Okay, the interior is a bit dated, but their service is impeccable! The ladies are friendly and full of smiles. They are super helpful AND the jumper was done within 5 hours, compared to other dry cleaners who stated the minimum was a day and a half later! They are a GEM with competitive prices in a world of sub par service. I will most definitely be coming back when I need their services again. Thank you for your quality service, it is appreciated!

Fabulous little (but fairly large) dry cleaners. The shop seems to be open really late, so you can get your dry cleaning done even if you finish work late (very good cleaning). They also do alterations which work out perfectly and they are also very fairly priced. Overall, I'd use these guys every time if I was nearby.

I was recomended Tam @ Twins after years of bad tailoring experiences at high end tailors. I have been with her for years now and have not looked back. I lost 4 stone and quickly found my clothes didn't fit and Tam has performed magic on about 60-70 of my clothes, from taking in jackets, hemming trousers/jeans, altering waists, adding pockets, altering my whole tuxedo and lounge jacket. As a comparison, before Tam I had one item which was done elsewhere at a far more substantial cost but Tam's work was better / equivalent of the other place which charged more money. Crucially she seems to have a nact for getting things spot on first time, she even altered my cycling jersey which had a large sentimental value to me, something as fellow cyclists may know is near impossible to get done (even the big labels don't do it). I have seen some of the other reviews, I am not entirely sure what happened because as far as I am concerned given the price, her friendliness (level of service and the fact she takes personal pride - if there is ever any issue I imagine she will sort it out), timeliness (she has saved me a few times when I needed a piece done for a dinner I was going to) and quality of work she is more than worthy of 5 stars.

I've been having my clothes altered at Twins for around 15 years (from when they were on Kingly Street). The quality of the work, the price and the service are all faultless. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Very cheap and quick service for both your alterations and dry cleaning. The Vietnamese lady is extremely lovely and accommodating. VERY rarely but little flaws can happen, but only when rushed - I need it for yesterday kind of scenario :) so give it a 'human' amount of time if you want it to be perfect. Nonetheless the kind SERVICE, LOCATION and the PRICE make up for it big time. Thank you for all your help! :)

I was looking for a domestic cleaning company online because I was finding it tiresome in finding a reliable person to come and clean my house. After reading the reviews from Google and living in Ealing, I decided to contact Twins Cleaners and arranged for someone to come once a week, for 3 hours in the afternoon and to assist with my mother in tidying the house. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professional service I got on the telephone and email, the terms and conditions discussed and the work the lovely lady had done at my house were extremely pleasing to see.I would definitely recommend for anyone to use this company.
