I took my trousers to another tailor to hem. They did a horrible job. I brought them here hoping they can be salvaged. The tailor did an amazing job and even way better than expected. He his truly a master of his craft. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hard working and helpful staff, great service at a very reasonable price, absolutely happy with the service no matter some reviews said I generally rely on my own experience. Just read most reviews, seems like only sore losers have put their nonsense attitude on here. People find enough time to write a negative review on here should have spent on getting there in plenty of time to collect, item with dirty dog do, I mean really? You have the guts to mention dog do on here? Imagine I take my duvet for cleaning here too and now I will think about your dirty item coming herel. For CA C, it is absolutely right to check items with scrutiny as people use such services as a means of recycling old items for new. Mr A P didn't say if the damage was all over or on a particular spot. Some ignorantly think dry clean processes would cleverly choose certain areas to damage and leave the rest fine. Then again many people tend to blame wear and tear on dry cleaning. As a matter of fact large number of population is absolutely ignorant of the fact that cleaning services clean items as per care label that come with the item for this reason and most of those items' owners do not know what it means. Choose common sense over silly and nonsense sore customer reviews👍

My evening silk dress was damaged. The older guy the counter was rude about it, saying "we clean much more expensive dresses than this, like dior, and this has never happened before"...I was really pissed off. The younger man woking there was, however, much nicer about it. When I spoke to the manager - Eddie, he was really understanding and refunded a bit of the cost of the dress. The sales and customer service team were really nice.

Failed to delivery my husbands dry cleaning same day despite the fact he paid extra for that service. At the same time they lost my top and it was days until they retrieved it from a different store. The area manager was really great about the situation but the staff within the east village store were useless and couldn't have cared less
