This petite launderette has small and medium sized machines, 1 tiny folding table and many baskets for transferring laundry from washers to driers. Pay the attendant £5 for small washer £1 for cap of detergent and £1 per 10 minutes in the dryer. A small carry-on suitcase of laundry costed us a total of £18! That is equivalent to $27, about twice as much as you would pay in the USA. Although the service was expensive, the attendant was very helpful. He helped me remove gum from one of my garments. He was also there to safeguard the laundry so we could go enjoy a cup of coffee at a neighboring cafe.

I didn't have the time to state why I gave this place 5 stars at the time, but I can do so now. They're very kind. I live close by and don't always have the time to transfer my washing to the dryer. They always do it for me and take care of me. Good people. Highly recommend.

I used the self-service launderette twice already and had a great experience both times. The service is excellent. Hamid was extremely friendly and professional, offering his assistance when I needed help with the machines and answering any questions I had. The launderette is conveniently located, easy to find and good pricing. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great service.

I' ve been using this place for the past 10 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The washing machines have a generous amount of space. I wash two weeks worth of laundry. It's £4 per wash and £1 for ten minutes of drying. My clothes typically dries with just £3. The cost for dry cleaning each shirt is £2, two piece suits is £10

I'm a very hard critic so to my amazement, even I find it hard to believe to be rating this place so well. You walk inside and you and fresh clean softener which is really satisfying - Shows they must use a high quality cleaning products but that was not the reason for my (first) visit. I actually had a last minute job for them for a wedding I was going to and needed a quick turnaround on my suit cleaning and an alteration. I must say that for them to alter and clean within 4 days was fantastic and even greater, the suit looked as though it was brand new, I thank their tailor as their work was magnificent! Thank you and will visit soon again!

The owner was such a nice lady, helped me with the self service and made my last 5 days of our fortnight in London comfortable with plenty of clean clothes. I tried to pack enough, but now that I know where the Royal Launderette is, the next time we visit London I'll just plan on kipping in one afternoon to wash my stuff for the second half. Inexpensive too. Around £5 was all it took, wash & dry. Recommended.

Sam was an extremely helpful and friendly guy who provides great customer service! He offered to help me straight away from his own initiative and didn't just expect me to know how everything worked. He was helpful and friendly to the other customers too. The machines have plenty of room. Even the "small" ones and the prices are reasonable. I definitively recommend this laundromat. Thanks Sam!!

not the cheapest you can find and the washing machines didn't have many settings to choose from. the lady was very polite though. it's for some rainy days when you desperately need to dry your clothes
