L. W.These guys are absolute life savers, they managed to work a miracle by getting oil stains out of silk. I also go to them for ordinary dry cleaning and the service has always been great.
y. Y.Very good and prompt service overall. However, after sending my designer shirt for the first time dry clean I noticed that the buttons were damaged as the photos show. I would say it is a great store overall and they helped me with difficult stain before, but think twice before sending your beloved designer garments!
H. W.I brought one of my light coloured gold suit for cleaning a couple of weeks ago. I was told by the very nice gentleman the shop to bring it in I think his name is Tokeil. Owing to the urgency he asked me to bring it in before 10am. I did and I went back in the afternoon to pick up my suit. When I got my suit I was extremely impressed. It was cleaned to a very high standard. It was the best I had seen my suit looking after cleaning. As such, I will continue to use Quality cleaners and in good conscience I will not use another cleaner. I have started telling family about this cleaner. Well done team at Quality and take a bow. A. L.Quality Dry Cleaners is a bit out of my way as I live in Stratford but I keep coming to this place for the excellent quality of service I always receive. The staff really go out of their way to listen to what you need and they make sure that they give you the best result whether it laundering, dry cleaning or alterations. Last time I dropped off an old dressing gown for zip replacement that I wanted to use in hospital when I gave birth to my baby. The baby arrived early and I couldn’t pick up my gown for a long time. The dry cleaning staff was really patient and we found a solution to get me the gown in the end. Thank you!
L. L.Cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent service. Beautifully cleaned a very tricky handmade felt coat for me. Only took a couple of days and reasonably priced. I have used 2 other dry cleaners in area and will not look any further - sticking with these guys!
R. K.I had an engagement to go to and realised that my outfit was soiled. Took it to the dry cleaners who advised it was too late at 5.30 for same day service. I explained to the manager how desperate I was that I had to wear it that evening. He was really helpful and promised to do his best but I would have to pick it up an hour after closing! The manager was brilliant saved my day would definitely recommend these dry cleaners to anyone they really went the extra mile to help me out.
T. R.I would highly recommend this dry cleaners. Having read all of the good reviews, I decided to take a very expensive white jacket made of delicate fabric to be dry cleaned. It had many stains (red wine, white wine, bits of mud and sick (not my own)). I thought I wouldn't be able to wear it again but they managed to remove all of the stains! Not only that but it was extremely well priced. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!

A. S.I’ve been going there for 5 years and I’ve always had excellent service and top quality dry cleaning. On Saturday I had a meeting to go to and I needed that suit again for the following Monday. I told this to Mr Khan and he said no problem drop it of at my personal address and I’ll clean & press it and drop it off to you Sunday evening. Now Mr Khan doesn’t have a drop off service but as I have been a loyal customer for 5 years he decided to do this for me...now that’s great customer service Fantastic job

Luckily Quality dry cleaners replaced the zip professionally and it's hard to tell. I highly recommend Quality dry cleaners for their great customer service and professionalism.

We came with a bag full of clothes stained with red wine, worst nightmare. At the end of the day all the stains were gone and the clothes were perfectly clean. C. S.Did a really good job on 2 suits. Not badly prices at £9 per two piece. I handed them over at 2pm and had them back by half 6 the same day - not sure this is normal, but excellent service. Friendly staff too. Very happy customer, will definitely be returning.

Just posted a photo of an old silk map, it was boxed and damaged and creased and they have sorted it out once again. Great service.

Most dry cleaners that i went to did not understand the cleaning label and I didn't want to leave it with them so my mate told me to take it to quality which I did. The guys in there were very good and experience and the dress came out very nice, Well pleased. 👍

Had a wedding on Sunday, realised my suit was dirty so I showed up late on Saturday to use the same day service, the manager Mr Khan was very helpfull and delivered on his promise even though the machines were supposedly turned off.
Really appreciate it, I had a nice clean suit for the wedding and managed to look the part.
