Slightly pricier than other cleaners, but great customer service - really friendly, remembered my name (even though I was a first time customer), and prompt. I had my clothes dry cleaned here and was satisified - though one of the sweaters I gave for dry cleaning came back looser than before. Overall a good experience.

I presented Melbury Dry cleaners with a vintage Valentino gown that is stained on its white silk brocade, the stains must've been on there for years since the dress was made in the 80s. This is an impossible task for drycleaning and I told them to do their best, they got rid of most of the stains somehow AND helpfully hemmed the dress on bits that were falling off!! Wow, just absolutely amazing. I don't write google reviews often but they deserve a medal

When I was living in London, I always used Melbury as my go to dry cleaner (despite it not being my closest) as I always found that they were incredibly friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. Whenever I needed something done in a short span of time, they pulled through. You can tell that Razia genuinely cares about her customers as she will likely know them on a name by name basis. I can't say the same for other dry cleaners who are staffed by people who only see their job as a means to an end. If you want a dry cleaner genuinely cares about their customers, I could not recommended enough.

Wonderful dry cleaners and have worked magic on our clothes! They remembered me after my first visit which was a nice touch and really have a great personal service despite the quantity of clients they have. Very approachable and have never had any issues. Would highly recommend!

They got the work done. We went for a wash & fold, a large bag was £15 plus 50% for same-day service. Clothes were clean and well folded but didn't smell like anything (not good nor bad). I understand some people would prefer that way but they could have given us an option. Other than that, service at the counter could be improved, attendants can be rude sometimes.

brilliant dry cleaners. Use them whenever I visit the UK for all my clothing (every 3 months). Very friendly and obliging front of house staff - very rarely an issue with any of my special requests. On this last visit, got same day turnaround of my garments (over the Christmas period), which was great! Aside from the great service, I can trust that my garments will be cleaned to perfection. The stain on my cashmere jumper was removed impeccably, and I know I can trust that my valuable garments are always in good hands with Razia and Lily.

Customer service is outstanding. They remember my name and address every single time. I think I told her once, 4 years ago and since then Ive never had to repeat it. Alterations are good. Clothes are always cleaned properly. Very attentive to any concerns. Despite being a busy shop, I always feel like a valued client.

I have been using the service for many years. And i was never let down. Last weekend my washing machine broke down and Razia came immediately Saturday afternoon in poring rain to collect very large amount for laundry and returned everything folded only few hours later. I was amazed by not only the speed but also willingness to help out the last minute few hours before closing time !!! The entire team but especially Lilly has always smile on her face and CAN DO APPROACH. Highly recommended.

I send my delicate Indian clothing here. They always come back immaculate which can be hard to do with intricate silk and embroidered outfit. Recommend them 100%.
