First of all a huge thank you to Andreia, who is actually the reason that we moved to this dry cleaner. We previously used another dry cleaner which she moved from and so we followed her to the new one as she has always been polite, professional and helpful. Having used this dry cleaner for some time now, we can safely say that the entire team are fantastic. They always deliver a first class service, which is quick and very reasonably priced. We have many waistcoats and blazers cleaned by them and will definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a fast and reliable dry cleaner.

Their multiple pick up and drop off slots throughout the week are tailored to support business of all shapes and sizes. Their door-to-door pick up and drop off service is reliable and efficient. Andreia is incredibly helpful and polite. She is a great front person for the business. Goods are returned in beautiful condition, on time, and at a great price. This is the best service from a dry cleaners I have experienced. Excellent all round. ALSO Mohamed is simply the most accurate and accommodating tailor I have ever used. I am incredibly fussy and Mohamed listens, takes notes, focuses and never ever makes mistakes. He is incredibly skilled and can find solutions to the most complicated problems. I highly encourage anyone in the neighborhood to support this business and its people. - Tailoring: Mohamed is truly the “Godfather of Tailoring.” Everything I bring to him, from pleated pants to my wedding dress, he is able to reconstruct to flatter my figure. Sometimes he does this with just a quick visual assessment (I know, I could hardly believe it the first time either) -- a testament to his talent and extensive experience. He is fast, fair, and kind on top of all of that. I would trust no one else with my valuable, cherished pieces. - Service: In addition to Mohamed, Andreia is a rare gem in the neighborhood. Even with a mask on, you can feel her smiling at you! This makes such a difference to me personally, as other cleaners I have relied on in the past have been impersonal despite frequent visits. Who knew doing laundry didn't have to feel like a chore?! Going to London Laundry & Dry Cleaning is like a quick visit with a friendly neighbor. Andreia creates a welcoming atmosphere while always delivering on time (or faster, actually). - Dry cleaning: While I mostly come for the tailoring, the pieces I have had dry cleaned have been cleaned and pressed perfectly. I once brought them an old, heavy coat that had been pilling all over, and they brought it back to life. It’s been about 6-months and the pilling has not recurred -- somehow it seems they managed to revive it and also give it extra lasting power. Given the glowing nature of this review, I feel it is worth clarifying that these words are completely my own. I am truly so appreciative of this business and the people who run it!

I don’t normally do reviews but feel this place deserves it. Been using different dry cleaners in the area for over 8 years but this is by far the best in both quality and price. Excellent service and never had any issues with my clothes. Staff are very professional and friendly which is an added bonus. Highly recommended!

I had two dresses and a coat to dryclean and even though by accident one dress was stained (it had a new stain after I collected it) they promptly fixed the issue. Switched to London Laundry and Dry Cleaning for my regular dry cleaning about a year ago and have been extremely satisfied with the service. From shirts, to suits, to dresses and scarves - realistic timetables, cleaned well, and always ready at the promised time. The staff (Andreia, Erika, Mustafa) are courteous, attentive and efficient. The electronic ticketing system takes a lot of faff out of keeping stubs. They also offer tailoring and cobbling. I have made use of both and the service was likewise superb. Some hemming they did started to come loose after a couple of weeks (probably my fault to be honest) - they were happy to touch it up for no extra cost and no questions asked. They have really earned my trust after patchy experiences at so many other establishments.
