I took a pair of new black trousers that had a tree sap stain - I was so worried the stain wouldn't come out as it appeared very stubborn. Trussley's were professional, friendly and even though I came a bit earlier than pick up time today, were so helpful in getting the trousers ready - and the stain is completely gone. Outstanding! Not only do they do amazing and thorough work, they are also delightfully friendly. Trussley both steamed my wedding dress before the wedding and cleaned it afterwards, removing lots of tough stains on the hem and it looks wonderful. Ari also rescued two dresses I brought in after bad mishaps. I worried they were lost, but he kept working on them until they were immaculate. Magic!

They have always been extremely courteous and professional. Even during the pandemic they took their precautions very well with barriers in the shop and only having 1 customer in at a time. Was SO please with the work done on my items, I had caused a huge rip in my summer dress which I thought was irredeemable, my 1950’s original nurses cape that I wear to work had seen better days and the fastening button for the straps of the cape had gone, as well as a nursing tunic that had torn aswell. I handed them into these guys and literally 2-3 days later they were all mended as if nothing had ever been damaged! I seldom leave google reviews but these guys are worth it if you can mend a nurses tunic from 2021 and a nurses cape from 1950, both equally done sympathetically to the respective garments you deserve an award!! As well as this the staff are super friendly and really help you figure out how they can help just 10/10 all round ❤️

Trussely's has become my local dry cleaners and I am so happy with their service. The staff are professional and efficient, not to mention I have over cooked several lunches from spending too long in there chatting! As for the cleaning service, I took my bag pack in there the other day as it was covered in ink from a green pen that had leaked all over it and light grey is not the most forgiving colour. I was informed that they may not get all of it off as ink can be tricky but they would try their best. Well... The bag looked NEW! Amazing job. Needless to say I took my wedding dress there a few months after, it's the only place I would trust with such a sentimental item. I am so pleased with all the services they provide and their hospitality is second to none.

The customer service here is amazing, they always have change and follow Government guidelines for social distancing. I always dry my bulky clothes during winter here out of convenience. Usually £3 for 30mins and it does my whole load of big towels and heavy jumpers. You can always call ahead and ask about anything.

Fantastic service from this dry cleaners. The owner is very knowledgeable and has helped me on several occasions when I thought I’d ruined items of clothing. He’s always managed to remove marks and stains, even spot cleaning one pair of wool trousers 9 times and managing to remove nail varnish that had been spilled on them. He was reluctant to give them back to me until the stain was completely gone. He’s a master stain remover! 😀 Only place I trust with my dry cleaning now.

Trussley Dry Cleaners are just one of a number of small businesses that are an important part of the local community embracing Hammersmith Grove and Brackenbury Village. Always a professional and quick service, I use both for drying washing (because I don't have a dryer at home) and dry cleaning. The two regular guys that work there are always happy to engage and discuss, even dispensing the harsh news that my favourite coat / jacket would have to be put in the bin as it was sadly too ravished by moths. During Covid lockdowns they have been professional and up front and even though there is a one customer in the shop ( always wearing mask) at any one time policy, I have not experienced any delays in being dealt with. These are difficult times and we must support our local small businesses.

I am astounded at the negative response by Mr. Hannequin! This is not my experience at all. I have been using this Dry Cleaner for 17 years. The owner is respectful, helpful, courteous, kind, fair, and the service has always been excellent. He has been stringent at applying any and all of the COVID 19 regulations. Reading Mr. Hannequin's review makes me wonder if he has a talent for fiction writing, and if not already explored, he should seek a literary agent to expand his talent for melodrama.

Such a friendly, amazing place. I arrived with a dress that had broken the day before I was meant to wear it to a wedding - a broken Zip - within half an hour it was fixed and moreover he refused to charge me as he hadn’t needed the tailors assistance to fix it. I've been meaning to write this review for some time – but it’s truly well deserved, so here it goes... By miles the BEST DRY CLEANERS IN THE AREA! I've been living in West London for nearly 20 years and I'm really fussy about my clothes, their quality and very curious by nature. I have sought recommendations locally and tried several dry cleaners over time, in many different locations, until I found them... Let me tell you, their service can't be matched and the quality of their work is extraordinary. First of all they do all the work on premise and don’t outsource to cut costs as some others do, sometimes without you knowing. They are particularly friendly, attentive and very honest (one time they found some cash in my jacket and literally ran after me, despite having gone through their routine checks before accepting my order and asked if I had checked my pockets - I thought I did!). They do pay close attention to detail: after a while they will recognise your items, remember where the stains were, conversations had about how to remove difficult ones… Not once have I been let down by their services, they take care of my needs better than anyone! PS: You can trust them with alterations and repairs too… last winter I brought my wife’s Burberry coat with a missing button and they replaced it with an identical one, free of charge, without me even asking! I moved to Ealing a few years ago, but I still use them today despite the inconvenience. Well respected, lovely people and outstanding service, it’s a NO-BRAINER - JUST GO! Alex

Aree is the Rolls Royce of the dry cleaners. Impeccable service, honest prices, excellent customer care, in depth knowledge of the nuts and bolts behind textile care, and a genuine passion for his job. I gave him once a coat from The Kooples which was a bit of a nightmare as i had patches of different fabrics and he left the machine on at night with that piece only to make sure it did not mixed with any other garments. He's definitely the only one allowed to put his hands on my laundry! On top of that he doubles as unofficial mayor of Hammersmith as he knows basically everyone one!

I travel a lot and in 10 years their services were second to none. Various times they saved items ruined by others or revived items that were death. The step from dry cleaner to friend was pretty obvious as it is always nice to spend time there chatting. They are both honest, hard working and nice guys that are always ready to help. Often I need my items quickly or mended aswell and they always deliver. And if you want one or two passionate history lessons on top, just stop there a bit longer. I saw various people that moved out of the area still driving to trussley for their drycleaning. If you love in Hammersmith you would be daft not to go, because aree knows the area like no other.
