S. O.Lovely staff and really fair prices £5 small load £7.40 large load plus there's a good cafe next door.
J. M.As far as laundrette's go, I have only had a pleasant experience with this business. Machines are in working condition and I'm not expecting hotel reception service in a place where I go to wash my clothes. I'm giving this business 5 stars because throughout this pandemic, they have been open offering a much needed service to those of us who don't have washing machines and dryers at home. It's small businesses such as these which keep us going and I ask that people please support them if they can.
T. L.Very nice experience today, when i had to do some washing of duvets. Paris was very very helpful her customer service was excellent - service with a smile. Provided the right change too , as I only had a large note. Recommended.....but I wonder why its called WOW....

H.Too our lovely customers who have been asking for the king size machine it is now up and running again and we will be happy to have you all back washing your duvets and larger loads of washing we will always be happy to help and our customers are the number one priority again thank you for being patient while the King size was out of service and was waiting to be fixed. And remember the opening times are currently 10am-6pm 7 days a week will inform all our customers when the times return back to normal thank you for you patience and custom.
B.have used the laundrette a few times, Maxine and Teri are always very helpful and polite however cant be said for other members of staff due to previous experience with an older lady i found her rude and unhelpful. she has no customer service skills and should take a leaf out of her colleagues book and smile 😊

I have used the laundrette many of times before. when I was homeless also my washing machine went bang, Lisa and Chelsea very helpful lovely to talk to and also very reliable I left 40 £ in my jeans I thank them so much that trust worthy I collected my washing folded neat and perfect esactky how I have it and had my 40 £ returned so I thankfully gave them 10 £ as so many people out there would have pocketed it and I would t have known. I will only go there now on certain shifts. I have known them for many years and will continue using the wow laundrette. Thanks girls keep it up
C. D.I have been atending this laundrette for a couple of years i have seen so many changes some are for the best . The ladies who work there are always happy to have a chat and help if needed. Ive always felt welcome.
P. B.Been using this laundry now for three months, and i've got to say that the staff there are friendly and helpfull everytime i go in, paris in particular is always very helpful plus always has a happy ,positive attatude .

D. O.Convenient location, fast service. I think I spent 20mins with my washing using the small washing.
Price is quite high £4.60 for small machine, big machine is £6.40 or £6.90. And then you have the king size.
They have a tumble dryer too.
I went Sunday, wasn't busy, just few people.
The settings are 1. Hot Wash, 2. Warm wash, 3........, 4. Synthesis wash, 5. Cold wash.
With my first time there I selected hot wash number 1 and after 20mins or so, i took out my clothes and found them to be cold:/
I dunno if it prewashed my clothes hot and then rinsed with cold water, or if they ran out of hot water, but if makes no sense.
And I found out that people currently washing or who washed before all had their settings to Warm wash.
It is simple to operate, opening the washer door can be tricky at first, instructions are easy to understand and easy to operate machine.
Doesn't take new pound coins at the moment. There is someone who operates and cleans the store inside.
So far I enjoyed it, quite expensive but store is quite clean. But i don't think I will go there to wash just little few clothes.

S.So I'm a member of staff at the shop, we leave all machines on a warm wash setting so it's easy for customers who want a warm wash it's easy to put into different wash modes, we have two new members of staff so the shop is running back smoothly how it should be we should hopefully in August be staying open for longer and going back to some what normal hours it will be nice to see all our regular customers and friends back in the shop doing their washing.
