Always an above satisfactory experience here, they are extremely helpful - owner Jay is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled people I've met in the business. I love their customer service. Mark, the guy that does shoes, keys, etc. is one of the best in the trade (used to do the Queen's Royal Guard's boots) and can find a solution to everything. Highly recommend this place... I swapped from my old dry cleaner and tailor and haven't regretted it since.

I'm confused by the bad reviews because I have had nothing short of an excellent experience with Vanesh and his team. SEC has been my go-to dry cleaner now for just over a year since moving to the area. They are the only dry cleaner offering an eco-friendly cleaning and they work hard for you - I had an light-coloured linen suit that had wine stains on it. Another dry cleaner could not get the stains out, but Vanesh put his magic to work and the suit looks great!

amazing costumer service! I was really worried at first when I took my moncler jacket in it had red wine and some other stains on the sleeves. but jay (the shop owner) insured me that he will try and get them out. with out damaging the jackets fabric. he managed to get them all out for me puffed up the jacket and smelled clean also looked good as new. I will never go else where. Excellent customer Service and trustworthy. thank you to jay and his outstanding team.

I have been sending my clothes to here with Jay(the Shop owner) for years, he is the best dry cleaner in London, he is very experienced with martials, and how to clean the clothes, some of my dress are expensive over £600 each, I always send to Jay for the dry Clean,he always taking care of my clothes, and the clothes always come back amazing. Over the years I have worked with many dry clean, I would Say Jay is the best . Saddly I am going to living another country now, :(

Used this place for the first time after seeing an article in the Evening Standard on the Top Dry Cleaners in London. Was really pleased I did, my 2 piece suit and dinner jacket were cleaned and freashed perfectly with no unwanted chemicals. Service was great and very polite, would recommend for sure 👍🏼

Did a wonderful job removing seemingly impossible red wine stains from a wool coat. Clothes always come back smelling clean and fresh with no chemical smell. Best dry cleaner I've ever used.

This business has new ownership And is brilliant, a used a different dry cleaners first And my suit came back with stains on it They told me that they would not come out But Jay got them out and the pressing was spot on And he was cheaper as well . Win win

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. From the first time I went into this dry cleaner's, the owner remembered my name, and the quality of cleaning has been top notch. On top of this, at last SE1 has a dry cleaner that doesn't use toxic chemicals. Traditional dry cleaners use chemicals that are known to cause cancer in humans, according to the US Environmental Protection Agency, posing a severe risk to staff, and contributing to air pollution for the general public in response, toxin-free dry cleaners have become common in the US. We are late in adopting this less damaging cleaning process in the UK, so it is great to finally have the option on Tower Bridge Road.
