Bradley was very helpful and responsive to my query and we managed to book in a date at short notice for carpets cleaned, couches and moth treatment. What can I say other than exceptional! Bradley came to give me an initial quote a time and date that suited me, and then arranged to come and clean the carpets when it was convenient. Bradley was friendly, courteous and observed all of the social distancing expectations whilst inside my house. He explained everything that was going to happen whilst he was here, and left everywhere clean and tidy after her left. I would highly recommend this local service and really happy to have helped support a local business.

Highly recommended. I booked Bradley to clean our carpets, we had just moved in and the previous owners had a puppy so the carpets were a bit funky! Got rid of all the stains and odour. Excellent service and great communication.

I booked Bradley to come spot clean a couple of cream carpets having used him in the past and been very satisfied with his work. Again, he didn’t disappoint, getting rid of some very stubborn stains giving my carpets a new lease of life. Bradley came the day after I called and was very helpful throughout. Bradley came to clean my carpet last week and did an absolutely fantastic job! I was extremely pleased with the whole service from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time and was really friendly and polite and got the job done much faster than I thought, considering I had multiple stains on a light colored wool carpet. He explained the process to me really clearly and was very honest about the fact that It might be difficult to get certain stains out of a wool carpet as natural fibers are often much more tricky to stain. The results however were great and I was really happy with the end result. I think this is a great company and Bradley was second to none - I've had carpet cleaning work many times in the past but I wouldn't use anyone else from now on, I really do recommend Bradley and this company to anyone. It was also extremely good value for money, they really are fantastic!! 5 stars !!!
