
Amazing stay!
Really enjoyed our stay at The Leonardo Tower Bridge. They couldn’t do enough for us! Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were delicious, and the bar was nice to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. All the staff were amazing and very friendly, Samir and Rehad made our welcome so enjoyable. Only five minutes from the underground too, will stay there again next time we visit London!
S. H.
A pleasant hotel, nice room, no room service (we did know before we travelled). Breakfast was included in our room rate, a complete buffet service, asked for poached eggs, long wait. Hotel quite a long way out, but a good stay.
L. C.
One lift, other out of order. Stains on carpets in rooms. Not all appliances were connected or in working order. Breakfast buffet was rather disappointing. Scrambled egg was barely cooked. At least we had hot water though, unlike other guests we spoke to.
M. A.
Beautiful hotel enormous rooms. Sadly bedding while clean was ripped and put on inside out and bathrooms smelt slightly and were full of black mold . Spa nice and clean just spoilt by children jumping in and out of the jacuzzi while parents ignored them ..
J. S.
Absolutely beautiful room and the view from our room. Very good breakfast with plenty of variety. the spa was amazing me and my wife love it. I would recommend. Lovely staff well appointed rooms
A. J.
Excellent stay. Me and my partner visited for one night over the weekend and it was perfect for the purpose. Room was clean, bed and bedding comfy, bathroom was lovely and the service was excellent. Very polite and clearly well trained staff. Wifi was good and it comes with facilities such as spa and swimming pool which is a nice addition. They offer room service or you can alternatively use a delivery service to the hotel room. We had a breakfast buffet included in our booking cost and this was also of good quality and plenty of variety from a classic full English to cereals and healthy options that if I am honest I know nothing about :)
This hotel would be ideal for a long or short stay in London and would be suitable for people on holidays/weekend getaway or a business trip.
L. C.
Great looking hotel and great location, rooms clean and comfy, the only thing me and my wife could say is the breakfast, we found it cold the first morning we had some of the cooked breakfast I put beans on my plate when I got back to the table to tuck in they were flat cold this was the same the second morning along with the scrambled egg, the variety is good and has plenty of choice. Would definitely stop again but maybe skip paying for breakfast
K. W.
Amazing location situated just down from Fenchurch Street Station and within a five minute walk to Tower of London. Great views overlooking the city from our room. Room itself was nice but the bathroom definitely needs an refurb. Really difficult to get into the shower. Fridge in the room wasn't turned on with milk from a previous guest still left there. Plus the lifts and our floor outside the lifts had not been cleaned since we were there. 3 days. Covid times and obviously had not been touched. One more whinge was breakfast. Didn't book breakfast online as wanted to explore area and have breakfast elsewhere but this morning we went down and asked how much and they said £23 and thought OK for two people... But no! Each!! For breakfast buffet! Walked off and sadly went somewhere else alot cheaper!
But as a whole it is a nice place to stay, pool and spa lovely. Staff are friendly and kind. Just a shame let down by these little things.

Overrated and overpriced and very bad customer service and they don't are about the people that stay only care about the money. Very bad please don't go here. They much better hotels in London like the Hilton hotel. Please don't make the mistake I made .it very bad

I've been here on several occasions, including my 29th and was treated for valentine's day! I've always received great service everytime! Highly recommend 🥂✨

Honest review as I'm staying here at the moment.
PROS: Beautiful interior and lovley spa facilities which is included in stay. You will need to pay extra for massages etc but you can download 'Fabyouless' and get 25% off.
Some interior here does need to be refurbished though.
Convenient near loads of restaurants and Aldgate East station
Spacious rooms with floor to ceiling windows for loads of natural light
CONS: I've never had to approach a reception desk so frequently in my life and I've stayed in many a hotel. The phone in my room was not working and there are no instructions on how to contact the front desk on the welcome letter. I reported the problem and it took me 3 visits for anyone to bother to log the problem to get it fixed.
Lighting is quite poor in the room at night. I had a standing lamp that didn't work at all and again it took 3 visits to get someone to log this in.
My room was designed for a wheelchair user, so although spacious the facilities were quite low down and I couldn't help but think what if someone who actually needed the room...
Front desk staff seem either pretty inexperienced or just generally unbothered. It wasn't until my 3 day that someone actually smiled and proved helpful. Customer service training should be top priority.

Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast each morning plenty of choice, from Continental to full English breakfast.
Didn't go to Hotel bar but know it closed at 11pm
No maid service in rooms because of Covid-19
Room & bathroom wasn't 100% clean when 1st arrived. Beds were comfortable good nights sleep.
Lifts a pain always a wait used the stairs a couple of times going down to ground floor & we were on the 6th floor

The experience so far is not bad. The room are fine and Leo's restaurant food is good.

Hotel room was nice but tap was broken and shot water out everywhere when turned on so had to tie a plastic bag around it. Kettle was broken in room but got replaced. Booked this hotel for our honeymoon, not even a congratulations... We booked for spa to relax and it is NOT COVID SAFE. No time slots in place, we went at 9pm hoping it to be quite and was full of people while swimming lessons taking place? No signs on steam/sauna room on amount of people can be inside at once (8 people crammed into a box) Foot spa was broken and like kettle water. I have stayed in hotels recently and they have had time slots to regulate amount of people using at once. We asked what the quitest time to come was and aparently this was there quietiest time (It was very busy & loud & swimming lessons?) Wouldn't stay here again.

I just booked a treatment over the phone as a gift for some family members and the staff , Sulamita, to be specific were extremely helpful and nice . Thanks again!
P. S.
Had a lovely tone here and a great convention. Any issues or queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently and we felt the staff were exceptional 👌
I.
Disappointed. Stayed here before lockdown and the experience I had recently was not the same. Not sure if management has changed but the lobby was chaotic with guests everywhere and staff all over the place. Not letting people check in so lots of guests waiting, rooms standards seem to have declined - shampoos/soaps in bathroom were practically empty, no slippers/robes in room, spa/pool everywhere very busy, pool very cold. Wouldn’t go back.
D. J.
It's okay. Stayed here for 2 nights/3days.
They allowed us to check in early which was great and we did have a room located on be top floor which had excellent views. Communication with staff is poor. Organised birthday preparation and nothing was done unfortunately.
The bathroom was filthy and the shower was leaking whilst in use. We explained this to the staff and we were given towels to stop the leakage. The bathroom had visible limescale all over and the toilet seemed as though it had not been cleaned for a while.
The pool facilities were big and relaxing but again needed cleaning. There was a used plaster on the side of the pool. Changing rooms were filthy too.
Breakfast was adequate and had a large selection. Ideal location.

Fantastic weekend away in this hotel.
The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds! The pool and spa area is great, not the biggest area but nice and clean and a great atmosphere.
Breakfast was done really well, huge choice of options and a lovely restaurant to enjoy it in.
The only downfall of the hotel has got to be the staff. Very little hospitality and felt as if they did not want to be there or talk to patrons.
T. c.
Front is being renovated meaning parking on double yellows even to drop off.
Our room (executive double ) had a leaking shower which ment bathroom floor always wet.
Broken light bulb in floor light mold in just about all grouting.
One lift of two was broken for the entire 3 days we were there being on 10th floor you had to use it and at breakfast time you would have to wait 10/15 mins
General cleanliness was atrocious.
Will not be going back and would advise you avoid.
Spend your hard earned money somewhere you are appreciated.
Don't worry I have photos to back it all up
F. N.
Love this place big room, comfy bed,big TV,staff very friendly and helpful from receptionist to housekeeping, swimming pool is wicked, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna are amazing, can't fault anything👌
F. M.
A lovely hotel with nice facilities and a wonderful breakfast/ overall food. Shame that they are short staffed due to COVID, however still a really good visit and would certainly go back.
C. D.
The staff are unfriendly, no smiles at reception - just do your thing, swipe your card and move on, however the rooms are nice. Location not so bad either.
L. B.
Lovely hotel, lovely staff will definitely be coming back very soon
T. K.
Lovely hotel with good rooms in a good position for Tower of London or chard .car park 5 mins away

Great hotel and wonderful breakfast. Didn't eat for the rest of the day

Georgina gave me an excellent massage. Amazing service with the whole spa experience !
C. M.
Beautiful hotel
Very clean very nice place to stay
Will definitely be back

Stayed recently as a family of 3 for 2 nights on the staycation offer. Fantastic hotel with a fantastic location. We were on the 11th floor with amazing views of the Shard. Rooms are large, spacious and modern. Restaurant serves very nice meals with friendly staff. Pool is very large with sauna and steam room. Will definitely stay here again.
R. T.
Had difficulty finding hotel our fault but quite exhausted when we arrived not quite where I thought it would be nice hotel we were on 14th floor so lovely views shower great and very comfortable king bed breakfast was a bit disappointing if u wanted cooked no eggs fried or scrambled when my husband went at 0930 maybe he should have asked Cold buffet was good
S. T.
Revamp of the communal area of the bar .. restaurant and reception makes it a much better area. Rooms warm and clean .. good business hotel when staying in London
N. S.
Clean facilities. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and clean. I did not get to use the sauna but it is available. The gym was decently sized with a good mix of equipment. I did not stay in the hotel, just used the spa. However, the hotel had a good aesthetic and the staff were friendly.
C.
Currently staying here for a birthday celebration. We are having the worst time ever! The reception staff rushed us to check in, didn’t tell us we had to get a different set of lifts toward the back to get to our room, so here we are wondering for 30 minutes trying to figure out the room location. Secondly - signage says ask reception for robes and slippers, went to reception to be told go to the spa, went to the Spa to be told to go reception. When we explained we had just been sent down from reception she said I don’t know if I call they won’t answer as they see it’s the spa. Going back upstairs the young lady on the late shift last night just looked at us and walked off with some heavy attitude. Finally it’s been a long day ready for a shower and bed or not- stains on sheets, no soap in dispensers. Tried to call reception but no answer, went back downstairs no one at reception. It’s ridiculous, tried to approach reception moments ago, but no eye contact was made the team do not care about simple customer service!! Disappointed, Disappointed, Dissatisfied- Room is still not cleaned it’s 15.34, tried calling switch board and via hotel mainline no answer again! They are happy to take your money but won’t give u basic service - Do not stay! Not worth it - pool is over crowded too!!
T. M.
( + ) Big comfortable bed, spacious room and well furnished, good coffee and tea facilities,
( - ) Air conditioning was on all day and night but the room stayed very warm, shower didn't drain properly so hasn't been properly cleaned in a while, had to request bathrobes, mini bar is locked (must request key from reception),
J. P.
Really nice room, staff are very welcoming and friendly. The only reason I am giving 4 out of 5 stars is because there was water leaking from the bath taps and under the shower screen. Apart from that everything else was perfect.
K.
Loved the hotel and facilities would have been 5* if the buffet breakfast had been better
M. A.
Very happy with the room and hotel. We loved the pool and jacuzzi area. So nice a relaxing. We also loved the breakfast buffet. The only think I would suggest is vegetarian options at breakfast .
Lovely stay . He had a wonderful surprise birthday 🥳
N. B.
The hotel is really nice. The room setup lacked face towels and the heating wasn't actually heating up the room (which was a bit chill)
J. B.
Great hotel experience. Good breakfast buffet, if you choose that option.
D. M.
Main areas are nice but room was NOT good:
Room stank of cigarettes
Pillows had no pillowcases on them
No bath towels or mats
Toilet was soiled
Complementary bathroom toiletries were all empty
We enjoyed the spa and kids were allowed past 4pm contrary to info I was given when I emailed so my daughter was happy.
Only two lifts, you had to wait an age to catch one and we were 10th floor.
We were allowed late check out at 1pm with no extra charge which I liked.
Central to Tower of London and St Katherine's Dock, walking distance to Aldgate for amazing Turkish restaurant Efes.
Due to the state of the room I wouldn't stay here again.
R. I. M. K.
Shocking, one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in all my travels , supposed to be executive room, with a view ,stuck on the 7th floor looking, at premier Inn, boiler room, hotel staff unhelpful, room never got made up,water, tea and coffee never replaced, should have stayed at premier Inn at a 1/4 of the price ,think before you book it
L. S.
4 stars for a 4 star Hotel. Experience could have been a lot better. Cleaning is not a top priority there. Food was very expensive but cooked nicely. Chef needs to introduce more variety. Great views if you are on 13th or 14th floor. Improving cleaning standards will do the business good.
N. H.
If you’re looking for a 5 star experience, I’ll recommend this hotel 100%. Our room was on the 13th floor so we had a stunning view, the breakfast was lovely with everything that we could ask for. Is close to shops and public transport service. We’ll definitely come back again.

I booked this hotel for my wife's birthday to enjoy with her and my little one. They had a very good luxury ambience from the entrance to the room and to the reception. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. I had planned a surprise party to my wife and one of the hotel staff, Miss Yoanita arranged everything accordingly to my requirements and without her nothing would have been possible. She organised everything to make it special and made arrangements to make my wife and little busier to decorate the rooms. I really recommend asking Miss Yoanita for any help you required. Hotel was beyond exceptional and it was felt as exceptional due to the outstanding staff service.
Thankyou Yoanita and we wish to see you soon! Thankyou other staff members to make our day memorable.

In the heat of the rise of COVID-19.
When completing the booking, we asked if they could decorate it nicely for our anniversary and they did not do anything at all, to make it special. We did not have any housekeeping that came to clean our room, restock anything such as towels, change bedsheets, clear the bin or other things for our whole entire stay. Therefore, we had to stay with a wet floor. We even saw housekeeper cleaning all the other rooms on the same floor as ours but failed to attend to ours. We was not given any robes or slippers (ideal for going to the swimming pool or walking around the hotel). I also asked for a higher level for our hotel room to have a nice view, however, we was given a higher floor but the view was not pleasing at all.
J. L.
Polite and kind service. Very welcoming and family friendly and looking forward to trying their services again soon
S.
Really nice Hotel staff very helpful 10/10.
c. m.
The entrance to the hotel and downstairs lobby/restaurant looked amazing!
What ruined our 4 night stay was nosie echoing through the air conditioning unit from another room not on our floor, of music, tv and laughter till 3am every night. We spoke to reception who advised this is a known problem. So we ended up buying earplugs and stuffing bath towels into the air vent just to try and dull the sound.
Seperately the room was a decent size, nice tv, bathroom i would say is outdated and very dark. Swimming pool looked really nice but didnt get to use as was 😴😴😴 from the noise 😔
M. L.
I went there as a customer, the staff is very rude , everything in the room was dirty, the fridges were not working and I have type 1 diabetes so I asked to have a refund we’re they refused . I hated it all, I asked to be helped when I was stuck outside my room I waited 5 hours at the reception were no one wanted to help they just kept on checking people in. The worse hotel I have ever been. The manager was very rude and I hope the company will get sanctions. I really don’t recommend that hotel. If it s that cheap for the center it s because the hotel is really bad as the staff.
C. E.
It's a lovely hotel staff amazing spa is great so is pampering the staff in dpa amazing nice swimming pool when fin swim nice area have shower hair dryers room amazing. Didn't have meL thier went out for meal. Weatherproof opposite brkfast was nice. Was included in my package on coupon. Otherwise brkfast is £23

Nice hotel, rooms vary, higher the better
K. O.
Bad room! No air conditioning.
We book for executive room + nice view and we got bad room bad view.
At 8am someone just come into this room!! I don’t know how??? So disappointed. I book this hotel for our anniversary but so disappointed! Not worth for the money we paid! Bad bad bad!!
N. B.
I have been to many five star hotels, and this is better than all of them. It’s crazy how it’s a 4 star. Service was amazing, always checking if we needed anything. The room was the best part of it - floor to ceiling windows with an excellent view, spacious room with a massaging shower. No dust or anything, was very clean. The spa was beautiful. We were given full body massages by an amazing masseuse, and after we jumped in the jacuzzi and the pool, in a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. They accommodated to every request we had and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. This deserves to be on the list for top 10 hotels in London. Especially for the price. You can upgrade for a small price to a large suite (worth it). Thanks Leonardo!

Not too bad, but they should abstain from deceitful advertising on their Web. Allocated a room not advertised on the website. I didn't feel the cosy environment. And there is certain smell
D. A.
Don't trust the photo on website. Typical Overmarketing and scam. Here is what you will get for executive room. I have left a note for a room with good view in advance, but still....
Advice: don't do the online check-in, it will arrange the room automatically and you can't change it when you come to hotel. Also you are still need to wait in the queue, no difference regards to efficiency and covid-19
R. L.
Lovely hotel good service really enjoyed our stay would recommend
A. P.
Stayed here for a night while travelling through London. The staff where really attentive. Being a female traveller alone I felt safe here and comfortable. The room was ment to be and executive room , bit disheartened I wasn't higher up and the views and the window where compromised. But the bed was comfy.
I had breakfast and spa facilities in the stay so the morning before check used the pool sauna and steam room which was lovely. Didn't have to book so could go anytime I liked before check out. Then went for breakfast which was amazing! One of the best breakfast I've had in a hotel! The gluten free selection was fab! The waiting staff were so kind and helpful. There was eveything you could want in a breakfast menu, they even did little pots of nuts, fruits and hams and salads! I got a few bits awswell as a coffe to take away .Delicious!
J. W.
At the time we were there, the name was Grange Tower Bridge Hotel. It is beautiful. We reserved a day room for an additional fee because our arrival was so early in the day.
S. A.
Long check in queue, very clean and spacious room. Shame about no late bar but overall happy with our stay. Did not manage to get to the pool or breakfast but resturant looked lovely.
S. C.
Changed room three times because air conditioning was not working on one of the hottest days of the year, then phone wasn’t working and then trash was left in the room and carpets stained and coffee table sticky despite signs saying the room has been “sanitised”. In the era of Covid, cleanliness should really be a priority. This hotel is not 4 stars and should really be advertising as more of a 3 star hotel. Very disappointing and ended up getting a refund rather than staying in the hotel.
B. B.
Nice hotel all round,my only criticism is the lift situation, with so many floors and rooms, when it is busy you could be waiting a short while for tha lift, Our room was very modern and the bed was so comfortable, staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was very nice with a good choice out on display leisure facilities were good aswell.
A. P.
Great service, big room and lovely breakfast 😍

My boyfriend and I booked a superior king room at the Leonardo - walking distance to an unlimited amount of restaurants and things to do. When we checked in, we were greeted by Samir, who happened to be one of the managers. He collected our bags for us from the cloak room and carried them for us (very sweet!!) and took us all the way up to the 14th (top) floor, and to our surprise, showed us to our executive suite! He had generously upgraded us to a massive suite. Huge bathroom with a TV in it, HUGE TV in the bedroom, large sofa in the living room and a mini bar, too. It was so lovely. Forgot to take photos before we stayed in the room; so forgive the mess in the photos attached to this review. The room was so spacious and had surreal views of the city of London. Samir was so kind and the hotel was so beautiful. We would definitely stay here again - even if it was just for a staycation getaway during the pandemic! We felt safe. Enjoyed our stay and as I said, would stay here again. Thanks so much for an amazing experience xx
E. T.
My fiancée and I decided to stay at this hotel for our anniversary, we selected this hotel because the pool facilities were available and the rooms looked on the website. On arrival we were not disappointed, the service was excellent, the room was really spacious and extremely clean. The pool was amazing with a jacuzzi and not over crowded at all. The breakfast was OK but there were lots of nice places to eat locally. We will stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel.
S. F.
Nice hotel with nice views and friendly and polite receptionists.
Rooms cleaned to quality standard. Everything works great in the rooms.
The swimming pool and Spa is also well maintained and the services are top notch. Will always stay whenever I have the chance and will recommend to anyone wanting a weekend off from the busy bustle of life.
J.
Very efficient staff, room was lovely, pool was very nice and breakfast had everything you could think of and more.
C. M.
Best hotel I've ever stayed in, fully recommend for a weekend away in London
O. H.
Nice and modern but super busy.
Pool was freezing, foot spas didn't work, towel delivery didn't come, spa was booked out even though we were told we can only book their spa through their direct website, so had to cancel original booking... Wait for refund and then rebook...
For a hotel spa there were also many children/families... Which is fine but we were hoping for something more adult rather than a fancy Butlins.
I would say brilliant if you're going with your family but not so much if it's a girly weekend.
Location is tricky to get to by taxi as it's on a one way street but area is good, in the business district of London.
Bed was comfy but windows looked directly into the Premiere Inn across the street.
There is also a Wetherspoons directly next to the hotel, making this more family friendly.
There is a restaurant and room service but I didn't use these so can't comment.
S. W.
We had a decent sized room for the 3 of us, including two queen size beds. The bathroom was just about spacious enough and the TV and desk area were part of a good layout.
Only room complaint is that the fenestration on the outside of the hotel contained horizontal metal panels across the windows, so when it rained it was pretty noisy.
Due to covid the spa was limited but the pool was nice and the spa pool was inviting and warm.
A good location if you need to be near the city or the handy transport of Tower Bridge, both Tube and Pier, plus DLR is next door as well.
Overall very good and we'll be back.
J. D. R.
Great experience start to finish, the staff were friendly, the room was great and the view was incredible! Could see tower bridge, the Shard and the City all in one view. Loved how they adhered to social distancing, provided lots of opportunities for hand sanitiser, and encouraged the wearing of masks. Made me feel really comfortable here, and as a location it was perfect - minutes walk to so many places. Will definitely be coming back!
C. M.
Lovely facilities, room not so great
N. W.
Standard Jury type hotel 🏨 with multiple floors. Good service slight out of the way with a swimming pool
I. K.
Fabulous location, breathtaking views and very friendly staff. I have stayed many times as a couple and family and we are never disappointed!
C. M.
super comfy bed, great options for breakfast and pleasant staff! thank you Leonardo royal 😍
A. S.
Fantastic rooms, bathroom is great with a lovely shower. Only thing that prevented us from sleeping well was the duvet. It was about 7 inches thick! Nice if it's -10 but it was either body parts out of the bed cold or covered up and sweating. Otherwise a great place for a reasonable price.
T. H.
I understand that there is a pandemic and that the hotel is doing all it can to keep everyone safe. BUT
.
I did not appreciate how uncomfortable the staff made me feel. The receptionist implying I couldn't possibly be there for work, because I didn't look the part. What does that even mean?
Then feeling like I had to prove my identity every time i came back in, the receptionist was litrally coming all the way to lift, so I had to flash my room Key card.
I'm still here and I honestly cannot wait to get home and feel comfortable, this was supposed to be some me time get work done away from my kids and distraction. But I honestly feel like I wasted my money!
Ive had better experiences at cheaper and lower rates hotels
.
So angry I spent my money here
J. H.
Great deal, thoroughly enjoyable couple of days in London. Breakfast is highly recommended
T. M.
Location fantastic. Rooms good and comfortable beds. Spa break great value
m. m. m.
Wicked gym and spa, with no restrictions 👌🏽 Lovely clean and big room with a great city view. Complimentary breakfast as they were closing for lockdown next day. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel stay - and it’s cheap and affordable especially being in London! Will definitely be returning!
O. N.
Spa is not even close to okay, the rooms are not cleaned, the staff is nice, but not really capable… lot of trouble for enough money
A. O.
The stay overall was amazing, wished I could use the gym and spa however couldn’t due to Covid. One thing accrued however though which was scary, it seemed to be like a figure behind the curtain almost doing a kicking motion on two different occasions however when looking behind it was just a wall, the air con was off and no windows were open so It couldn’t have been wind, it made me have a very unpleasant night as I was petrified, I don’t know if the hotel has a past for being haunted or anything like this has happened before. I didn’t even believe in ghosts untill I experienced this. The hotel has great potential but not sure if something may have happened in my room that I stayed in from the past. The room number was 416 so stay away from that room. Would love to know if something did actually accrue in there
R. D.
Loved it,great service, breakfast, cocktails & views.
Highly recommended

We liked this hotel, came here for our anniversary trip to London last August. The staff were really helpful. I emailed them after I had booked to ask whether it would be possible to use the facilities after checking out and whether we could drop off our bags before check in. Yes to both. As it was our anniversary, they kindly left a piece of chocolate cake in our room for our anniversary and allocated us a room on a higher floor (view wasn't great from the front of the building but a nice room) and two complimentary glasses of wine. I would definitely recommend. The room, breakfast and pool were all great. Easy access to Brick Lane and St Katherine's dock.
S. G.
I've stayed at the Leonardo Tower Bridge a couple of times before and had a pretty good stay. The hotel itself is fairly excellent, fantastic rooms, polite staff etc. However, and unfortunately, this time was a little different. I think it may have been due to it being the weekend that the place was pretty busy but despite Coronavirus, people were still walking around without masks, the lift situation is a shambles, people just cramming in with you despite the clear sign to keep to your party, no one was monitoring the situation. Also, seeing people in dressing gowns in the hotel reception is really strange!
L. P.
This was a great hotel for our short stay in London. The pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub and gym were fantastic and clean. It is not a full size pool, but you can easily swim laps or lounge depending on what you want. The room was very comfortable and clean with the typical amenities of a small coffee maker, tea, etc. There was a mini bar, but we didn't use it. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely LOVED my stay there. They really made our anniversary special by giving us a beautiful, decorated room with a view ❤️
A. F.
This hotel is a little gem. Lovely staff and very well presented on the inside. They also have spa facilities which are included with the room. So you can use the pool, sauna and steam room.
The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also great in the morning. My only critique would be the heating. It was really cold so the supplied us with a stand alone heater. To help warm the room up.
D. W.
I wasn't happy with the overall experience with this hotel. I booked two rooms, one wasn't ready when I arrived and check in was a nightmare as I was waiting 30 mins before getting to the front desk because they were so slow. The first room had a strong unpleasant smell, the second room had a leaking shower, the TV remote wasn't workingand the lamp shades weren't working. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the beds. It was one thing after a another do not recomend this hotel at all.
J. H.
Hotel location and amenities are good.
Stayed a few weeks ago over a long weekend, check in was chaotic and high floor room(13th) confirmed with the hotel had been given to someone else who was extremely surprised (as anyone would be ) when I entered the room; ended up with a very poor overlooked room on the 2nd floor.
The room was not cleaned to a high standard and it was only when the room had not been serviced for 2 days that I was informed there was a 'menu' to complete which you had to hang outside your room door otherwise no cleaning or fresh towels.i don't have a problem with this as long as I understand arrangements.
I. J.
We traveled with 4 adults and two teenagers and had two rooms - one overlooking the Shard and a great view of London. The rooms were great size and two beds for the children was perfect. Decor was modern and clean.
The location was perfect for sightseeing - close to everything including the Hop On Hop Off bus.
The breakfast was more than enough as was the ability to have something anytime you return to the hotel. We enjoyed tea in the afternoon and always started our evening out with drinks and appetizers starting at 5 as we usually dined later in the evening.
The lobby area is very nice.
The staff were always helpful and happy to help even when busy.
Would definitely stay there again.
J. G.
Lovely hotel albeit confusing as there are several different ones called Leonardo so we went wrong one. Room and hotel was good. They keep the tea and coffee in the cupboard and only found it next day by accident. They should change that.
Y. B.
Lovely recent visit to this hotel.
Rooms are clean with a note outside on who cleaned it last. Inside the remote was sanitised and all paper and pen were removed.
Lifts are restricted to one person/family at a time though you can take the stairs.
Hot buffet breakfast is served. Hot food is served by the chef all other food is wrapped or packed stop contamination.
Didn't use swimming pool or gym so cannot comment.
I. A.
One of the best hotels I’ve been in ages. I had been over stressed with uni work so booked a weekend here by myself to chill and use spa facilities. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back.
J. G.
Good customer services, nice in location.
Tower bridge in walking distance, easy public transport connection. Some of them room has views of tower bridge, shard, and other famous buildings.
Beautiful spa and swimming.
Nicely decor room with mini bar and tea coffee, exc. facilities Smart tv. One thing i didn't like which is lighting in the room, not enough lights.
L. C.
Great hotel! One of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Cheap and very close to london tower bridge and the underground for easy transport. Staff are very helpful. Would recommend!!
I. I.
Large hotel with plenty of rooms.
Very comfortable bedroom, with extra chair and sofa. Tea making facilities and coffee machine with great selections for both. Large TV. Our room had the most amazing views of the London skyline.
Big room and extremely clean with great facilities.
The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and attentive.
Fantastic breakfast selection, self service but so much to choose from.
Bonus facility was the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, all of which were a good size and clean.
Would highly recommend this hotel.
L. M.
It's nice hotel, good spa/swimming pool and friendly atmosphere with staff, but no professional cleaning in room.
R.
Very nice hotel, very clean spa is lovely. lovely massage, however I noticed most things didn’t work in the spa, foot spa, water from ceiling button etc..
Check out is at 12 and got a knock on the door at 8:30am when we didn’t need our rooms cleaned as we were checking out..
Apart from this lovely hotel and would stay again, lovely views, mentioned on the phone it was our anniversary and they sent a cake up.
Very friendly staff

I deliberated on the rating to give for a while and it’s probably 3-3.5/5. The room I got had a stain on the duvet and on the curtain. The telephone wasn’t working so if I needed anything I had to call the external hotel number which wasn’t always picked up. The location was ok but next time I’d probably pick the St Paul branch or a hotel near Fitzrovia for example. This location does have lots of great restaurants nearby with lots of halal options if needed.
Personally, there was an odd smell to the place which I think is from the disinfectant so I’d bring a room spray if you’re sensitive to smells like me (you get used to it and I used a perfume to cover it up). The housekeeping was inconsistent - one time I received more water and other times I didn’t.
I wasn’t a fan on the shower/conditioner combo or the body wash. The customer service was very responsive and attempted to fix things that I raised. If the customer service had been perfect I would have given a 4/5 because I know you can’t always anticipate every problem. Except one time I asked for the room to be restocked and when I came back after a long day it wasn’t (so I wasn’t able to enjoy my bedtime tea which I had been looking forward to after coming back from a cold and rainy London day).

The SPA was packed everyday...I paid for 4 nights and only got to use the jaccuzi once. The staff were not helpful. Front desk was so slow. The rooms were not cleaned properly everyday. The fridge in the room was locked 'due to covid' which makes no sense. Booking.com had no notice of this. Had to queue at the bar to get ice to chill my drinks daily. The shower door was broken and the floor would flood when I use the shower. The shower head didn't extend more then about 20cm which is useless. No windows that open so couldn't get fresh air in the room.
A. M.
Restaurant was lovely, especially for breakfast. Room was good, things missing though but not sure if it was because of covid. Good location !

Thank you Samir for being such a wonderful host could not ask for a better service. The Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge is a perfect location if you want to have a break in the city overlooking the City Hall and the Tower of London. If that's not enough you also get access to their Rena Spa with your room booking. The jacuzzi was was amazing and really helped to loosen my sciatica pains. I cant wait to come back again.

Had around a 30 minute wait to enter the hotel, with only two staff member working. when we finally got in to reception the receptionist 'joked' about how many people there was waiting, even though the email they send to us asks customers to arrive early. room was nice, bathroom looked very nice however we received no towels which wasn't great. after finding this out we went downstairs to the reception after the huge queues had gone to ask for some towels to be sent to our room which the staff member said there would be. an hour gone, and we had still not received any towels of any sort sent to the room, so had to then again go and ask for some which the staff member straight away went to the back room to give us some. so dont quite understand why we had to wait over an hour for towels when they had some in the back?! for a 4 star hotel, i was extremely disappointing at ,my stay here and wont be coming back any time soon
S. K.
Cons: When you check-in be prepared for a long queue. When you order food be prepared for a long wait. Dont expect any room service and be prepared to have to ask for any towels etc.
Pros: pool and gym are very good, the location is ideal for travelling anywhere on the tube and the rooms are nice and comfortable
Overall 3/5
C. L.
Checked in at 3pm, receptionist said "I'll check you in now, but our policy changed 2 weeks ago and check in is actually midnight??? Got to the room which was lovely but as friends we had requested a twin, the room had a double bed. Rang down to reception and requested a change of room. Allocated room 320. Twin beds yay! Alas that was an early celebration. Hairs in one of the beds, red/brown stains in the bathroom, on the walls in the bedroom, surfaces thick with dust, coffee cups chipped and dirty. For a 4 star hotel this was absolutely disgusting. Even budget hotels I've previously stayed in were much cleaner. You would think that in the current climate with covid still around they would at least be on top of hygiene. This hotel was previously a Grange Hotel and was always top notch. It is now owned by Leonado, part of the Jury's Inn chain. I expected more. 😒

Great place, great location, staff very helpful. Would definitely come again

Made a Birthday Extra Special...
My husband and I stayed here for my birthday.
I had emailed ahead asking for an early check-in because we had plans for the theatre in the city. Not only did they accommodate our early check-in request, but they had also placed a birthday cake and a chocolate written ‘ happy birthday’ message in our room.
The room was very clean and comfortable and it had been recently refurbished. You can tell from the bouncy carpets and the huge TV! The city centre location is fantastic for sightseeing and transportation links, but what stood out for me was the genuine consideration that we had a great stay.
It’s gestures like this that make lasting memories and will ensure we will return and choose their hotel over all others in the future.
Thank you Leonardo!!
O. A.
Really nice place to stay. Staff were friendly and room was clean and presentable. Breakfast was good too with a full buffet setup. Close to 2 station on the circle/metropolitan lines aswell. Only complaint I could have is the lift setup with only 2 relatively small lifts servicing 10+ floors which did cause some waiting. Despite this I would definitely recommend a stay here.
S. S.
Very nice hotel with an amazing view of London. My checkout was extended for some hours because I needed to stay behind for a meeting. Great customer service by Samir Dewan. Always a nice experience at this hotel.

Stayed here for a birthday treat to myself. Accidentally arrived at the sister hotel in City/ fenchurch street, which had the best welcoming reception area and looked super lush only to be told I was at the wrong hotel. Luckily it was 14minutes walk. As you can imagine the reception for tower bridge was not as nice, so a bit disappointing. Also location is more Aldgate East than Tower bridge. So a second disappointment. Rooms did not appear as in pictures so I believe going through refurbishment, 3rd disappointment. But was greeted by Byron, who turned things around, upgraded our room to 10th floor to get city views and also gave us breakfast, which by the way was delicious for a continental in a bag we really enjoyed this. Had a hot breakfast bap (egg, sausage, bacon), pastry, fruits, yoghurt +muesli and freshly squeezed orange juice. Hot chocolate was also lovely . Spa Facilities were also good, loved the hot tub and seats with differing temperatures for spas. Overall it became a pleasant stay. Wish I can stay at the sister hotel in City though... 🙏🏾
S. M.
Absolutely perfect hotel- the staff are all warm, welcoming, and helpful, the rooms are large and immaculate With floor to ceiling, wall-to-wall windows, and with numerous amenities, the beds are very comfortable, and the pool and spa area are lovely. The views are breathtaking- no matter where your room faces, and the floor’s halls have seating alcoves with windows facing out over the city. The glass elevators even have amazing views! The bar has ample seating and excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. What also is wonderful is that there is ample seating in numerous alcoves and areas - so many quiet areas. There is also a business center. I cannot praise this hotel enough- thank you for a perfect stay!
C. R.
Lovely hotel. With an exceptional service. My chocolate brownie was so delicious 😋
J.
More staff needed, literally queueing out of the front door whilst waiting to check in. Booked a double room for two, only one set of towels; tried to call for more but every line was engaged. Eventually asked a member of staff for towels, they said they’d send some - they must have arrived after we checked out? Mini bar fridge kept nothing cool, let alone cold. Nearly cut my finger on the shower control, I was eventually able to turn it on by using some tissues to help me grip the on/off which seemed to be seized up.
Neither a budget hotel, nor a luxury one 🤷🏼♂️
P. J.
We were upgraded to the executive suit and the hotel was emaculate. Great staff, amazing pool and perfect location to go out in Shoreditch. I would book this again this week if lockdown wasn't on Thursday. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay perfect.
H. L.
We arrived after a long day very tired, too early to check in, but the friendly staff gladly offered to hold our luggage while we explored the city. That was really great.
Upon returning to the hotel later we were pleasantly surprised to see we received an upgrade!
There was a lovely dessert in honor of our anniversary:) Our room was beautiful, very quiet, with super comfy bed and pillows. It was an easy walk to Tower Hill Station where we took the tube to get about easily.
The Spa was easily the best I have been to!! A Must go!
S. C.
Amazing location and what an amazing view of the London skyline! Easy access to the underground and other public transport. Good breakfast and service. Recommend bringing your swimsuit as the hotel had a nice spa! 👍 Rooms are quite big and housekeeping did a great job. Would easily stay here again 👏😁
S. S.
Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. Excellent coffee in room. Bedroom was roomy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to staying again.
R. W.
This is one classy hotel. Professional service, spacious and clean rooms. The spa facilities of pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi hot tub and gym were all well kept. In the room there was a separate standing shower and bath tub. Was here on business and would recommend to others and stay again for sure.
A. C.
If you book this hotel just a day up front, you get a really good price. Very nice pool and spa. Rooms basically filled up with huge beds. Personnel at reception not very friendly, but ok. Considering the price I would recommend this, if you pay the full price I would stay away.
B. B.
Room and staff were lovely one complaint my husband said his cooked breakfast was cold.
m. a.
The rooms are really nice and the views are good. The staff not so much. I don't understand why high priced hotel staff can't greet you warmly and with a smile. Also, never offered to take my wife and I baggage up on our wedding night.
You pay high end prices for a reason. For quality service.
C. L. B.
Spa is always busy showers are broken, couples want to enjoy the spa when its always full
N. O.
I stayed one night in this hotel, and it was really wonderful. The reception staff was very kindly, everything was well organized. Location is great (Less than 10 min to the London bridge by walking). The room was really big & chic and the bed… (No words to describe it) but the best was the bathroom (bathtub + shower in the same room). If you want to spend a great Journey in London, don't hesitate to get a reservation there. 5/5
J. S.
Best view I have ever seen, 11th floor has amazing views which show the gherkin, shard, parliament, tower bridge and many more amazing London buildings. The service is great and the bathrooms are very clean and the bed were comfy.
E. G.
Leonardo formerly known as the Grange Hotel. I previously stayed here a few years ago and came back as the experience before was actually really good. My stay this time was “ok” the check in process was ok they gave me the option to pay by cash/card as it was not a pre paid booking. The spa facilities were open until 10pm however the spa was over crowded and despite signs saying “only three people allowed in the jacuzzi area” when I was in the jacuzzi people started to come in despite the big sign in front of it which led me to come out of it as I am very cautious regarding the COVID guidelines.
The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Considering I stayed on a weekend the price was very good as I paid £77 for a double room on a Saturday. There is no parking on site however you can park on a single yellow line on neighbouring roads anytime after 6pm on a Friday (completely free on weekends) if you are staying during the week I would advise to take public transport.
F.
I stayed here after been moved from their sister hotel Leonardo royal city.... I understand this is troubling times but really do you have to lock the mini bar at 10pm!!! We put our water in this mini bar we had to get a member of staff to release our water and it’s so HOT air con is non existent. Other than that room ok clean and large but don’t expect much more than that.... oh and I hope you like to live like bacon.
D. M.
Reasonably priced for what you get or maybe because We got a good deal on Wowcher. Anyway set close to tower bridge, amenities (pool, sauna and Jacuzzi) all in one location...Amazing!...If you don't prefer their meal , there is just a Wetherspoons by the corner to the hotel...
Just for the sake of spa comfort definitely can revisit!
A. A.
Wonderful hotel. Location is great! Room was lovely- beautiful view and amazing bed. Breakfast is amazing!!!!! Spa and pool facilities brilliant. Staff are super friendly. Would stay again!

I recently attended the Hotel for a Conference and found it under new ownership. It has a nice spacious lobby and an excellent dining area with a wide variety on the menu. The conference area situated on the Lower Floor is spacious with a very good foyer and additional meeting rooms for conferences. Would definitely recommend :)
M. S.
Duve cover is not clean have to ask to change ended up changing the cover myself due to no House keeping staff available
Toilet is not clean thick yello stain under rim. It is disgusting therefore I don't want to add pics
Management can check if you want to improve

I stayed here for a business trip, and I found my stay to be quite pleasant. I had a King room deluxe with the sofa, and by London standards it was relatively spacious. The bathroom was new and I found the bed comfortable. The staff were quite helpful in finding me a room, since I booked last minute after calling the hotel. The room was quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep.
A. G.
Loved the hotel, staff were very polite and the breakfast was fantastic. Hotel rooms were amazing with a decent sized bath and a separate shower. The pool was nice and had some luxuries around it like a foot spa. The gym wasn't air conditioned unfortunately but that was my only complaint.
R. P.
I have recently stayed at the Leonardo hotel at Tower Bridge with a small group of friends for my birthday. I was very excited about going to the hotel as have heard good things but I must say, I was utterly disapointed. The room was nice however for a 5* Hotel there was several parts of the room which had 'damage' which I wouldn't expect from a hotel like so. I rang room service at 8pm to order a simple bucket of ice, which was never bought to the room regardless of several calls. Not the service you would expect. We also had some issues with the room next door, who kept us up nearly all night which left me and my friends with no sleep what so ever. We bought this up with reception as we left and they couldn't seem to care less. The room next to us must have been having a party with the noise they was making. The spa was lovely. I was disheartend that the hotel could offer us nothing considering the state of our stay. We would expect a lot better from a hotel of 5* in a top location. We paid £240 for a trip that turned out to be quite a mess.
L. B.
Definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed in. Rooms are clean comfortable and a good size, staff always helpful and happy. The best features are the swimming pool, which is 25m with 4 lanes; perfect for a 2.5K morning swim. The breakfast is also pretty good, but only of value if included in the room price. Generally the price is resonable for the location
M. K.
Entrance lovely
Rooms dated, worn and a bit grubby in places
C. S.
We booked this hotel almost last minute and it has definitely lived up to our expectations. The room is just perfect, the shower is heavenly and the beds are so comfortable. I literally slept the whole night without waking up once. The breakfast is very tasty and has a lot to offer. We visited the spa this evening and it was so relaxing. The pool was stunning with a rain shower at the end of it, there were foot spa jacuzzis both hot and cold and a sauna & steam room. We will definitely stay here again in the future and it's such a hidden gem of a hotel located perfectly to venture all over the city. 😊😊😌
C. S.
We loved our stay over Christmas. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time at the spa but disappointed the steam room wasn't working properly during our stay. The swimming pool could do with more lounging chairs.
D. T.
Brilliant place to stay and dine at, we'll recommend
A. W.
Booked this as a package from Secret Escapes. But I guess the offer reflected the quality. Dinner was basic. Superior Room average.

Had a brilliant time. Check in and checkout was quick, efficient and a pleasant experience. Staff were professional polite and friendly. Room was upgraded from a superior double to executive twin double with full facilities of what is expected from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was plentiful lots of choice. Spa and pool area were clean and inviting. Lovely staff in the Spa. All in all great hotel and will definitely be returning. 👌

Covid staycay. Fantastically good value. Lovely large room and comfortable bed, surprisingly generous views of the city. Staff scaled back due to covid but the ones there went above and beyond. From room service to front desk to housekeeping - all so kind, friendly and helpful. Really helped me out when an uber cancelled last minute and needed to whizz across the city fast. I would love to come back here!
T. B.
I enjoyed my stay here but by no means is this a 5 star hotel. I was very underwhelmed with my stay, even though nothing went wrong, my expectations were set too high by the “5 star rating”
The customer service itself is sufficient but slightly lack lustered. They have doormen and gimmicks to make one think it’s a 5 star but even at that you can tell it’s just for show and slightly disingenuous. The staff’s English could be a little better also. I must say whenever I asked for something, be it room service or extra bed clothing, they did what was asked in a timely fashion.
Although I didn’t try the breakfast or dinner, one night I did get room service. The food was really below par. I ordered a steak baguette and the steak was well done even though I asked for medium and I also asked for pepper sauce on the side which never came. Very disappointing.
The pool facilities are good, not amazing.
Overall the stay was good for most of it, but as I said above, it leaves you expecting much more than they offer with the 5 star label. If I’m paying for a 5 star hotel I want 5 star facilities and service. 4 stars would be more appropriate.
P. W.
Can't wait to go back!!
What an amazing welcome from the doorman who took our bags and brought it to our room. Little touch of luxury that makes all the difference. Great little christmas tree arch as well adding to the festive feeling.
What a wonderful room with views of the shard and also a glimpse of the gherkin.
Pamper time at the spa :) Pool and steam room.
Breakfast was great and plentiful after a night out - self service coffee kept things flowing.
We can't wait to return - probably for Christmas shopping now!
R. H.
Nice place with swimming Pool sauna and jazzuzi, close to tube and main attractions!

I enjoyed my stay at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel (now known as the Leonardo Royal Hotel London) on Prescot Street. The room was spacious. I wouldn’t say the furniture was well kept, however the bed was comfortable. When we first got into the room only 1 out of 5 of the plug sockets was working... maintenance did fix this but it was at first an issue as we were trying to get ready for an event. The bathroom was nice however some of the grout needed re-doing and the shower leaked all over the floor when you turned it on which wasn’t helpful. The room overall was tidy however there were some parts of the room which had been neglected with the cleaning and parts were dusty. I ordered a pizza from the 24hr room service and it was disgusting. I ate one slice of the £14 pizza and couldn’t eat the rest but it was too late at night for me to be bothered to complain but the pizza was so doughy as if the pizza hadn’t been cooked long enough. The breakfast in the morning was an expensive add-on but there was a lot of choice and the quality was good. I enjoyed the stay but I may not choose to stay here again unless it was for another event.

Enjoyable stay! Supper friendly & helpful staff, good spa/pool facilities, AMAZING breakfast
M. M.
Internet was pretty good and we had it in the room. The room was quite big and the beds were pretty comfortable. The jacuzzi was not working and the phone has a display light, which was on in the night. Those were the only two bad things I noticed. Location was OK, in about 5 min you're in the underground and near the hotel you have some restaurants etc. It are less then 10 min to the london bridge.
A. B.
Great view of Tower of London that adds to the 5 start but I'll not rate the room that we had more than 3.
The choices of black and white industrial pictures doesn't help when the old air-conditioning system doesn't work. We where a group of colleagues and for some of us it was to hot for the others to cold. Maybe add some clear inscription on how to use it, if it really work (besides the one in the room guide).
Bathroom was clean but with some rusty and old equipments.
The breakfast was delicious and as the hotel recommends you should be there early in the morning in order to avoid waiting.
M. K.
The hotel is very good in general but the beds are the worst! Also the concierge is not very committed as I had to ask two times for a topper for the bed and towels (we were 3 and only had towels for two). Nevertheless, the bed was still bad to the point that I had to take pills against the back pain. After a day walking around the city all you want is a comfortable bed but you are not going to find it here.
The breakfast was really good.
The swimming pool has a very very limited time for children
J. F.
I will always enjoy going here for the rest of my life! I absolutely love London and all its sights!!!!!
C. A.
It was a lovely experience. The lobby and bar are so comfortable and inviting. Service is excellent and breakfast is included in price when you book directly with the hotel. We stayed with a 2 year old and we found the pool and room perfect for him. He had a good time.
S.
I loved this so much. Thought I was going to freak out being so high, but not at all. Everything was safe. Seats in the middle. And it was slow so no need to worry. The views are fantastic. Windows very clean. Staff exceptional. Brilliant staff. Hats off to you all. I truly loved my time on the London Eye. Thank you so so much x
A. W.
Lovely hotel clean big and spotless rooms should be 5star

We found this hotel on Secret Escapes and had an awesome 4 days girls trip.
First of all, the location is great! (4-5 minutes walk to public transport an less than 10 minutes to the Tower Bridge. Furthermore, there is a supermarket 2 minutes away)
Our bedroom was quite big for a double room and VERY clean.
Even though none of the staff was native English speaker, they were easy to understand and always very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast selection was less than expected but nevertheless it was delicious and fresh and everybody can find something that he likes to have for breakfast.
Some things were different than we had expected, but over all we had an amazing stay.
L. A.
The hotel itself is ok but they charged my credit card twice for the stay & I had to keep phoning & chasing them to get my money back, no one returned my call as promised. I kept being put on hold then getting cut off and only 1 of the 3 people I spoke to was polite & apologised for their mistake.
If you want to use the fridge/mini bar you have to give them £50 upfront on reception & all room service orders come with an additional £5 charge just to bring the food to your room which I’ve never experienced anywhere else.
The room was very clean & the room service food was nice, the pool & sauna were good too. Overall not a bad hotel but the effort to get my money back after being charged twice means I probably won’t stay again
C. S.
Absolutely loved this hotel. Fabulous staff, perfect location. Amazing view from our room.
P. M.
Upon arriving I was very impressed as the place looked clean and very professional. Went into the room and it went downhill from there. Room was clean but many things were not working and if they did work they didn't work properly. Aircon in the room worked but it would only blow out cold air so during the night it got very cold and there wasn't much we could do. The taps on the bath were very stiff and it took us ages to turn on the taps. Bedding was very thin. On the second day our key card to get into our room stopped working so we were locked out of our room on the top floor and it was a nightmare to find a staff member that could speak english properly. The only pros were the spa/pool area and the view from our room was amazing. I would not say that this was a 5 star hotel and I won't be returning especially for the amount we paid, you would expect a much better stay.
G. P.
very disappointed
food left half eating in the fridge ,petals on the floor
hairs in my breakfast that i send back and i didn't eat
and they didn't refund my breakfast money
staff unfriend
But the spa staff very nice i highly the massage and the reception lady wonderful
J. M.
We traveled the UK for two weeks and this was the best hotel we stayed in! Great breakfast, fantastic gym/pool, good location, great service, wonderful rooms. We started our trip here (2 nights) and ended our trip here (1 night) and got an upgraded room our last day! Thanks! Definitely give this place a look if you’re going to be staying in London.
M. K. S.
Recently used the conference facilities on the first floor for a large work event. Staff helpful and very attentive to the organisers and attendees. Room and equipment all set up well before our arrival which all contributed to a very successful day. Food was also outstanding and will be using the venue again in the near future.
m. d.
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and spacious. The staff are welcoming and attentive. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs which was very impressive, well presented and quick. Lovely sea sea bass. Only a few negatives the breakfast was priced ridiculously high, the shower leaked out of the bathtub due the massive shower head and position of it. Also the towels had a funny smell. No other complaints! Good location, nice decor and very cool lifts :)
A. C.
A bit wired. Loads of 19 to 23 year olds at weekends, being demanding divas, wandering about in nightwear and robes. Really clean and gym and wellness great. Too many cameras in the pool area.
C. M.
Second time here. Even though stayed for 1 night the position is great. There's a cheap car park close by at Shorter Street (£3 all day Sundays)
The price is great for the location.
We've never tried the sauna and pool yet cos we just come to see friend.
The rooms are great and I love the harder beds, ideal for my back.
Continental breakfast is good, although the scrambled eggs are slightly different.
We will be back next year :)
p. l.
Very much a corporate hotel, lobby area is neat and tidy with breakfast area and bar/lounge space as well. The lifts are all glass giving you a nice view of parts of London. Location is not bad, very close to Tower Hill underground and Aldgate, as well as St Katherine's Docks and Tower Bridge/Tower of London. Pool area is very nice suitable for lap swimming and with a spa, foot spa, steam room. Service but nothing to write home about, please smile more and it won't hurt to be first to say good morning to guests, had to chase laundry that wasn't returned at allocated time, which isn't great considering the amount of corporate events held here. Overall a nice neat hotel with good facilities
M. T.
Great views, Great staff , Great breakfast,Great location
Comfortable hotel located near to Tower bridge with spa , Would recommend
M. S.
The rooms are incredibly clean, The bed was really comfortable, The View from my room was stunning.
Great Wi-fi, great facilities. (I didn't get to try the food as we were eating out for each meal) The Staff are so accommodating too. The only issue I had was the wait for the lift. I highly recommend this Hotel.
L. J.
Went for a hen weekend. All staff are lovely and helpful. Extremely comfortable bed and very spacious rooms. Also clear and tidy. We didnt have treatments in the spa but went to the pool etc which was so nice and relaxing. Great selection at breakfast. Would strongly recommend and would stay at this hotel again.
T. X.
Nice view from the hotel room awesome food Very nice and kind employees
L. S.
Check in was very smooth and quick however didn’t get to use any spa facilities as there were so many people. No procedures put in post covid?
S. j.
The hotel is very smart with some good staff and lovely facilities. The spa is very nice and not too busy. The room is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. Small criticisms: the phones in the room emit very bright lights which we've had to throw clothes over in order to avoid being disturbed whist sleeping. They ought to have options to dim or at least provide covers for them. Our flat (Grenfell Tower) burned down leaving us with nothing. This is the reason for our stay. We are missing a couple of essentials, like toothbrush chargers, nail clippers. We asked if the hotel could help find us these things to use during our stay and were just told they couldn't do it. I'd have expected a 5* hotel to put a bit more effort into fulfilling guests requests. (I worked previously at the Mondrian Hotel and we would have done everything we could to meet the needs of our guests if at all feasible) Overall happy but couple of things could be improved
l. P.
the rooms are spacious, but there is no coffee or tea making facility in the room which should be a standard, probably an oversight. the breakfast was rather basic, mediocre at best. in the meats, the only served pork or fish, when asked for anything else, they managed to serve some cold turkey once out of the 4days i stayed there. although an early check in was requested, they could only offer me the spa , for some reason, all there rooms were full. the staff at the reception and dining area are courteous and helpful including the concierge service, appreciated it, especially the reception staff who give you good guidance on how to get around London
N. K.
At first I was surprised to find a 5 star hotel for so cheap but frankly I've stayed at far better 4 star hotels. complimentary bath robes were offered which had not been cleaned and had makeup stains on them. the staff were a very mixed bag, with some being very friendly and helpful and others almost running away from you and doing the absolute minimum. The gym facilities are very limited and barely function, admittedly the swimming and spa side were better than expected. The room didn't have a ceiling to floor window as advertised. Overall very dissapointed.
B. M.
Nice hotel, very clean and modern. Room was a great size for central London. Close to the DLR and tube stations. Breakfast was ok, meat items could be better quality. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
K. M.
Fantastic conferencing facilities. I attended the Impact MRS event today and was thoroughly impressed by the hotel as a venue. Both the main auditorium and the break out rooms were excellent: spacious, nicely-decorated and well-lit, and with all the IT and sound equipment in perfect order. The reception and cloakroom staff were polite and helpful - and the catering was excellent too. I would gladly attend another conference there, and would certainly be happy to stay there on business.
J. Q.
Location was good for what we needed (visiting the shard etc). Next door to a cheap pub that served breakfast etc which was also great as breakfast in the hotel was extortionate at £20 a head.
Room was very nice, large bed, 2 seater sofa and two chairs. Bathroom had a bath and separate shower, shower leaked onto the floor a bit too much but other than that was very good.
We were kept awake the first night until 4am and were later told that this could have been to do with the 7 hen parties staying at the hotel, not impressed but we were moved and the second night was fine. Staff, helpful. Just a shame everything once in the hotel was so overpriced. Had a turn down service which was a nice touch. Would stay again at a discounted rate.
G. H.
I've visited the hotel for business purposes as an exhibitor! So I've only seen their conference area and bar. Everything looked very modern and clean, nice eye-catching decorations and very friendly staff. The food was a buffet which was really nice. The bar also offered a good wine range. I don't know about the prices for a stay but I would definitely recommend it. Also the location is ideal for tourists.
J. B.
Quite a nice hotel with all the facilities you would expect and more for a hotel smack in the heart of the city. There's a large pool, spa facilities, gym etc. Staff are courteous and the accommodations are modern and spacious. My double Room had seating for four, a large office desk, large bed, felt like a super king and other modern amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the mood for a bit of sophistication complemented by helpful staff. They also do a good continental breakfast.

I stay here regularly when working in London. The rooms are generous and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly. It gets booked up quickly so be sure to book in advance. The beds are on the hard side but you can ask for a mattress topper.

I booked through Booking.com to stay in this hotel in March. Due to Covid I had to change the dates to within 365 days. I originally changed the date to early September but then had to recharge the dates to end of October. I was charged for all 3 stays to my credit card even though I was told I’d only be changed the final date. Since March I have been fighting to get my money back with no luck.
DONT BOOK TO GO HERE!

All I get is Automatic email replies And no one over the phone will talk to me.

Nicely presented hotel, but underwhelming stay. Check in was swift and efficient, but no offer was made to take bags to our room, despite the presence of bellboys in the lobby. The room keys didn't initially work, and had to be reissued before we could access the room. We were staying for one night in a double room. I'm always disappointed when I double room (particularly in a hotel of this standard) is in fact two singles shunted together. The room was otherwise very clean with a bath and shower and all the amenities you expect/require. We had afternoon tea during the day. The staff looked at us with incredulity when we requested it at 2 in the afternoon, and told us it would take 90 minutes to prepare as it was handmade. The general service is that part of the hotel was unfriendly and begrudgingly given. The afternoon tea when it arrived (about half an hour later), however, was very nicely displayed and offered a good range of food. It was however not worth the £24 each we paid. The evening room service menu was broad and varied, and the food arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. We visited the spa just before checking out, and found it very well equipped. The steam room and sauna were both well maintained. The spa pool was great, and the foot massage pools were a bizarre yet interesting experience. Would recommend the hotel if you can find a good deal, but it is not worth the usual price.
C. F.
good value not far from tower bridge and tower of london plus tube, pool open but not the steam rooms , rooms could of been cleaner and have more teas, coffees etc but dont think cos of covid they have the same amount a cleaning staff on at present- No breakfast served either, beds lovely !!!
B. K.
Wonderful, spacious rooms. The food is excellent although there can be a wait for breakfast when it is busy. The decor has a lovely modern feel. The spa, gym and pool are clean and well equipped. Overall an excellent hotel for the price.
A. D.
This hotel is not bad. However, the customer service was terrible. We spent a couple of days there, there was only one elevator working in the entire hotel and it was always packed which made us wait a couple of times before getting in each time. In addition, there was a long line for the breakfast each day, mainly because there was only one receptionist seating people but she was serving food too!
Furthermore, housekeeping never showed up to clean our room. After multiple complaints , we were told that they’ll send someone to clean it but they never did. After multiple calls, they sent a guy with some clean towels and that was their house keeping !
What a poor service, especially if you compare it to what you are paying !

Service, accomodationand food all very good

Lovely rooms Great staff
A. V. D.
Beautiful hotel, the room was exceptional, clean and well stocked. Our view was wonderful and the hotel was only five minutes from bars and shops.
k. k.
Did not meet our expectations for a luxury hotel. The room was fine but had very little amenities - no cotton buds/towelling robes/minimal tea-making facilities - and was nothing special. The jacuzzi closed forty minutes earlier than advertised for “essential maintenance”, but we only found out when we were at the spa. Good location but you might as well book into the premier inn across the road.
J. F.
A bit worn. But simply excellent staff, very nice breakfast. Well equipped training facility, nice pool with hot tub and steam room. Highly recommended.
D. B.
A very nice hotel.
Appears to be a good place to stay, very spacious lounge area'd.
D. S.
Not only was the breakfast included in the price of my stay. The spa is also available to guest with no additional charge. Staff were very polite and willing to assist in any way that they could. I would say this is one of the best hotels I had the opportunity to stay in.
A.
I didn't stay in the hotel but attended a 300 people event. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, food was superb and good choice too. Toilets are throughout the hotel and everywhere is very clean. Next time I am in London I will be considering staying here.
F. M.
Nice hotel with very friendly staff
B. G.
We had a wonderful long weekend stay mid July 2020. Lockdown season considered, Room, Reastaurant and Reception service was exceptional. Big thank you to Sunil & Gabriela who were attentive and friendly.
Would definitely come back gain

We choose Leonardo (formerly Grange) Tower Bridge Hotel with high expectation due to all the positive reviews they got. The check-in went smoothly although the room looked old, the bath room was nice though. On the second day, arriving after long day-tour, we saw that the room/bathroom was only half-cleaned, used everywhere, no cleaned glasses. We complained to the reception and the apologized. On the following day, to our surprise, same thing happened again, only that this time they have change the glasses. I was too tired to complain so I let it be. The next day, again it happened, they don’t even bother to give us new shower caps (I don’t think it costs so much that the hotel needs to save them!). I give them feed-back during the check-out process, but the nice girl in the reception was only smiling to back and said “OK, thank you”, I don’t think she listened to any words I said!!
I’ll definitely not coming back to this hotel or any of its hotel chain ..
M. R.
I’m not sure how this hotel gets so many 4 and 5 star reviews. The hotel rooms have and order and are not cleaned well . Pillows smell like ppl have be laying on them . The bath rooms are filthy and have sum on the walls . Upon checking in no one went over the services the hotel has to offer . Will not be staying here next go around .
I. T.
We booked an executive room through Secret Escapes, and when we arrived we were put into a standard room. We went downstairs to the reception to change rooms to be told that all the executive rooms were booked even though we had booked and paid for one!? They then put us in another standard room but with a double bed instead of two separate beds. We had to then go back down to reception a second time to request we were put in the room that was advertised and that we had paid for. After 50 minutes of room swapping we were finally put into an executive double room like we had booked. We were 20 minutes late for our meal we had booked that evening, and felt stressed out due to all the rushing around. The hotel was super busy and not very relaxing. The staff weren't so friendly. Although the (eventual) room was lovely and the bed was very comfy.
K. E.
Good rooms, but had bad experiences:
-housekeeping waking us whilst do not disturb was in,
-being returned the wrong key card after using the spa,
-our key card being deactivated 1 day before we were due to check out.
Staff were unsympathetic and unapologetic and took 2 weeks to respond to complaint via email, which even then was unhelpful.
Would not stay again.
I. F.
Lovely rooms with great leisure facilities.
Lower rooms have little to no view, we were on level 6 with a view of the hotel across the street.
Breakfast was free continental with hot items purchased extra along with a large price tag.
10min walk from Tower Bridge and Witherspoon next door.
Very attentive staff and clean.
Would certainly stay again.

I visited the hotel while in search for a venue to accomodate 500 for a meal. Yes desperate times. While the surrounding area did not excite the inside of the hotel was a very pleasant surprise with the very spacious basement area being very light filled. Yes I know sounds a contradiction but large south facing light wells. Good facility with lots of potential for personalisation. Lunch was very good accommodating veggie and gluten intolerance well without warning or drama. Enjoyed a very pleasant sav blanc from NZ. Not somewhere that I would have chosen but a very pleasant surprise encouraging a return visit.
B. T.
Had a nice break with my Wife. Staff were nice as was the food and the room. I would definately recomend it.
s. b.
I spent a weekend at this hotel, hoping for the 5-star experience that it promises, but was really disappointed. Everything was good enough, but not great. At the very highest this is a 4-star hotel, which makes you wonder what you paid more for. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. My bed linen didn't even cover the whole mattress. The pillows were thin and lumpy. You had to phone or go downstairs to fetch a robe if you wanted one. All things that go unnoticed in a 3-star... but NOT in a 5-star hotel. The staff were all very helpful and courteous though. I cannot fault them.
B. 2.
Hi the only reason I haven't gave 5 stars. The hotel on a hold is absolutely fantastic , but I do think the security is very POOR we stayed for a few nights ¬iced ppl who were not staying just walking in i do think better security service should be in place. Either riskbands!
R. O.
Amazing service from Makul and the team . Rooms were not to bad higenic wise
J. D.
Can't wait to go back!
Amazing welcome from the doorman who took our bags and kept it and then brought it to our room. Little touches that speak of luxury.
Our room was on the 13th fllor - great views of the Shard and the of London. We also had a glimpse of the gherkin building :)
Pamper time at the spa and pool. Steam and sauna were a real bonus.
Breakfast was busy but the self service coffee machines and the buffet were well stocked. What we needed after a night out.
Oh and teh concierge kept our bags while went out exploring!
Can't wait to come back!
P. N.
Clean, smallish room, comfortable bed and good shower. Good value breakfast at £10.50 for unlimited food and drink. Back of the hotel is next to a busy railway so some rooms are noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful.
M. S.
Room was smaller than I expected for four people, I've stayed in similar size singles.
Staff are great, helpful and polite but on the first night we had a group of youths(not guests) arrive in the lobby which brought an uncomfortable atmosphere with them. Not sure how regular that is but there was some tension.
S. E.
Reasonable sized room, mobile service wasn't good, but hotel offered free WiFi (was getting 60+Mb)
All food places shut due to covid and tier 4 restrictions.
A. J.
Good sized rooms, that are quite comfortable including a seperate bath and shower. Good breakfast buffet with lots of options. The hotel is well located near the London Tower and the financial district.
R. C.
My family and i stayed at this hotel for the new year. The room was too small for a family of four. While the receptionist who checked me in said i was upgraded to a bigger room it was a lie. The room was so small and very uncomfortable.
Food: Quiet tasty but Very expensive with small portions. On new years day and new years eve the room service was unavailable without a written notice or apology. Terrible terrible my family slept hungry. All they said was we have maintenance issues. This hotel only cares about money.
Surprising the grange at st pauls gives quality service compared to its sister in tower bridge. I was completely disappointed in the overall service of this hotel. I wont advise a family to stay here only in cases of emergency of course.
The management team at the grange tower brigde is degrading the reputation and service that the brand must uphold to remain deliver quality service.
C. P.
Very cozy and with a nice breakfast!!
T. C.
I would like to start be saying that if I could I wouldn't give any stars.
This is a four star hotel with one star capability.
I'll keep it short and as sweet as I can, on arrival it seemed the hotel was not coping at the reception. The lobby was full to the exit with people waiting to be checked in. When we finally made it to the room it was not as advertised, tiny room for a large price tag. In the morning there was no hot water in the whole of the building.
Let me remind you that this is a four star hotel... I had gone to the spa quite early and had not been told this (I have arthritis.... it was not a good outcome as I suffered a massive flare up before checking out).
Unbelievably unhelpful staff.
It's up to you to take the chance of booking this place, but I will never go back.
S. M.
The bed was probaly the most uncomfortable we've ever slept in. It was a form of torture which efficiently ensured sleep was impossible. Working the shower required a mechanical !Q level neither of us posessed! Breakfast was good when one could find a member of staff to direct us to a table. Providing a good cup of tea is not a strong point.
Overall, next time I'd find somewhere else.
C. W.
Gorgeous hotel in a really good location. A one night stay was marred by a very uncomfortable bed (mattress felt really old) and awful shower water pressure. A friend staying the same night reported the same issues in their room too.
K. V.
Amazing beds, had the best night sleep here. Came for a little Covid break and it was truly relaxing with great use of the pool / spa too. Thank you
B. B.
Hotel location was perfect, great access to central London and the underground. Rooms were lovely, well kept and completely stocked. Customer service could be better. Reception do not answer the phone and "ring back" is pointless as they never do, we tried 3 or 4 times. Also don't expect to check in on time, we arrived at 4 for a check in that should have been available at 3 to be told our room would be 20-30 mins.... An hour later we still didn't have our room, couldn't get ready for our evening plans and missed our first reservation of the evening.
G. l.
We booked my cousins hen doo over a year ago, for a spa day, this is the 2nd hen doo we have been at this particular spa... last time it was amazing... this was a massive disappointment!! The receptionist was rude, not wanting to help, we had booked Prosecco and strawberries... having been waiting to set the room up we took it upon our selves to set the room up, moving the tables and chairs into the relaxation room where found just a plate of 22 strawberries no Prosecco or glasses so we sat and wait... after an hour of waiting with no resolution, a couple of us had to leave and drive back home to Derbyshire. i don’t know what time they finally got their nibbles and drinks!! Truly disappointed!!
G. O.
On arrival. Service was prompt/adequate though not a busy time of night on a Sunday to arrive. Our floor an room changed in the fly (unsure why) from 5th to 12th floor.
The elevator which there are only 2 are slow and one was out of service. For a 5 star hotel this I feel isn't good or adequate enough.
The 24hrbar lists a food menu which is not available 24hrs what is on offer is not suitable for guests with any eating problem.
The upside to this hotel is the pool and spa facilities. Very clean and well appointed from foot spas at pool side to fitness coaches and massage.
On a last note. The twin executive room was spacious cool/warm as needed, comfy beds and a lovely bathroom w/ separate shower bath.
Downside coffee facilities in room lacked adequate milk/creams had to call guest services regularly. Also the room lighting is mediocre.
K. K.
Went to a works do. Well over a 100 of us were booked into this hotel. Everything was great until we came back from the event to finish our night at the hotel bar. It took over an hour to get served. There was one man behind the bar doing his best and another man who wasn't trained behind the bar standing and looking at us all..not helpful. I only wanted a bottle of beer. They should have had the staff, knowing they had a large group staying. I can't fault anything else though.
Y. T.
Great facilities. However. I gave them only 3 stars due to the unfriendliness of their spa staff. Reception staff are nice.
J. M.
Most helpful and friendly staff. Room was lovely bathroom was big with shower and separate normal sized bath. Food in restaurant was great. Really enjoyed our stay.
K. N.
Thoroughly lovely hotel. Lovely pool and great room. Very good service.... when the thermostat didn't work someone came and fixed it very quickly late at night. Already looking forward to staying again ! The only slightly unusual thing was there were no robes in the room... but we probably could have called for some !
T. k.
Excellent hotel. The room, atmosphere and front desk service were all wonderful.
J. B.
Brilliant hotel, facilities and helpful staff, really clean, nice breakfast and meals from the restaurant 😋
K. T. V. V. S.
Arguably the best hotel room view in London Town. A true honour to have stayed with Samir and his team at Leonardo Royal Tower Hotel who went over and above to ensure my comfort. The spa facilities weren’t half bad either.
J. M.
I would not call this hotel a 5 star hotel, you can get better value for the money somewhere else.
On the plus side, the room is big and plenty of space to put your bag and other things.
The bathroom is nice with a shower and a bathtube on the side.
The staff working in the reception is polite and really helpful.
The breakfast was just okey, nothing special. The waitress was serving coffee to the table. Only one time they asked me if I wanted, and this was after I have finished my food. The area to get food was way to small for a hotel with 370 room! Don't think you can just go down and grap a quick breakfast.
The spa, we were in there for 10 minutes. It was one swimmingpool wich was to cold, and one jazucci with 15 other people in it who was trying to get a seat. There is also 2 saunas. Not much for a spa.
You also had to contact the reception to get a bathrobe. The noise in the spa was everything else but relaxing. Quite noisy actually.
J. N.
Room was fantastic. Nice queen size bed. The large soaking tub was pleasant surprise. The only complaints I could make are the pillows were not very comfortable and no one told me how to turn the lights on, that took a few minutes.
J. K.
Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms - very comfy firm beds! Very pleasant staff and customer service. Breakfast a bit pricey at £15 pp. Spa is nice but they really need to fix the knobs on the showers in the pool area.
D. C.
Stayed here for my wife's bday....they brought birthday cake and I am as surprised how good and modern all the spa, gym and general facilities and are. Some of the best I've seen in London and for the price it is fantastic. I'm 100% staying here again.
J. C.
So far, best value for money I had while travelling to London. Clean, modern, big nice rooms. Great location near the City offices.
The only minus would be the bar being a bit too close to the reception. Also, the lounge was a bit tacky, felt like a kitsch. But no biggies...
S. R.
Stayed here for a spa night for my daughter's birthday. Rooms are a really good size for London hotels and really clean. Bathrooms have bath and shower. Spa area is very nice to relax in and allows kids at certain times too.
r. g.
I stay here for 4 days. My opinion: is not 5 stars hotel.
They have to clean much better The room, My. Pillow was dirty.
U cant use The fridge in the room if dont pay a deposit. So u cant buy water outside and put in the fridge.
At The desk they are really gentle but The weiters At bar or restaurant are really not.
L. H.
Great for tower of London and tower bridge 5 mins walk. Hotel has a great pool and spa. Bedrooms small and dark. The mattresses are very firm on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being a concrete floor I would rate the mattress as 9. A tip is do not purchase breakfast with room as it's very expensive 30 seconds away is a Wetherspoons serving from 08.00 Mon to Fri and 08.30 Sat.
S. R.
Slept like a baby in a quiet room with an excellent bed. Luxurious breakfast and good service. The only odd thing was I had for bodylotion and four conditioner in the bathroom but no shower gel or shampoo.
B. S. T.
Room large, nice and clean, but thermostat didn't seem to work properly - room was either freezing cold or like a sauna. Check-in staff member was very brusk and unfriendly. Ok breakfast but very expensive for what it was
M. M.
The elevator is a big problem because you have to wait all the time. Often up to 5 minutes. Reception could not answer about rates on. Ex. massage or more. Rooms are fine. This hotel should have been 4 star hotel then it would have been rated 5 in Google.
j. g.
Superb size bedrooms, lovely view. Excellent barmthroom and air conditioning
B. T. c.
Hotel that lives up to the stars that it claims. Has an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym, free use for its customers. Good location. Sauna is built to the authentic Finnish standards, but unfortunately with the lack of traditional löyly, meaning water splashing on hot stone.
P. A.
Beautiful place. The spa especially I'd recommended visiting. I'm a therapist and was even blown out the water with the treatment. Breakfast was a bit manic and good wasn't piping hot (lukewarm). Otherwise I'd definitely visit again.
R. S.
Went there for a conference so did not see much of the hotel except restaurant..which was more of a bar and quite open and small and meeting rooms which seem very spacious. The hotel seem clean with helpful staff.
A. G.
Hotel name is not stated clearly on building. House maid cleaned our room and took away our robes and extra room key, she checked us out and we still had another night. We came home late from our night out and couldn't get in our room!! The shower had water flying out from all angles, very annoying. This is not what you expect when you pay good money to stay in what you think is a 5 star hotel.
J.
Had some issues with the shower and what I think was the water pressure. Otherwise, the rooms were nice enough.
I was a little miffed though when we tried to order a taxi from our room as we were leaving the hotel and were told we had to come to reception to order it. We did so and then waited for 15min in reception after the the taxi was ordered and nearly ended up late for our train.

What can I say..?
The front of house staff I found to be nothing short of atrocious.i was asked for the identification documents for my children I was travelling with despite me being a UK citizen. The guy on the desk didn't look me in the eye once and didn't talk to me with any respect at all. Then if you travel with babies as we were and need to put your expressed breast milk somewhere we were told it can't be put in the fridge in the room as it is some computer controlled minibar ..they couldn't empty the minibar for us for some reason as we needed to store the milk in the fridge. Ended up having to put it on a coke can and run the risk of making charges for drinks we didn't use. They kindly gave us 1 bottle of complimentary water per day despite 2 adults 1 Child and 2 infants in this room.
Breakfast was rushed as so busy but the food was brilliant and when you got service it was excellent. The only member of staff that was what I would consider the standard I'd expect was a guy called ramzi who was in the breakfast area on the final day we were there. He talked to us like human beings and showed an interest and asked if everything had been ok and if he could do anything for us.
The pool was the highlight..loved by my kids and just enough space for our stuff on the side.its not heated but was ok for us. There is sauna as well and a heated jacuzzi.
I was planning on staying there again as I am travelling again mid November but I'm not coming back here.
J. B.
We loved the spa, and fitness areas. The rooms were updated and good, though on the small side alone, they did have adjoining room options which is nice. Supposedly soundproof, though on one of our nights our neighbor tested that proofing failed..lol.. but still didn't ruin our stay. Very close and convenient if visiting the tower bridge and tower of london attractions. Stores within walking distance. Great customer service reps who are very accommodating and helpful. Hopefully they look into changing their pool hour policies for children However, and look into the rooms to make sure everything is in working order as for the price I expect the US outlets, trash bins and shower lever to be perfect, ours were not.

Can definitely not recommend it, if you suspect really 5 stars. It is an okay hotel with some nice Features like sauna, big gym and pool, but when it comes to guest care they are not even 1 star. No breakfast included, no welcome, when you enter the lobby it smells like a pool house, it is more like a youth hostel then a 5 star hotel! If you have a question as a guest, the answer is in 75% “I don’t know” and there is not even a try to find out how to be of a help... I am very disappointed from the hotel personell and will never ever go back to this hotel! The personell seems to not be happy to work there. And this counts not only for 1 or 2 employees. The most of them just don’t care about the guests. Only when it comes to payment they are quite fast.
From a Hotel that names itself 5 star Hotel I expect to be respected as a guest and treated like I am welcome. Breakfast should be included respecting the hotels price and also a bottle of Water for free every day is in 99% of hotels in these categories a standard!
Edit: also on the second day I was trying to leave an envelope at the consierge it ended up in a big discussion. Personal was more interested what is in that envelope than helping me out. Was even mentioning „do you know how many envelopes I have here waiting“
Service is the worst I ever experienced! Personell not trustworthy at all!
D. I.
On our arrival we were a bit disappointed. We used the side entrance and the porter did not bother to help us with the door or the luggage. He didn't even greet. Even tough we were a bit lost, he didn't show us the way to the reception. Once we finally made our way there, the receptionist was really nice and the check-in was quick.
Our room was on the 4th floor. The room itself was nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like: one of the toilet paper rolls looked like it was wet before. We missed dockingstations for our phones on the nightstands, or at least USB-power outlets. The phone operator was really nice and helpful.
We stayed at the the Grange at St. Paul's before. I personally enjoyed those stays more. We'd recommend to stay there, but in regard of the experiences we've made only on a discounted price.
J. W.
I stayed at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel for two nights as well as held a business meeting at the hotel using their conference services.
The hotel is very modern with great amenities for the business traveler. Nothing really "wow" to push it to five stars, but the location, friendliness of the staff and the success of my meeting make this a hotel I would return to for my business travel.
It's a little far from the touristy stops that everyone must see their first time in London, but with the ease of getting around using the Underground, it's not a deal-breaker.
If you need to host a meeting in London, you cannot go wrong with this hotel. They were very attentive and ensured our meeting would be a success.
M. B.
Lovely rooms, plenty of space, and very comfortable.
Not an ideal base for central attractions, great for city of London.
Didn't eat at hotel, restaurant looked clean, bright and comfortable.
M.
A really nice and modern Hotel close to the Tower Bridge. Our room was on the 7th floor and gave us a nice view to it. The room was spacious and very comfortable equipped. We could have easily spend more time there when there wasn't London waiting to be discovered. The only downside was the costs for the breakfast which was way to expensive. Just leaving the hotel gives at least a few choices to eat more individual and cheaper.
s. s.
Good stay however was ruined by the beds and surprisingly the lighting. The beds were very hard and the lighting system does not allow you to turn the lights off completely without taking the power card out. This means you can't go to the toilet at night or charge technological devices.
M. F.
Room was lovely but...... no view of the bridge or tower as we had anticipated there would be given the website and check in ruined the whole experience. Guy on duty was rude, arrogant and unwelcoming. Would not recommend!
J. R. (.
I found the condition of the facility to be exceptional. My room was quiet, spacious and clean. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and assertive. I would highly recommend staying at this fine hotel.
J. S.
Staff were very helpful, perfect location, room was very clean and breakfast was amazing.
p. w.
Lovely place to stay however they charged me an extra £50 on top of what I already paid to check in earlier! I discussed with a member of staff if I could check in before 3pm I was told I would get a room subject to availability. To be honest the facilities are good but the morals are not there! Considering I came from a long distance journey already I was disappointed and felt cheated. I wouldn't go back based on this experience.
S. M.
Great hotel near tower Hill. Fantastic price and rooms to match. The hotel was busy but quite and the rooms were top notch.
The swimming pool was a added bonus with pool spa and sauna.
Went to the o2 and caught a clipper from Tower Bridge. The use of oyster made the whole weekend hassel free. The only downside was check out was 11.am
T. M.
Very good, cozy, comfortable, great service, decent quality, shower is very good pressure and bed is super comfy. View not the best, but great location. Breakfast is also great, decent variety and quality food. Friendly staff too.
J. W.
The staff at the Spa, whenever we were there, were amazingly friendly and helpful and made each visit a treat. Didn't eat there but there's a Weatherspoons across the road which did a great breakfast. We only had breakfast which we thought was well worth the £24 per person.
l. c.
The staff are always attentive and helpful, the rooms are wonderfully clean (apart from the extractor fans in the bathrooms) rooms are superb and facilities in room are great. However if you are unlucky enough to get room 623 ask for a better mattress. The one in there has been very successfully modelled on a pallet of bricks.
R. C.
The staff is really nice and helpful.
Mr Florin from reception really helpful and friendly and all of them are professional.
I will recommend this hotel to others 👍🤗
R. M.
Excellent hotel located near tower hill station for easy access to London as well as a 5 minute walk to tower of London and tower Bridge. Rooms were spotless, modern and stylish. Health club facilities were lovely, with plenty to do. Breakfast upgrade is definitely worth it.
L. M.
Had problem with original room I was given but manager quickly sorted it and put me in a lovely suite. Overall hotel was clean and had all the facilities I needed for my stay. Thank you Leonardo royal hotel x
